To the AMAZING staff that helped me, my husband, and our baby boy on Christmas morning, THANK YOU for doing everything you could, under stressful circumstances, on Christmas Day, to help my reactive and aggressive dog, Hurley, safely get tinsel out of his stomach. It has taken me so long to write a proper thank you because shortly after this incident, we had to euthanize our boy. I am still actively grieving, but I want you to know how much you are appreciated, especially under the extreme stress we and our dog were under. You all risked yourselves to help my dog without hesitation. He snapped over and over at the air, wanted to get as far as he could from you sweet people as possible, and you still tried your best to instruct me to help as his trusted person, get a cone on, give him dose after dose to vomit the tinsel - and it worked. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for taking care of us and our boy that morning. Upon returning home from RI, we had to say goodbye to our boy due to his aggression soon after. This was one of the last awful memories for us and stressful events for him after years of trying to help him, manage triggers, medications, and consulting with experts to keep him happy and everyone safe. He was at his lowest seeing you all, and you showed him and us grace that made it just a little easier, and that meant so much. People are often quick to blame, not understand, or lack empathy - but not your team. Thank you a million times over for your quick action, thoughtful consideration in reducing the stress and any procedures for Hurley, and for your compassion for animals and people alike. I will never forget that day for more than one reason, the second being how you responded with huge hearts. Thank you, you all are actual angels on earth.

I had a great experience here with my cat, Sherman. We were greeted immediately and brought to a room to ensure my Sherman felt comfortable. Juan was seriously the best! So friendly and helpful. You could tell he genuinely cared for Sherman and was looking out for his best interest. Mady F. was also a big help in assisting with Sherman's bloodwork and shots. Dr. White really made sure he was advocating for Sherman and what was actually best for him vs. jumping into the most expensive or extreme treatment method. It was a fairly quick visit for an ER trip less than 2 hours (maybe even closer to 1). The location was clean, all staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of an emergency visit with a pet. - Kristen L.

I had to take my extremely "velcro" mini aussie in because he started having a cluster of seizures. All of the staff here are kind, compassionate and welcoming. The open concept set up was new to me but it allowed me to be with my boy the entire time. This was good for both of us. Everyone that worked with us took the time to listen and talk about treatment options. You are also welcome to stay the whole time to be with your pet. I wasn't prepared to be able to do that but it gave me great comfort. If I find myself in need of their services again, I may take advantage of that if I'm able. I think the hardest thing was leaving my boy. I didn't want him to think I wasn't coming back. He was started on medication quickly and has been seizure free so far, thank goodness! I had been to another local emergency vet in the past and it was a different experience. The waiting area was dirty, staff weren't welcoming or even trying to offer help at a time when, let's face it, things aren't going well and you just want to get help. I will 100% return to VEG in the future of needed. Thank you all!!! *including pic of our joyful reunion
