The staff at VEG were amazing. We brought our dog in having neurological issues. A nurse met us as we walked in the door and we were seen immediately. The staff there were incredibly kind. As the medical staff worked on our dog, the office staff repeatedly checked on my husband and I. There were there with tissues, water, and many kind words. I cannot recommend this emergency vet enough. Thank you so much for helping us with Griffin.

The staff and care at VEG ER is the best I have experienced. No one wants to be in the situation to go to an emergency vet, but we were with our 12 year old Tortie who wasn’t eating, vomiting, and lethargic. They were quick to triage her, and do the needed tests. Their open plan allows you to stay with your pet, touch them, hold them and comfort them through most tests. Sadly, after the findings, we had to make the decision for euthanasia. We were not rushed during the process and allowed as much time with her as we needed. Every member of the staff who we interacted with was sincere, empathetic, caring, and loving to us and our cat. Thank you for your support to us and our baby during a difficult evening.

The team at VEG took such fantastic care of our pitsky, Adele, when we had to rush her to emergency care twice over the span of a week for pale gums and bloody vomit. It was a scary time for us, but throughout Adele's overnight stay (where we got to stay right with her in a private room), we were reassured she was in expert hands with folks who were providing exceptional care as they diagnoses her with ulcers and gastritis. We received regular updates, thorough explanations of invoices & estimates, and streamlined communications. On our second visit, when we learned Adele needed more intensive care, the team quickly got us connected to MedVet so she could have a blood transfusion. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name who supported us, but Michael, Rowan, Chrissy, Kiandra (sp? ultrasound tech! and the tech in training!), Dr. Kruzova, Dr. Gulson, Dr. Billand, and the other doctors, nurses, and staff who supported overnight Monday 6/29 - Tuesday 6/30, as well as 7/5, all took such great care of Adele (and her moms!). The team was also super helpful with my follow up calls and questions. We cannot thank you enough for all have done for our sweet girl.

To Dr. Huizar and the team, thank you so much for your kindness and dedication in helping Lucy through a successful surgery and saving my girl's life. I'm truly grateful. Lucy is recovering very well now and I can't thank you enough for your care and compassion.

Mel, Elly, and Marianne were world-class. Such an incredible, caring, and personable team. This is hands down the best vet service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was completely locked in and genuinely cared about my cat. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them. They were super responsive, compassionate, and always one step ahead. I truly appreciate their care and heart. By the end, they felt like they were my cousins lol. If every vet operated like this, the world would be a better place.

We brought our dog, Buddy, to VEG twice last week, and I can’t say enough about the care we received. Our first visit was when Buddy wasn’t feeling well last Monday. We were able to bring him in right away and we got seen quickly. They took great care of him before he was transferred to Tufts, where he spent the week undergoing testing. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with cancer. We brought him home hoping to spoil him and make him as comfortable as possible, but it quickly became clear that it was his time. We made the difficult decision to bring him back to VEG to say goodbye. Even though the hospital was incredibly busy that evening, they welcomed us back without hesitation. Every single person we encountered was kind, compassionate, and treated Buddy with love. Even tho the practice is an “open room” concept, they had a private room for euthanasia, which we appreciated. One of the vet techs even searched the break room for every snack she could find, hoping Buddy might enjoy one last special treat. It was such a small gesture, but it meant the world to us. Saying goodbye is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do, but VEG made it as peaceful and comforting as it could possibly be. We will always be grateful for the kindness they showed us.

Amazing, kind, knowledgable, and helpful. I have needed VEG twice in the past few years and I would recommend them to anyone having an emergency with their fur babies. I appreciate that you can stay there with your pet the entire time, through all their tests and care, and I was so pleasantly surprised that I could stay overnight with my babies so that they wouldn't have to be alone. I got to sleep next to my kitty who developed cancer on his last few days, which means the world to me, we brought him home to say goodbye with the help of Lap of Love, who I would also highly reccomend. My other visit was with my cat who suffered an acute kidney injury after going under anesthesia for a routine dental cleaning, he has severe anxiety and I know being able to sleep with me was good for him. He fortunately has completely recovered! When my wife and I were there with him during his treatment for his acute kidney injury they also let us bring our fully vaccinated puppy to stay with us in the room as we couldn't find someone to babysit her for the whole time we were there which was a huge help. You never want to need VEG, but I am so comforted to know that they are there if I do. I appreciate y'all so much. You work so hard and really go above and beyond for your patients and their families. Thank you. ❤️

We were transferred to VEG because our initial emergency room was on diversion. Not knowing what to expect, I was highly satisfied with every aspect of VEG. When we arrived they were expecting us and flew into admission and treatment. The quote I was given was 4,500 less than others I was given at the initial emergency room. I was shocked when they asked me and my son if we wanted a bed to stay the night with my dog. Usually Vet Emergency clinics take your dog and you don't see them until you pay and are discharged. The staff ran through my pups treatment plan and offered us snacks. The nurse talked with my son and showed him the other animals. When we decided to go home to sleep, they promised texts and phone calls. The next day I was welcomed in to sit with my baby. They took extra precaution not to discharge him until they felt he was ready. They did not rush his discharge to get rid of him... actually I'm almost certain they would have kept him another night because he was so loved. VEG changed my perspective of what Vet Emergency Hospitals could and should be. I will be bypassing my usual Emergency Clinic and coming straight to VEG next time. I can't say enough about the staff...especially the night staff!!!! e I cannot for the life of me remember the names of the staff. The first 1 was the night nurse who was in charge of the admitted animals... glasses, blond hair..super sweet. The second was the day vet tech...guy, so kind and I watched him kiss all of the babies like they were his own...smells like vanilla if that helps narrow it down. Also the doctors both night and day were pleasant and thorough with explaining his condition and plan for treatment!

I cannot thank VEG ER enough for everything they did to save my little Dumpling. Our kitten got into our dogs flea and tick medicine which is very toxic to cats and my baby started to have tremors and throwing up a few hours after she ingested his medicine. I called VEG ER and from the moment they answered the phone I knew I was going to have a good experience and instantly felt like I could trust them. They were so kind on the phone, advised us to come in right away. As soon as we walked in they knew who we were and called in for a STAT treatment and when I say all the nurses and doctors from the young gentleman who triaged us were SO KIND And took us in immediately! Started treating our Dumpling right in front of us and kept us informed the entire time of what was happening. They pulled up chairs for us to sit with her in the trauma area while they worked on her and All the nurses were so attentive of her, monitoring her tremors while the doctor was figuring out a treatment plan. She needed to spend the night to get her medication and be monitored for symptoms and the care and services were unmatched! We got lucky and was able to bring our baby home the next day and she has fully recovered! We will forever be grateful for the WONDERFUL team at VEG ER in Willow Grove!

This is a difficult review for me to write but it’s something I have to write about. Our husky, Indi, was taken to this location on the evening of August 29, 2025 for what we thought was a stomach issue. Unfortunately, we found out that Indi had a cancerous cyst in her stomach that erupted and nothing could be done except make her final moments as comfortable as possible. The staff at this location made Indi and the rest of our family extremely comfortable and many of the staff gave bits of food from their own lunches to give to Indi to enjoy in her final moments. It was very touching during that difficult time. The vet that night even stayed much later past when her shift was supposed to end (I had heard two vet techs talking about when she was supposed to be off) just to be with Indi and my family. I cannot thank the staff enough for their incredible generosity and empathy and support that they showed us during one of the hardest nights of our lives. We still mourn Indi but we could not have asked for a better place in that moment at that late of an hour. The staff was incredibly helpful and caring and we can’t thank them enough. I’m so sorry that we don’t remember any of their names but the staff on duty of August 29-August 30, 2025 were amazing people and I can only imagine the rest of the staff are just as great. We can’t thank you all enough for your gentle kindness.

On the evening of April 9th, 2026, we took our 12-year-old dog Finn to VEG ER after he had suddenly become lethargic. Dr. Stever and Dr. Ashraf and their entire team treated Finn immediately. They discovered a huge mass in Finn's abdomen. We were given a few options, and we decided to have him undergo a splenectomy there. And I'm so glad we made this decision. Two and a half weeks later, Finn is back to normal and doing so well. I know a part of his great recovery has to do with his overall health, his breed, genetics, etc. but I believe that the VEG ER team's rapid response, clear communication, and treatment contributed to it greatly. I'm still reeling from what happened because it was a huge shock for us, and there's still a lot more we have to figure out for Finn long-term, but I am just so deeply thankful for the entire VEG ER team. I wish I remembered everyone's names because they all deserve a personal note of gratitude. I would like to call out Dr. Stever, though, who has been there for us every step of the way, even in the midst of his super busy schedule. I felt like we were inconsolable and completely lost the night this all happened, but--as utterly cheesy as this is--Dr. Stever felt like a lighthouse in a dark, thunderous storm. He was reassuring and kind, but straightforward and clear. He was so patient with us, answering our stuttering, nonsensical questions, and gave us as much information as he could, acknowledging the pros and cons of everything (including the steep cost). It's hard to imagine where Finn would be without the VEG ER team. We are forever grateful to them and could not recommend a more caring team to treat your pets during emergencies. I selfishly wish they could be our regular vets too!!!

This isn’t our first visit to VEG, and I’m sure it won’t be our last—pet emergencies have a way of striking when you least expect them. It’s an enormous comfort knowing their team of wonderful, strong (mostly) women 💪 are there whenever we need them. I’m especially grateful they allowed me to stay by my pet’s side throughout treatment and included me in her care. No one knows a pet better than their owner, and that partnership made all the difference in her comfort and recovery. The staff answered every question with patience and kindness throughout our stay. Carla, our nurse, was gentle and attentive with our girl in a way that meant more than words can express. Dr. Croel was thorough, direct, and honest with us every step of the way. The facility itself is spotless, and the staff clearly prioritize patient care in everything they do. As much as we hope to never need an emergency vet, we’re deeply grateful VEG is there when we do. Maya and her family thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The doctors and staff here are amazing people who truly care about animals. They are literal life savers, doing everything for our sick puppy. They worked with us like no other place would to save our Rex. God bless them, I’m so grateful! Thank you to the doctors & the kind staff that made us comfortable as possible with 3 small kids. They’re the only place that could help us at 2am with minimal fund. Thank you ♥️

I don't remember my vet's name. Sorry! However, she was amazing! She listened and understood and validated my concerns. Based on Dexter's current treatment of antibiotics and his response to treatment, she thought of a more comprehensive way of treating and addressing it. She included me in the decision making process. Before finalizing a treatment plan, she wanted to think about the coarse of action. Her decision was spot on for Dexter. Within two-days, Dexter began eating again, after not eating for OVER a week. He had less discharge from his nose and his activity level improved drastically. The antibiotics and steroids are working. My Dexter has returned. Her approach to treatment was unconventional compared to what I would have received if I had gone back to Angell's. I truly feel that her approach saved his life. Thank you so much! I will totally recommend VEG to others.

We found ourselves at VEG ER on a Saturday morning with our kitty, Dewey (not what we had planned, but alas). We were greeted by Aaron, who went above and beyond in terms of kindness, customer service, and making sure we were all comfortable. Dr. Landry was the veterinarian on duty, and I really appreciated her bedside manner, the time she took to talk with us and explain what she thought was going on with Dewey, and just her general personality and warmth. The wait was long as there were quite a few others there, but I wouldn’t have traded it for a shorter wait given how great the team was. I also want to give Vincent and Katelyn a shoutout. They were our vet assistants for the day, and they were both wonderful and kind even though Dewey wasn’t 😭

VEG did an amazing job saving our boy. He was in boarding while we were out of state and his stomach flipped causing bloating. Our boarding facility got him right over to VEG. They took an x-ray and confirmed. The doctor called me and told me everything she had to do to operate and fix his stomach. They sent us a quote and we paid it online. They performed emergency surgery and took care of him over night until we got back to Michigan. They kept us informed the whole time and sent text messages with updates. When the cost was lower than the quoted amount they also refunded us $700. I couldn’t be more thankful they have a facility close to our boarding facility. A flipped stomach if not caught in time can be fatal to a dog and we are so grateful our fur baby Otis is doing well. Thank you VEG doctors and nurses!

Beyond blessed I took my baby girl Rossie to this vet! I honestly don’t know what would’ve happened with her if I would’ve not taken her on time! Rossie got there with her heart beat extremely low close to almost passing away! I was fortunate for the whole team to take care of my baby girl she was never left alone. They did everything to help her and we were lucky and blessed she made it through! My babies heart went from 40 to 120 🥺♥️🙏 although treatment is extremely expensive I am happy my baby survived and was Diagnosed with Addison disease. I will forever be thankful it’s like they brought my baby back to life.

Our dog needed care for an infected, newly discovered wound late Saturday night. We were greeted by kind staff who directed us to an open bay with a comfortable place for me to sit and a dog bed for my pet. I wasn’t used to the open vet setting where we could hear most conversations with owners there and see most interactions. But it was comforting to know other worried pets & parents were treated so well. I was informed of everything about my dog’s condition and given time to ask questions. An estimate was texted to me. I didn’t have to leave my dog when he was taken to a procedure table in center of the facility and in view of all. He was given adequate sedation during the procedure and sent home with pain meds snd antibiotics. I regret I can’t recall names of the 2 kind, knowledgeable vets working with us. But the awesome staff were Gabbie and Nancy. I have a healing broken bone and Nancy even got my dog in the car for me. Hopefully we never need another emergency vet visit- but if we do, we will definitely come to VET.

My boy Goose was outside with my family and they weren’t paying attention so he was playing in the pool and swallowed ALOT of salt water. His stomach was rock hard and he was throwing up pretty consistently. One of my biggest fears is Bloat so we immediately loaded him up in the car and took him to the vet. We have never been here before but the entire staff was very very nice and super respectful of my boy. He is very anxious and doesn’t like people in his space but they allowed me to take the lead and direct them into the best way to help him. They communicated every step of the way and took their time to explain the best course of action for him. I would absolutely recommend anyone who needs emergency care to take their animal to this vet.

I am so, so thankful VEG opened here. We brought in our dog Sophie after she had quite a large, open laceration on her leg. She is a very anxious dog at the vet but everyone (and I mean everyone!) at VEG tried to make her feel welcome and comfortable. They knew exactly how to approach my dog and get her trust within minutes. I especially loved that we could be with Sophie the whole time-- this meant we could tell the doctors, nurses, and techs all the little things to help make Sophie's visit smoother and it worked so well. I don't think Sophie's injury was the easiest one to close but I felt like Dr Rivera-Ramirez and Dr Pham did an excellent job given the circumstances and risks of a high movement area. There was so much care and expertise in their work. Overall, taking my dog to VEG was the best decision we could have made for her. Even though I wish my dog was not injured, they did everything to help her heal and make her feel comfortable. We'll be back if needed and I'm really just so thankful for the team here. You all are the best and made a very stressful night so much more manageable ❤️

My cat ingested floss this morning and it was suggested by my long time vet to go to VEG for immediate help. The VEG team was able to see my cat immediately and begin their treatment plan. We had to bring our fur baby Heidi in for emergency care at VEG in Sugar Land yesterday & Dr. Lee was wonderful. He was so caring & kind to both us & our fur baby. She’s truly our baby so it made a huge difference while we were so worried & she wasn’t feeling well. All of the staff & nurses were awesome too. Our girl was actually happy each time someone came in to get her for testing, to check on her or to talk with us. We’re so grateful for the level of care & kindness we received. It made a difficult situation a lot easier to get through. We highly recommend this place if you ever need emergency vet care.

We were sent to VEG from urgent care for continued overnight care and treatment. My kitty suffered from an acute kidney event and recovered quickly and fully at VEG. I like that the triage area is in the middle of the room when you enter and the kennels are open to the room. Your animal is treated and cared for right in front of you. You can stay with your pet as long and often as you care to. You speak directly with a vet when you call with questions. All the staff are very kind and loving toward the animals. You can tell they definitely care about your babies. My experience was great. The only downside is this level of care comes with a great expense, but they will tell you up front what the cost will be.

Excellent care, not just for my kitty Olive but also for me, as I was an emotional wreck. 🥰 Olive had a sudden and acute UTI, which required a midnight visit, and the place was PACKED. I was alarmed at how long we might have to wait, but we were out of there in two hours, and that's due to just how highly organized this place is. Olive had a full exam, many blood tests, medications on-site and to bring home, plus fluids (even a nail clipping!). My only beef was the staggering price tag, as it clearly takes advantage of these emergency situations. (It costs $310 just to walk in the door.) But like any cat owner, I would have paid double to get Olive treated immediately, and I'm grateful that VEG-- such a quality animal hospital-- is within walking distance from my house. Still, bills like these show that adopting an animal in 2026 has now become a luxury, and so fewer people will do it because of the costs. And that has such sad implications in so many ways. Nevertheless, VEG is a terrific and trustworthy animal hospital. Big praise goes to Dr. Tiffany Chan for her skill, thoroughness and compassion during such a stressful night for both Olive and myself. Thank you, Dr. Chan. ❤️

Hey. My name is Oliver. I’m a Goldendoodle who likes to eat things that I shouldn’t. I swallowed a part of my toy yesterday and my dad was convinced it was an emergency. 🙄Thankfully, he took me to VEG in Clifton. They are so pawsome! They saw us immediately. Within 8 minutes of walking through the door, they had me vomiting the thing I was allegedly not supposed to eat. They even gave me fluids so I could leave nice and strong. I don’t like going to see a doctor, but they make me feel super comfortable and really show me lots of love and care so it makes the experience digestible (hoomans call that a pun). Anyway, just wanted to thank Dr. Rothstein for overseeing my care along with Ariel, Darcy, Jackie, and all the other ladies who absolutely fell in love with me. I mean, helped me (sorry, autocorrect). Anyway, gotta go. Dad is calling me to the park. Thanks again guys. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends. 🐶🫶🏽

Everything in this place was outstanding!! Dr. Brennan and the team gave my dog such care at a time when I was so upset about him being attacked / fight with a bigger dog. They were professional, the place was spotless and everyone was so caring! I give them high marks and recommend going here if ever you are in an emergency with your pet 100%. This morning I brought my 2 year old cat in who vomited reddish watery liquid. I lost a cat suddenly when he was 2 years old in 2021 so this was a tough trip to make. The staff was amazing!! So kind and made me laugh a few times. Dr. Beckman was prompt, thorough and validated all my concerns. Even through my cat getting fluids and medication, not happy and let the techs know it too! 🤣 They all remained so calm and sweet to my little one. I hope I don't need to go back ever again but they will certainly be the place I do go if needed in the future. Thank you all SO SO much!!! Keep up the incredible work. Rue sends her love 🤣🐈‍⬛❤️

My Jack Russell was attacked by a coyote. I called ahead and they had doors open and table ready with all hands on deck. The calm demeanour by everyone helped keep me calm. He stayed 4 days since he was in such bad shape. They saved his life and treated him like he was their own. I know he was held and loved at night when I or my husband couldn’t be there. Thank you Dr Boiskin and Dr smith (day and night doctors who spent by far the most time working on him). Highly recommend VEG!

My 6 year old cat had a gastro emergency recently, and I took her here for treatment, electing to have her hospitalized. All of the staff were phenomenal, and I couldn't believe that we didn't have to wait long, were provided a private room, and that I was able to stay with my nervous kitty during testing to provide some familiarity and comfort throughout the experience. All of the tests they recommended and questions they asked were instrumental to getting a good understanding of what was going on, and she was able to get on a prescription diet to help her feel better and heal. It's been a week since her hospitalization and she has gone from not eating or moving to eating voraciously and running around like a kitten. So grateful for the awesome folks at this clinic who genuinely cared about the welfare of my cat.

Highly recommend bringing your loved pets here. The care and service towards the pets and their humans was above and beyond. Transparency is a value here as there is no bringing your pet “to the back” - every station is out in the open so you can be with your pet through every procedure and test. The staff has blankets and drinks for the humans to ensure we are also comfortable while waiting for our pets to heal. The demeanor and care from the staff was truly something I’ve never experienced at a vet before - I felt so taken care of and believed my dog was in the best hands possible. I walked in with my dog who had lethargy, loss of appetite, and diarrhea, and there was no wait, and urgency to solve the issue. What we though was an irritated GI tract was actually a flipped stomach, to which the entire team responded to rapidly and brought him into surgery. I was allowed to stay overnight with my dog while he was healing which helped the both of us with our anxiety. I have never witnessed this concept at a veterinary clinic before and I wish i could give 10 stars

I cannot say enough incredible things about Veterinary Emergency Group. They recently took care of my 14-week-old puppy, Timber, after she accidentally swallowed a treble hook hidden in some moss. It was one of the scariest moments of my life, but the entire team handled it with compassion, confidence, and absolute professionalism. From the moment we walked in, they treated Timber like she was their own. They kept me informed every step of the way, moved quickly without ever making me feel rushed, and showed such genuine care for her comfort and safety. Knowing she was in their hands brought me so much peace. A special thank-you to the team for coming up with what they called the Axl maneuver — their creativity and expertise quite literally saved Timber from a very dangerous situation. I’m endlessly grateful for their quick thinking and dedication. Timber is home, safe, happy, and healing — all thanks to VEG. I will recommend them to anyone who loves their pet like family. They truly are heroes in scrubs. 🐾❤️

When Jersey was hospitalized at VEG for three days, the team transformed one of the most stressful experiences into something I will always be grateful for. Jersey is a very anxious senior dog. Like many pet parents, I was terrified when she needed emergency care. My previous experience at another local animal hospital left me feeling helpless and disconnected because I wasn't allowed to stay with my pet. VEG was the complete opposite. There are no restrictive visiting hours. You can come and go as needed. Whenever I visited Jersey, the staff welcomed me with kindness and compassion. Every time I visited, a nurse would pull up a chair beside Jersey's crate and encourage me to spend time with her while she received her IV fluids. Being able to hold her in my lap during a stressful experience was a gift. Throughout her stay, every doctor, nurse, and team member treated both Jersey and me with patience, empathy, and respect. They took the time to answer questions, explain her treatment, and make sure I felt informed and supported. The true testament to how special VEG is can be found in Jersey herself. Normally, she pulls and rushes past veterinary offices as quickly as possible. Yet after her potty breaks during her hospitalization, she would willingly walk back into VEG. For an anxious dog like Jersey, that spoke volumes. My deepest thanks to Dr. Weggeland, Dr. Hauser, Dr. Friedman, Dr. Green, and Dr. Johnson, as well as Christina, Nicole, Elise (?), and the many other nurses and staff members whose names I unfortunately can't recall. Every one of you played a role in helping Jersey and supporting me through a difficult time. VEG took a stressful and traumatic situation for both an anxious pet and a worried pet parent and made it feel safe, compassionate, and even special. I will never forget the care we received.

VEG took amazing care of our cat, Paisley, over the weekend when her regular vet was closed. From immediate triage, to the care she needed following that, she was treated with care, compassion, and remarkable thoroughness. The staff treated her humans the same way, explaining her care, her diagnosis, (pancreatitis,) and discussing next steps with us and seeking our approval for each stage of her care. Costs were discussed up front. I was expecting her treatment to cost a good bit more than it did, so that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, VEG, for taking care of our family.

I had taken a duckling who suffered from trauma over here for an evaluation and whether euthanasia would be the better choice rather than rehabilitation. From the very beginning of contacting this establishment, everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind, patient, and even humorous in the perfect times that made the situation much more tolerable. The doctors took their time examining the duckling I brought in and were very gentle with explaining why euthanasia would be the best, and I was not pressured at all to sign away responsibility/ownership of the duckling until after the examination and a decision on what to do, which I appreciate. Given my situation being a wild life animal, I was able to receive services for free, so I cannot attest to pricing; however, the staff were great.

Had a Father’s Day issue with my two dogs. Right from the start when I called to notify them I was coming in they made me feel like i was making the right choice. Amanda and Brittney at the front desk were extremely helpful and comforting. The doctors and all the assistants were also extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional . Everyone was on point! Thank you again! Sapphire and Jade also say thank you for making them Feel better!

We are so grateful to this amazing vet team for taking such great care of our cat, Baby Boy (Aboi). Thanks to their care and attention, he recovered so quickly, which meant the world to us. A special thank-you to Dr. Sana Banaeianzadeh, who made sure Aboi was truly ready and in good condition before sending him home. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and reassuring throughout the process. She even sent us home with two jars of baby food to help him regain his appetite — such a thoughtful and caring gesture that really shows how much she cares about her patients. We couldn’t be more thankful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive veterinary care.

I was totally upset and worked up when I called VEG ER, but the gentleman on the phone was incredibly kind and calm. When I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and organized the building was. The open concept floor was not what I was expecting but it was really awesome being with my dog every step of the way. The gentleman that helped us offered a bed for my dog to lay on, which was good because we waited like 5 hours. They offer snacks, drinks, as well as blankets for humans because it gets quite cold in there. Everyone there was kind and friendly. You could really tell they were dedicated to their job and providing the best experience for their patients. My princess loved being able to watch everyone walk around her and was completely content. The doctor even sat with her when we were finally seen so she wouldn’t have to be moved. :) All the staff talked to her like a baby whenever they addressed her which made me happy too. Really shows they love animals. Paid about $660 to find out she didn’t have a lot of poop in her, but the peace of mind was worth it. Getting to see how they take x-rays was cool too, even if my poor baby had to be manhandled hehe. The bill was much cheaper than I expected, which was nice. It was for the initial exam and the x-rays. Would highly recommend coming here for a transparent, wonderful experience! ❤️

I'd definitely recommend them. My husky does do well at vets, so they allow you to stay with your fur baby the entire time, they have an open layout where staff comes to you so you aren’t stuck in a room. They were extremely gentle with him and me… and I know we both felt more relaxed!! You can tell they love their job and are dedicated to taking care of your pet.
