We found our cat under the table sick yesterday morning. We called multiple vets around the Valley that could not see him. So we took him to VEG ER to get him looked at. They got us right in looked him over quickly. Unfortunately it was too late for our cat. The vet was honest about his condition, and gave us choices. The staff and vets made our cat comfortable for end of life care and they were kind to us and gave us time with him while we said good-bye. Thank you for taking care of our baby.

Both of my cats have been admitted overnight. The most recent one was the scariest. He was very close to death and they were very quick to take care of him. They monitored him so well and gave him all the things to make him better. We slept there with our cats both times and it has been amazing each time. They are not only attentive to your animals, but to you as well. They genuinely care about you and your animals wellbeing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone

I cannot recommend this ER vet enough!! Coming from a small town where there are no vets available when you really need them, they went above and beyond my expectations! I brought my dog in on Father’s Day for a foxtail in ear…. And even though it was a crazy busy day for them and they could have been with their families, they still make sure you and your pet are comfortable and taken care of! The atmosphere is nothing like I’ve seen before, it truly is like a real hospital ER waiting room, it was somewhat hard to understand at first because I am not personally used to that type of vet layout, but I think it made the experience that much easier to handle. I was terribly nervous and scared for my boy because he hadn’t gone under anesthesia since being neutered, but they were there to help me through the process the whole time! I have to give a special shoutout to my nurse Drea, she was seriously amazing and without her I probably would have been an absolute mess!! So personable and understanding, she truly puts her all into her job and this office should be so so lucky to have her! But nonetheless all the staff were amazing! Dr. Griffin was absolutely brilliant as well, I’m so thankful for her expertise and such a kind manner she has about her! I would recommend her and this office to anyone I know! Thanks again!!
