VQ exists to serve the frontlines. Whether you’re supporting real estate deals, building tech tools, hiring amazing people, or building brand love, your job is to remove friction, increase impact, and create systems that help VEGgies do their best work. You might not be face-to-face with people and pets—but your work fuels the teams that are.

We ask ourselves every day: How does this project help people and their pets when they need it most? That mindset, mission, and sense of ownership is what unites the people who work here.

The VQ experience is a culture all its own—and one we take seriously. Our space is open, collaborative, and filled with people who want to make a difference, much like our hospitals. We have a pet-friendly office, sit-to-stand desks, on-site IT support, wellness perks like yoga and Zumba, and a vibe that feels more energetic and entrepreneurial than corporate.

We huddle in the mornings. We celebrate wins at VQ-wide meetings. We tell stories from the field. We play volleyball and fantasy football. Some of us rollerblade on Fridays. VQ isn’t just where you work—it’s where you show up as your whole self and help build something big.

If you’re remote or out in the field, your role is just as essential. Our regional VQers keep us connected to the hospitals, share frontline insights with our VQ teams, and help VQ stay rooted in what our hospitals truly need.
