Dr. Riley and staff were very professional and compassionate as we made the hard choice of letting go of our dog PeteE. They were completely patient with us and throughly informative each step of the way. Thank you The D'Avanzo family

Five stars for VEG Brookhaven. The open, transparent concept is what sets them apart. You can see exactly what is being done to your pet, no different than in a human hospital, and that puts their competency on full display. A far superior experience to BluePearl. The flow was smooth, the wait was short, everything was efficient, and I was constantly updated. Prices were reasonable. Everyone we worked with was wonderful, and their modern, automated approach to sharing medical information was better than any vet experience I've had. I will continue to use them for all emergency needs.

As fur-mother to five years old dog was one of terrifying experiences. Maska refused to eat for two days in a row and I tried to feed his favorite food, treats and even a piece of chicken. Neither did he ever eat anything. No doubt. I had to take him to animal emergency care. Tests, x rays after they checked his temperature, it was 101.2. I waited until one of nurses came with news. They found a foreign object in his small intestine. My stomach dropped. I thought, “How could i miss that”. They had to perform surgery to remove it to prevent a life threatening. They discovered a human toy - Blox Fruit toy. Nothing of us have seen this before. It is very dangerous for both cat or dog. I was luck to admit him on time and he survived. They kept him for 24 hours until he was able to eating. He came home and have a quiet time. Thanks to ER vet team for saving his life. Very grateful. One thing they suspect he could have pick up outside and swallowed. No claimed the human toy. Importantly he is alive. Be aware about any toys aren’t designed for chew. It can kill your fur baby.

I will never forget the immense kindness, care, and compassion the VEG team showed my husband and I when we brought our precious baby in with a diabetic crisis that ultimately led to her passing yesterday. Our hearts are shattered, but we are so grateful that we had this incredible team supporting us in our worst moment. Thank you for the care you showed our Ivy until the very end and beyond. If your pet needs urgent care, this is the place to go. They are a true light in this world.

We had a pretty unique case. It was handled perfectly. We brought our deceased cat for tissues samples. We were consumed by grief and didn’t really know the process. But we were met with nothing but patience, kindness and compassion. I can’t express how much I appreciate what they did. They explained everything and answered all of the questions. The price was very reasonable too. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs veterinary care. Thank you 🙏 I hope you guys remember us and our cat Ice 🧊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot praise VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) and their incredible care team enough. Facing a sudden, life-threatening emergency with a beloved pet is terrifying, but from the moment we made the emergency phone call on the way in, this team wrapped us in both world-class veterinary medicine and profound human empathy. Their facility and setup are absolutely phenomenal—I have never seen an emergency clinic operate with such efficiency and transparency. Even with many other patients being treated simultaneously, Wego was admitted instantly. The open floor plan of the trauma area is a game-changer for stressed pet parents. We were able to watch his surgery from outside the room, and the staff continuously communicated his status to us in real time. The seamless teamwork across shifts over a busy holiday weekend was flawless. The night shift stayed late to ensure his emergency splenectomy happened immediately, and the morning shift took over without skipping a beat, proactively keeping us updated while we went home to get some much-needed sleep. Dr. Zachary Croslin and Dr. Long performed an absolutely amazing job removing Wego's spleen and the ruptured tumor. Every single person—including Dr. Conner Leffel, Dr. Hannah Ezell, nurse Amanda, the front desk team, and the entire VEG care staff—worked as one cohesive, compassionate unit. My wife is a nurse and I am a veteran, and the team graciously recognized our backgrounds and worked with us significantly on the pricing, which means the world to us. In fact, my wife was so inspired by their incredible medical model, communication, and workflow that she is genuinely considering looking into the veterinary medical field for her own nursing career. As medical professionals and a military family, my wife and I have been through traumatic medical experiences in the past, including the loss of our infant son 10 years ago. Wego showed up on our doorstep just three days after our son passed away, at the exact same age our son was. We truly believe God and our son sent Wego to comfort us. When a medical staff is not only technically brilliant but deeply attuned to taking care of the families attached to the patients, it deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. Their personal touch and emotional support during one of our hardest moments did not go unrecognized. Thank you, VEG Fort Worth, for saving Wego, supporting us every single step of the way, and providing us with the resources we need for his continued oncology care. You have earned our absolute loyalty, and while I wish you could be our primary vet, we will never go anywhere else for an emergency.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place and the people who work there. I brought in my dog, Todo, and every single person I came into contact with had excellent communication skills, empathy, and were just SO kind the entire time. The issue my dog had was enough of an emergency, but also not top priority in comparison to some other animals that were there. I knew this going in! That being said, plan to bring some headphones, or things to keep you busy in case you do have to wait a while! I did end up waiting quite some time, but they were extremely communicative with me the entire visit and I completely understood that they had to take care of the most sick patients first! I know that not all animals are easy to treat like my dog was, so huge shoutout to Dr Samantha Pool for your hard work while still maintaining professional and empathetic care. Your job cannot be easy! Special thank you to Grace, our nurse, and Morgan, who greeted us at the door and regularly checked in on us. Grace kept in touch with me while I briefly went home and she sent pictures of my dog before his procedure! She was the best!!! I highly recommend bringing your pets here should you ever need professional, empathetic, kind and communicative emergency care!

VEG is amazing! The staff, the facilities and the care are phenomenal. You are met with compassion and genuine care for you and your pet. Humans should be treated this well by their physicians! Everything is explained, you are made to feel important and seen. The care and attention is exceptional. There was not one staff member that didn’t appear to have a positive attitude or genuine respect for the patients and their family. I was lucky to walk away with treatment and good news. I witnessed someone get not so good news- the care that the human and pet got was not only compassionate, it was beyond the call of duty. Exceptional Service in all aspects.

The staff at VEG saved my dogs life🩷 We brought my senior dog Daisy in because she was not eating, and within half an hour they had identified a large ruptured tumor on her spleen. They got her stable, got us in with a specialist the same evening, and gave us all the information clearly and patiently during a very upsetting time. She’s healing beautifully now and happy to say the mass was BENIGN!! I credit this team 100% for taking things seriously right away, and finding the problem at lightning speed. We are so grateful. Dr Stephanie Leung and team, we love you!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at VEG ER. From the moment we walked through the doors, the level of compassion, professionalism, and efficiency was truly remarkable. First and foremost, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. They already knew Skip’s name before we even had a chance to introduce ourselves, which immediately made us feel like we were in the right hands. Within seconds, we were greeted by Brooke, one of the veterinary technicians, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. Our initial triage and vitals took maybe a minute, and Brooke immediately recognized that, given Skip’s medical condition, he needed to be brought into a room. There was no unnecessary waiting or confusion, just quick thinking and exceptional patient care. Within minutes, we were seen by Dr. N, who wasted no time developing a clear, strategic, and well-thought-out treatment plan. Everything was explained thoroughly, and we felt completely confident in the team’s approach to helping Skip. The communication, coordination, and genuine concern for his well-being were outstanding.

Best pet ER. Been here many times throughout the years and they are always amazing. Amazing service and care from when you enter to when you leave. The doctors/nurses/staff are very smart and on the ball so you feel like you can trust them which takes a lot of stress away. They're also mindful of you and your pets' comfort and can help make the situation easier / more comfortable, particularly for longer visits. The open floor plan is helpful so you can be with your pet, in the loop, easy to find if you have visitors, and always visible to faculty/staff — you never feel forgotten about, confused, or low priority. Just had to leave my pet overnight and felt not only comfortable leaving her in their hands but also relieved. Thank you team

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re a pet owner, having a place you can truly trust in an emergency is everything—and VEG ER for Pets absolutely delivers. From the moment we walked in, the level of care, urgency, and compassion was on another level. The staff immediately took control of the situation, making sure my pet was comfortable while also keeping me informed every step of the way. You can tell this team genuinely loves animals and treats every case like it matters—because it does. What really stood out was the transparency and professionalism. The vets explained everything clearly, answered every question, and never made us feel rushed. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and designed in a way that makes a stressful situation feel just a little bit easier. In moments where emotions are high, you want confidence—and that’s exactly what VEG gives you. Fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate care. Thank you to the entire team for being there when it mattered most. This place is a lifesaver—literally. 🐾

I want to sincerely thank Dr. Rusch and the entire team at VEG Flower Mound for saving my dog’s life. On Friday night, our dog needed emergency surgery for GDV (gastric dilatation-volvulus), and from the moment we arrived, everyone was compassionate, professional, and incredibly caring. Dr. Rusch and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience. My family and I are deeply grateful for everything you did for our dog and for the kindness and support you showed us during such a frightening time. We truly appreciate your dedication, expertise, and compassion. Thank you for giving our dog a second chance.

We made a visit to VEG Henderson for our cat who had a urethral blockage. They triaged him extremely quickly and efficiently, and he was in surgery within the hour. The clinic is open concept and they allowed me to watch his procedure, ask questions, and see his care team in action. He stayed for 48 hours and every shift did an amazing job taking care of him. They allowed me to stay with him as long as I wanted, and I was even able to say hello and chat with some of the other owners, too. The staff really care about the animals and owners and are always happy to answer questions. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care team. They also offer a 10% military discount.

Hey. My name is Oliver. I’m a Goldendoodle who likes to eat things that I shouldn’t. I swallowed a part of my toy yesterday and my dad was convinced it was an emergency. 🙄Thankfully, he took me to VEG in Clifton. They are so pawsome! They saw us immediately. Within 8 minutes of walking through the door, they had me vomiting the thing I was allegedly not supposed to eat. They even gave me fluids so I could leave nice and strong. I don’t like going to see a doctor, but they make me feel super comfortable and really show me lots of love and care so it makes the experience digestible (hoomans call that a pun). Anyway, just wanted to thank Dr. Rothstein for overseeing my care along with Ariel, Darcy, Jackie, and all the other ladies who absolutely fell in love with me. I mean, helped me (sorry, autocorrect). Anyway, gotta go. Dad is calling me to the park. Thanks again guys. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends. 🐶🫶🏽

I recently moved to Texas and when my dog, Lucy was experiencing difficulty breathing, I had to find an emergency vet quickly. VEG ER had excellent reviews and is close to home so I chose them. I couldn't be happier with my choice. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted us and when they saw she was having trouble breathing, they immediately took action. The entire staff and Dr. Koons were wonderful. They made sure both of us were comfortable and kept me informed about her treatment. Being able to stay with Lucy the entire time made her calmer in a strange environment. I have been to many emergency vets with my dogs over the years but this one is, by far, the best I've ever been to. There were a few other families with sick pets there and each one was treated with care and respect. If you have an emergency with your pet, you could not find a better hospital than VEG ER.

All the technicians and the Dr. were extremely gentle, friendly and caring with my shy, scared cat. They did the labs right there so we could begin the necessary treatment without having to ‘endure’ another car ride in the carrier. The doctor explained the tests and treatment options well, and I was given information on what to keep an eye on in the coming weeks. The exam, treatment and explanations were not rushed and I felt all my questions were answered. I was very impressed with everyone and everything.

I can’t say enough good things about the care Charlotte received at VEG. We brought our 13-year-old Boxer in for a urinary issue, and from the moment we arrived, we felt that she was in caring and compassionate hands. Dr. Scott Yorke was absolutely wonderful with her. With an older dog who has been through a lot, it was incredibly reassuring to have a veterinarian who was so kind, gentle, patient, and thorough. He took the time to carefully examine Charlotte, explain what was happening, and make sure she was comfortable throughout the process. The entire experience was handled with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for Charlotte. When you have an older dog who means the world to you, that kindness makes such a difference. Thank you to Dr. Yorke and the entire VEG team for taking such wonderful care of our girl. We are truly grateful.

The most compassionate and professional Emergency Vet I have ever encountered. Our Corgi Biscuit hurt his paw playing outside, and Dr. Smallcomb and her entire staff showed such care to get him taken care of. Even when putting him for sedation, they put him in a lovely room with the blinds drawn and gentle music playing to make him comfortable. Just absolutely extraordinary.. thank you so much to all of you!

Dr. Pritchett, Thank you and your staff for caring for our London. We truly appreciate you so much. Such difficult times, with uncertainty can be very scary. At times it was very difficult to process anything. Your welcoming demeanor, patience and extensive knowledge really allowed us to place our trust in you. We highly recommend Dr. Pritchett at VEG in Cedar Park. We are looking forward to celebrating London’s 10th birthday next month on the 4th.

My first time visiting VEG Torrance, I had to do something every pet owner dreads. I brought in my 18 year old cat, Princess, for lethargy and a ruptured abscess. After the vet examined her, we made the decision to euthanize. Amidst an incredibly difficult and soul crushing moment, I was amazed at the quality of staff and animal care at VEG. When I brought Princess in, staff were incredibly fast to assess her critical condition on a busy Saturday night. The staff were incredibly well orchestrated, skilled, focused, kind and empathetic. You’re able to stay with your pet and see everything that’s happening, which is something I appreciate and have never experienced before. Dr. B was so compassionate, communicative, and responsive as she began to understand Princess’ prognosis. I came away from this experience heart broken, of course, but filled with great gratitude for the services they provided for my family. It speaks volumes to the quality of VEG’s care that I was compelled to write a review for the euthanasia of my cat.

VEG is phenomenal. I cannot express enough how knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough they are. Yesterday was the second time our mini Aussie has had a vaccine reaction requiring emergency care. The first time was full blown anaphylaxis.. this time was a bad case of hypersensitivity. Dr Sullivan was incredible, spent time with us, and answered tons of questions. The Vet nurse Cass was also amazing. This team, and VEG as a whole deserves to be recognized daily for the incredible work they do. I hope VEG continues to grow, every pet should have access to the kind of care they give. We had the idea to make them a care package to say thanks , I’m sure they don’t get as many thank you’s as they deserve ( Mia helped us make it ) THANK YOU ALLLL !!!!

I really appreciate the VEG Hillsboro/Beaverton team! Gigi and Dr. Thomas are the best! We had an emergency and my cat hasn’t been fond of vet interactions lately, but they were so skilled and compassionate that he not only cooperated but even got more at ease. And they were so so nice to me too, as I was half awake and low key in panic. The facility is all new and open concept, super well thought! It’s far from my house but I would not blink to use them again in an emergency.

We were sent to VEG from urgent care for continued overnight care and treatment. My kitty suffered from an acute kidney event and recovered quickly and fully at VEG. I like that the triage area is in the middle of the room when you enter and the kennels are open to the room. Your animal is treated and cared for right in front of you. You can stay with your pet as long and often as you care to. You speak directly with a vet when you call with questions. All the staff are very kind and loving toward the animals. You can tell they definitely care about your babies. My experience was great. The only downside is this level of care comes with a great expense, but they will tell you up front what the cost will be.

My dog Pico was sick for 3 days this week. We went in for a visit on Monday and were released to go home for outpatient care; when Pico didn’t improve, we came back on Tuesday and stayed for two nights. Even though my dog was sick and it was a stressful situation, my time at VEG ER was a fantastic experience from start to finish. There’s nothing I would change because it was perfect. The VEG staff is amazing and I admire their dedication to patients and animals. My husband also brought our dog Jack here in February (I was out of town for the day and was unfortunately unable to be there). Jack sadly had to be euthanized, but the care that we received during that visit and after the visit was remarkable and generous. I wish I got everyone’s names to compliment them all personally! Dr. Brough, Dr. Smith and Dr. Nacke-Horney were all fantastic and thorough. Patty and Jenna were warm and welcoming. All of the other vet techs were great and quick to help. I really appreciate everyone helping Pico and dealing with his GI issues. I know it required a lot of cleaning.

Although I did NOT want to be here late Saturday night, I was extremely happy with this 24hr hospital. They took such great care of us & they got to work as soon as we walked in the door. These facilities are set up completely different from any other animal hospital Ive ever been to. Everything is out in the open so you’re able to see everything they’re doing & you don’t feel left out of any conversations or decisions. The only hard part about an open concept is you also see what’s going on with everyone else’s pet so it’s a little sad. I honestly didn’t mind that part because although it’s sad, it helps to feel like you’re not alone & it also allowed me to know exactly what I needed to pray for while waiting for results to come back. They have couches set up in front of each station so you can lay down comfortably with your pet. After talking with the nurses I found out they have rooms where they will set up a bed if you want to spend the night for those that have to stay for extended periods of time. I would also like to add how clean & well kept the facility was. I was impressed to see someone cleaning each station, crate & mopping the floor after each pet was released. I was there for almost 4 hours so I did see several pets checked in & released. Overall it was as good of an experience as it could be under the circumstances. I hope I never have to go back but if we ever do need another emergency clinic, you better believe we’ll be looking for a veg ER for Pets location.

I cannot thank everyone at VEG enough over the past 2 days. On Sunday morning, I had to take my dog there that ended up having a blockage in his intestines after getting into one of our cabinets while I was away. Although the wait was a bit longer than usual with it being Memorial Day weekend, they made sure both my dog Jordan and I were comfortable while we waited. Once we met with a doctor, they made sure to do an in depth examination while keeping him calm and near me which helped. They went over the treatment plan and payment plan options with me and made sure to answer the multitude of questions I had for them without making me feel like I was being annoying or wasting their time as they were extremely busy. I ended up having to keep my dog there, but they allowed me to come get him at 1:00am as I had wished once his treatments were done instead of making me keep him there overnight. Since unfortunately we could not get his obstruction to move, I did end up taking him back the next day. As soon as we arrived, multiple staff members greeted my dog Jordan by name and were very attentive right away when they saw us again which I greatly appreciated and was impressed with. They brought him a giant soft bed for him to rest on during the check in process. We were about to move forward with surgery, but the new doctor on shift wanted to double check imaging again to make sure it was necessary even when I told them to go ahead and do whatever they needed to just to get this out of my dogs system. I agreed to the plan or reimaging and am glad I did! We ended up getting the blockage to move, and with the medication provided we ultimately got it out of his system without surgical intervention (which we originally thought was necessary). I appreciate them saving me a ton of money instead of just moving forward with surgery right away! He is now resting at home. Shout out to Dr. Prada, Dr. Bugg, the very kind nurses/assistants (apologies that I cannot remember everyone’s name) and even the security guard for helping us! We LOVE you all!

I’m not a fan of large corporate vets, but let me tell you - the people who work in this place are phenomenal. I had to bring in my elderly dog in the middle of the night after she’d had either a stroke or a seizure (did not want to put her through testing to find out which since I knew what the outcome was going to be) and I was all alone because my husband was out of town for work. It was awful, but the care and kindness from this team was beyond exemplary. I knew I was going to have to say goodbye to her, but they did everything they could to make her comfortable. They let me sit and feed her chocolate kisses as long as I wanted and they kept the euthanasia room quiet and comfortable. They put my sweet girl on a cozy bed with her blanket and I truly believe she was peaceful and calm in her last moments. The vet who performed the service told me exactly what to expect during the process and it helped ease my worries. I truly cannot thank the staff at this place enough for helping me through such an awful night.

My dog Smidge was recently diagnosed with IMHA at VEG and was hospitalized and received 2 blood transfusions. I got to stay with Smidge the entire time and I had no idea that was even a possibility. Thank goodness we ended up at VEG!! Smidge was seen and treated by Dr. Travers, Dr. Caldwell, Dr. Leidecker, Dr. Jones, Dr. Gallucci, Dr. Dockery, Taylor, Hannah, Antonella, Bekki, and several more over those few days, and every single one of them treated Smidge with so much love and care, took time to answer questions and explain things, and helped me to make the best decisions possible in a really tricky situation. I’m so thankful for every staff person. Y’all are the best!! ❤️

I was referred here by the ER closest to my house because they did not have capacity to help my dog in a timely manner. I am very glad they did. Dr. Liddar, Sadie, and Angie? Our old boy Squatty lived a long, but hard life. He happily shared his last three years with us with such love and loyalty. Saying goodbye to him was hard, but the kind and caring staff were with us through it all. They involved us in every step taken in Squatty’s comfort and passing. The team at VEG ER are beyond amazing! They truly love their work and truly care for our pet-kiddos. Thank you so much for your help in such a trying time. The amazing team at VEG saved my best friend and I will forever be indebted to them (both literally and figuratively 😅). I called in a panic that my 12year old pitbull may have bloat, and staff on the phone suspected the same, so we sped right over. Within minutes of arrival, the vet techs had done scans to confirm her stomach was indeed twisting and she needed surgery immediately. It was all-hands-on-deck to swiftly get her catheterization lines placed and release gas from her abdomen to give her some relief while the operating suite was being turned over from another surgery. I was allowed to stay with my baby as they prepped her, which was unexpected and deeply appreciated (despite how upsetting it is to see your baby go limp with sedatives and get intubated). They recognized a possible adverse reaction to the sedative within minutes and quickly reacted to address it. They kept me appraised of every step they'd be taking, then gave updates throughout the surgery. By some miracle, (really by the magic of the talented VMDs there), my old lady not only survived a major complication, (total splenectomy), but also came through surgery and recovered swiftly. I was even allowed to stay with her post-op in her kennel, which was another unexpected and happy surprise to me. I went from thinking it was time to say goodbye to my beloved old girl, to bringing her home less than 24hours later. I write this review 1-week post-op, with my old lady happily snoring next to me, and am certain this wouldn't be the case if not for how well-trained and impressive VEG staff is. Every extra moment with this girl is priceless, and VEG gave me time I didnt think I'd be getting as soon as I knew her diagnosis at this age. THANK YOU VEG!!

We had to bring our cat here for an emergency, and I’m so grateful we did. The staff was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to our concerns and were very understanding of our budget and what we were comfortable with. I never felt pressured into unnecessary tests or treatments, which meant so much during an already stressful situation. You can truly tell they care about the animals and their owners. If you ever find yourself needing emergency veterinary care, I highly recommend this clinic. Your pets are in good hands here!

This place not only treated my everything, Chelsea, as VIP… they kept me feeling more than capable of handling whatever the next step or outcome was going to be. So so grateful. I want to thank all of the staff, but especially the nurses/techs that were just phenomenal; specifically Alex, Jess, and Hannah. I won’t trust my dog (or cat) with anyone other vet ER after this visit. I did not get to write down the main vet that worked my pups case, but her patience and kindness and willingness to explain everything with so much detail, turned what can easily be a nightmare of an experience into something manageable. THANK YOU ❤️‍🩹

Our dog Lizzie had significant respiratory distress on our trip back home to Illinois on Monday. We were lucky to end up in there. Dr Hartnagel and Jackie were wonderful. They demonstrated such kindness and compassion during a difficult time. While the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for, we were blessed to end up there with such great people. You made the last few hours with our baby girl a little more bearable. Thank you for all your support. With love from the bottom of our hearts. 💕 Shauna and Joshua

Extremely caring, compassionate and honest. Best experience we’ve ever had with a pet at an emergency veterinary facility! Upon arrival, they gave us a mat so that we could sit on the floor to keep our dog comfortable while he waited for the doctor. Wonderful staff. Very attentive. And thorough - the doctor went over all the options to help us choose the best course of care for our pup.

I had a great experience at VEG South Tampa yesterday. I brought my morkie in to get checked because she was throwing up for 24 hours. Mikayla at the front desk was so kind, empathetic, and prompt with each patient that came in. My dog was in triage shortly after check in. Within the hour, it went from calm to extremely busy. With that being said, please note that your case will be pushed back if your pet is stable & there are more critical cases that are brought in! As someone who is a pet owner and lover, I completely understand and if my pet were in critical condition, I really hope that they’d prioritize that! The wait times could be long, but they do give you the option to leave your dog in the kennels and come back when results are ready. They offer snacks and drinks in the lobby if you decide to stay! Dr. Moses did great assessing my dog, but Dr. Davison took over by the end of the night. As I watched 10 or more people shuffle in and out, I witnessed Dr. Davison explain in great detail the plan of care for each and every animal, all of which was explained with deep compassion for whatever the situation entailed. Every question and concern answered without any pressure to make certain decisions. We need more vets like this! Estevan was my nurse and he did a great job making sure my dog was okay to leave and had everything she needed. Thank you to the team at VEG South Tampa for a great experience under not so great circumstances.

I went with my cat late at night, and I had the best experience. As soon as I entered, Andy helped me, and she was so nice. Dr. Watson saw my cat, and she was very thorough and explained absolutely everything. She did an amazing job. Nurse Margo was exceptional; not only did she explain everything to me and was amazing and sweet to my cat, but she also sat down with me and answered all my questions. All the staff were so sweet. The best staff for an ER; people go there overwhelmed and stressed, and you encounter such angels. Thank you!

Dr. Ashby and all the techs (i’m terrible at names im sorry guys!) we worked with were amazing! I had just gotten off a 12 hr shift from the ER and was so tired; they were so kind to check up on me as well. We had to stay overnight and they made up a bed for me while I waited for my dog to come out of sedation. They took such good care of my pup and she was loved on by all the techs while we were waiting. For an emergency vet I think the pricing is totally reasonable given the quality of care!
