Great experience made me and my Tinker Bell feel very comfortable extremely professional they work as a team and can answer any of your questions quickly and comprehensively. Sarah McReynolds, Brandi and Lisa were amazing. Sarah and Brandi answered all of my questions and gave great advice. Lisa made me feel very comfortable about paying and worked with me through that. Emily did an excellent job walking me through how to give my cat the medication!

This place is so amazing! Would highly recommend! Here’s the reason for our visit. Ruby decided to snack on a hydrangea, which we discovered can be extremely toxic to pups. So happy to have this clinic nearby!

We had to rush our baby there at midnight and from the moment we walked in the door until we left they did absolutely everything they could to save our baby. The dr that was there was the best we have ever had. Even though she had so much going on with other animals she gave our boy the best care she could. We loved that we could see everything they were doing and could be with our little boy until the end. I would recommend this vet to everyone. Dr Odaniels was the absolute best and we couldn’t have asked for someone better to take care of our little man. Even though it didn’t have a good end they made it as good of experience as they could and communicated with us the whole way.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM. I’ve been raving about them every day to people. On Friday 5/15 my cat was showing obvious discomfort with signs of a urinary issue. Our primary wouldn’t be open long enough to do a procedure and recommended we go to Veg in Allen. We live in Wylie, but after speaking to them on the phone (extremely kind and informative) I decided to go to them. I’ve never seen an open concept vet before, it was interesting- I don’t mind either way as long as orange boys healthy. LET ME TELL YOU - they were so sweet, every single nurse and doctor, to my child and myself on top of our cat. We were there during a busy time of day, so waiting was to be expected and they were so accommodating and offered us some snacks to munch on while waiting for availability to do the procedure. I watched parts of the procedure for my cats urinary block, got to ask questions, learn, I actually had a good time. Didn’t expect that! Of course, a 2 day hospitalization would be best for my cats needs but I couldn’t afford it. They went over the feasible options for me and were sure to tell me the benefits of each thing on the list and risks of taking him home but were doing their best to ensure he would be as healthy as possible. They took their time during the procedure, other nurses came up and offered to assist or just watch. You can tell they love to be there. I cannot say enough good words about them. He is doing well 5 days later🧡 thank you!!

Where can I start, well for one I wish I knew the names of the ladies that helped us when I went with my precious Nala, whom I miss so much. We called in on May 19th at 3am and told the very nice lady who answered what was going on with Nala and how she was having a hard time breathing and slobbering all over. Was instructed to fill out a form so that they can have her information ready on file and to bring her in right away. We were received at the door and taken care of immediately. Unfortunately we were shown on the ultrasound that she was having heart issues and had fluid all around her heart. She was already dying so we had to choose to let her go in peace. The 3 doctors were very supportive with me and my daughters. It was a very hard decision but I didn’t want her to suffer. Thank you for being so patient and compassionate with us. It meant the world 🌎 to us. Thank you also for the box you added Nala’s body in and for the beautiful card you sent us. We have it in our fridge. They’re the kindest people I’ve ever met. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about VEG. This was the second animal that I’ve had there. I own a pet sitting business and one of the dogs that I care for, Phoebe, had been there for smoking inhalation. I cannot tell you how dedicated, compassionate, caring, and professional. They are My dog Zoë came in last night for a possible obstruction. She was met with humans who wanted to take care of her in the best possible way.. I have always recommended VEG to my clients, and will continue to do so after my personal experience. This is top-notch emergency care for pets. I I’m so grateful that we have this facility in Bellevue

I had an exceptional experience at ERA VET. The entire team went above and beyond to care for both my dog Brody and I. Dr. Danielle Alleman and her team were both personable and answered all of my questions regarding next steps in my dogs treatment. Their genuine compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier and I truly felt like my dog was treated as their own. I would highly recommend them to any family member or friend.

Another 5 Star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This past Sunday, my exotic shorthair cat, Riff, suprised me out of the shower with a yellow face and a yellow paw. I immediately began cleaning him and wondering what he got into. It was a vase full of different flowers, including a single lily!🚩🚩🚩 I knew lilies were bad for cats and ran to google! Yep, toxic! Rushed my boy to VEG and they began life saving treatment right away. Riffy spent 48 hours at VEG on a continuous IV to rid his body of any toxins. I cannot say enough about this place. Everyone was so kind and caring. The compassion they displayed was unmatched. Riff can be nervous and had a bad experience at another ER in Oakdale. But here he was so much more relaxed. When they saw that the dogs were making him anxious, they moved him to a cat only room. After a day, he really calmed down and actually seemed to really like the place. In fact, when I went to pick him up, he seemed like he didn’t want to leave. All I can say is this pls d is top notch! Having 4 pets, we have been to all of their competitors, and none of them come anywhere close to VEG. The simple concept of being able to stay with your pet and being able to visit whenever you please, is such a bonus to both pet and owner. I cannot say how much I love this place!

I took my dog of 16 years of age KoolWip into this ER at 12 midnight and I was greeted with the best professionalism I’ve ever seen, and my dog was taken care of immediately. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything that we could do for my baby and I elected to allow him to go and rest in heaven. I was given a very quiet peaceful room to say my goodbyes to him and sat with him for a while and then the doctor gave him the medicine to let him go to sleep. I just want to thank them for how much they did. I’m so happy that it was there that I was to say goodbye to him because they treated me with the best sympathy and empathy. Thank you so much for loving what you do and it’s showing in your behavior. My KoolWip will be missed very much. Tina Willis

This is a five star experience all around. Very nice and clean environment, with kind and approachable people. They pretty much let you watch and see everything they do, they have snacks and drinks available, and give you a private room to sit in. They are upfront on pricing and will go over things with you. You'll spend quite a bit, but its really on you and your doctor to determine how serious something can truly be and if its worth the tests, intervention, etc. We paid around $2000 for a variety of tests and treatments. Our cat Leo was looking and acting half dead for about a week and refusing water or food, heart breaking to see everyday. My wife and I decided to take him here after getting an exam done at a local Vetco. Leo felt better within 1-2 days after our visit. Dr Lopp is really great and made herself available to sit down and explain things more in depth with us multiple times. Attached photo is Leo the cat getting an ultrasound done to him.

My dog, Pepper, got on the counter and stole a rib from our bbq take out container. She had the whole rib down her throat before we could grab her. I called for some guidance and they suggested we come in. We came right to VEG and were met with the most helpful staff! From beginning to end, I felt welcome and cared for. Pepper ultimately had to undergo surgery to remove the rib bone, and everything from the price to the process was explained thoroughly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VEG for anyone in the vulnerable position of needing help with a pet. Thank you all for your care and attention to a very special part of our family. ❤️

Entire team was great. Facility was very clean. We were seen immediately, and were able to remain with her throughout treatment which made it easier for me and my dog. Thank you to Jennifer, Jordan, and Dr Janda for making a difficult time easier to deal with and for all the compassion you showed both us and Jenny. Thank you to everyone really, but that's who helped us. -jen

Dr.Rogers is an amazing veterinarian and all his Nurses on night shift 03/18/2026!!! My cat had a urinary obstruction and was so sick and lethargic as soon as I brought him in they immediately put him on a triage bed and took genuine care! The authenticity and genuine empathy and compassion is unmatched to any other vet services I have ever been to !! My kitty Fito had a urinary Catheterization to release his bladder and prescribed amoxicillin and gabapentin for after care and prescribed food we left about 4 hrs after his procedure. While I would recommend staying for hospitalization because that can be life saving and I wish I could have I absolutely didn’t have the finances . So now Day 2 after surgery his life is better he has started urinating and he is happy boy again ! I might add the nurses were the kindest loving on him and being the sweetest. No matter what happens in the future I am just grateful he was able to receive this care and work within budget. I would recommend to anyone ! Please bring your pet here if you have any doubts just go!

Bailey was hospitalized for two nights, and this team took such incredible care of him. He is a very anxious dog, and they treated him with so much patience, gentleness, and understanding. They even shut the lights off to help make him more comfortable, which meant so much to us. You can truly tell this team loves what they do. Every single person we interacted with was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in Bailey’s well being. They don’t just treat animals medically, they care for them emotionally too. The way they handled him, spoke about him, and adjusted his environment to ease his anxiety showed how deeply they care for each animal that walks through their doors. During a very stressful time for our family, they gave us reassurance and peace of mind. We are beyond grateful for their dedication, kindness, and the above and beyond care they provided Bailey.

Took my dog Roo to VEG this morning after she got into the trash, and I honestly had a great experience. The entire staff was wonderful. Leah, the assistant, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and so sweet with Roo. Dr. Schwartz saw us quickly and took great care of both of us. The facility was clean, open, and very welcoming. I really appreciated being able to stay with my pet the entire time. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for a 24/7 emergency hospital. Overall, excellent care and an experience that made a stressful morning much easier.

I am forever thankful to Dr. Odaniel and Brooke for helping stabilize my Daisy. Even though she is an exotic pet, they took excellent care of both her and me (I was an absolute wreck when we arrived) Daisy had stopped eating and was rapidly declining. It was a Saturday, and my regular exotic veterinarian would not be open until Monday. I called first to ask if they would see her, and they immediately put Dr. Odaniel on the phone. She was incredibly kind and reassuring. Once I explained that I needed Daisy stabilized, she told me to bring her right in. When we arrived, Daisy was seen very quickly. Brooke patiently taught me tips and techniques for critical care feeding, which was extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They started Daisy on medication and discharged her with a clear treatment plan. By the very next morning, Daisy had improved tremendously. I truly could not be more grateful for the care, compassion, and expertise they provided. As an added bonus, the pricing was very reasonable for an emergency veterinary visit. Thank you, Dr. Odaniel and Brooke, for giving Daisy the care she needed when she needed it most!

Y’all were the biggest lifesaver… literally! Thanks to the amazing care at VEG our Alaskan malamute is alive! From the moment we stepped in to taking her home I have never felt so supported, welcomed, and cared for by a veterinary team. Our 4 year old malamute is normally very intense at vet appointments- the open floor plan, kind approachability of the staff and flexibility for her we could tell made her feel more at ease. The doctors came and sat on the floor with us while we had all her testing done and helped to talk us through a plan for her next steps. We ended up getting her admitted for overnight care & X-rays. Getting a call at 2:30 in the morning that she would need emergency abdominal surgery or it would be fatal was one of the scariest moments, we rushed right on over and got to be with her while they prepped her for surgery. VEG is unique in such a fantastic way, the open floor plan, ability to stay with your pet, phenomenal communication & truly the best vet care I’ve received- should any other future emergencies arise we will not be going anywhere else. I really appreciated the comprehensive medication take home sheet, as well as the extremely detailed itemized bill( - Also I highly recommend looking into pet insurance)

What started out as a nightmare before meeting the team of VEG turned into the exact opposite after meeting the staff at the door the moment I arrived. Upon arriving, the team was actually waiting at the door for my dog Selena to arrive, which made me feel calm and comfortable the moment I witnessed this. I would suggest anyone to give VEG a try if you haven’t already. The team is professional, courteous, thoughtful, and caring. I’ve never gotten all four of these things from one veterinarian ever! Dr. Neal Villanueva along with his staff dealt with me and my dog for two days, and it was the most pleasant experience. Even my dog showed appreciation by wagging her tail nonstop the entire time she was there, although she was in lots of pain when she arrived. I can’t thank this team enough. VEG, you all are the best!!🙏🏾❤️ 🦴 🤗

VEG ran like a well oiled machine lubricated with compassion, care, teamwork. Everyone was engaged. No one seemed tired or irritated. We were there after midnight. There were several critical pets already there or that came in. They took precedence because my pup was not critical. However, I was made aware of the wait and why. We were checked on regularly and given wait time for labs & x-ray results. Hospitalization was handled the same way. And the day team was working with the same integrity and dedication. I will not hesitate to return or refer friends & family.

Came in on a Saturday morning and was lucky to catch it on a slower day. I had an excellent experience here. I had a lot of PTSD as my last emergency pet visit was with my last dog and he didn’t come home with me 🥹. So to say I was a little anxious was an understatement. They made my dog feel like a priority the minute we walked in. I was very worried about his vomiting and diarrhea that he had been dealing with for over 48 hours. A quick x-ray and blood work and we got our answer. They loved my dog like he was one of theirs and it was great. The staff and my vet was amazing. I got tons of great information and all of his test results which I have never had before. Because I work in healthcare I love that info, even for my dog. Highly recommend VEG and the Schaumburg location!!

We had to bring our boxer in for emergency CSection. The whole chipped in due to having 14 puppies. We lost 1 at home and 1 at the hospital. Everyone was so nice and saved my baby's life. We had to return 3cweeks later due to a puppy aspirating. She was admitted and her care team took such good care of her. Thank you Dr. Lingen, Dr. Hammett, Dr. Patel, Sam, Jess W, Taylor & Jess. Almost 20 hours away from home and needing last minute vet care is very stressful. Thank goodness I chose this place! They welcomed and attended to us as soon as we stepped foot in the door. Treated my Murphy boy with so much love and was willing to answer any and every question we had to ask. He is thankfully on the mend and I left feeling so glad we were taken care of. 11/10 experience and can’t recommend them enough!

I am so grateful for Dr Volkman and her associates at Veg ER. Our 12 yr old dog "Bug" was having difficulty breathing and I can't say enough about how caring and intelligent the staff was. When we first arrived he could only walk a short distance so they made him comfortable right where he was so he could rest and proceeded to treat him there. I've never seen our dog so at ease with strangers, I really believe he sensed the genuine caring they surrounded him with. I was amazed. Their home care instructions were detailed and easy to understand. One of the girls there even decorated his folder for his paper work with his name and some art... a small detail but little things like that really mean a lot. I can tell you these people genuinely care about the animals they treat. I highly recommend and won't hesitate to return when and if the need ever arises again.

We are so grateful for the care our dog received at VEG when she suddenly passed out. It was a frightening experience, but everyone we encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The team treated our dog wonderfully and performed a thorough evaluation to determine the cause. They kept us informed every step of the way and made us feel confident that she was in the best hands. While she recovered on her own, the testing and evaluation gave us tremendous peace of mind that there wasn’t a more serious underlying issue. Thank you to everyone at VEG for your expertise, kindness, and exceptional care during a very stressful time.

We had to take our dog, Gary, in for a minor injury (torn claw that had to be removed) and I was super impressed from the moment we walked in. No questions asked, because it was obvious what the injury was, we were taken straight into triage, seen straight away by the nurse and then again by doctor 10mins later. She explained the whole process of what she recommended (sedation, removal, follow-up care, antibiotics and painkillers) while also asking if we understood and if we had any concerns. What I especially loved about this place was the open and transparent environment of the facility. It felt like being in a human ER. We were practically in the middle of all situations and treatments and we were so close to Gary all the time. Often, at other places, you send your pet off to a backroom and you have no idea what’s going on. VEG ER is not like that. You’re literally sat with your pet through the entire experience. What’s also great is because you’re allowed behind the curtain, you get to see what else is going on. Behind us was a couple who had a cat with lots of complications and they had to make some pretty upsetting decisions. The vets were extremely kind, empathetic and patient with them. Which took a lot of time and time away from our dog being treated. BUT… because we were in the same room, we could see what was happening and were able to empathize with this family. We had a full visit time of 4.5hrs, which would usually annoy me, but because I was able to see everything going on, I truly understood why it took so long. I’m so impressed with this place that I wish they had a regular vet offer rather than just ER. I hope I never have to return, but solely down to obviously not wanting my dog to need it. If we ever need an emergency vet visit again, this is where I’d return. Recommend to all for any emergencies.

I came here because my friend had a great experience with her dog and she was absolutely right! Really amazing staff, everyone was caring and attentive and made sure me and my pet were comfortable with the treatment every step of the way! They really took care of my elderly frenchie! And happy to know Dr. Conway has expert knowledge on frenchies because she has 2 herself! This will definitely be my go to ER from now on.

Super quick triage! Excellent staff who care! Up to date facilities and equipment. As a Pet Parent I loved being included in every step of the care. Their new facility model is an open exam room plus waiting area. My dog is high anxiety, and honestly I get overly stimulated in noisy environments too. If you or your pet is anxiety prone, make sure to inform the staff at the beginning of the process, so you can be accommodated in a quiet, maybe darker, space. We ended up in one at the end of the visit and I appreciated it! I was unaware of the VEG ER new service model of an open floor with multiple staff working and chatting around you. I loved being seen quickly, I loved the staff but it all was quite overwhelming if you don’t know what to expect or how to advocate for yourself or your pet. Oh, and I loved getting the estimated costs on the screen and for the first time at an ER vet said no to two line items that I felt were not necessary—so that brought our estimate for a vomit and diarrhea case to just over $1,000 for the visit and various tests. I will ABSOLUTELY return as I love spending money on pet care (ha😂 my girls seem prone to issues!) but will now ask for a quieter space for waiting and care. Thanks for the great care!

I called another emergency vet for advice prior to calling VEG. The other vet’s call was about a minute long, only spoke to the receptionist, and was told to bring her in immediately. When I called VEG, I was connected immediately with Dr. Morgan. We devised a home plan of action to try first. While that course of action didn’t work out, I drove the 30 minutes to VEG, despite other ERs being closer. Once there, Dr. Baxter was very clear from the beginning about this possible being an end of life situation. We tried some IV interventions that weren’t working. He explained why it likely wasn’t working and was clear he could try more lifesaving interventions but cost was factor for me. He was clear in explaining he’s happy to do those higher level interventions but didn’t feel they would prove successful anyway. We made the very difficult decision to end my fur baby’s suffering. The end of life experience was private, ran at my pace, and everyone was so caring and attentive. The nursing staff was attentive and caring and Dr. Baxter showed compassion and emotion throughout the process. Do not go to any other vet ER! Highly recommend even though it was a tragic situation.

I don’t know where to start. We were sent here from another clinic. Our kitty Chloe was in bad condition. We had a bad feeling she wouldn’t make it. The staff was incredibly helpful in every way. The hospitality was amazing and on point. This is a high quality emergency room. I would say worth it because of the service and how our fur baby got everything she needed. SHE MADE IT! She’s family and they saw what she meant to us. We stayed the night with her to make sure she was okay. They would update us every time she was getting something or what they were doing. How she was doing. She was improving quick! Very honest staff!!! Which I loved a lot! You don’t get that anymore. The both doctors we had were very knowledgeable when any question was asked. They had the answer and explained it very well so we could understand. Very kind, smart and friendly. They made you feel very comfortable there. Manager was very nice. The staff is checking every single pet in there all day. They were on it. They hardly even sit taking care of the pets. They really care so much. I can’t say how thankful we are for the whole staff there! YOU'RE AMAZING! Thank you for saving our Chloe! 😭 ♥️🐈‍⬛ 🙏🏼

I felt more compassion in this room than I have when I go an actual ER for humans. That is a quality we need back at all levels of humanity. This group of people should be proud of what they do not just for the animals but for the humans too. They were often showing empathy for the situation more than the owners could appreciate. I can’t say enough. I am grateful for them all

The long awaited review! My star team! ⭐️Dr. Klipin ⭐️Yoshi ⭐️Nayeli ⭐️Rene ⭐️Brandi ⭐️Dr. Kuscevic ⭐️Diana This team is AMAZING! I don’t even know where to start. I came in on Saturday 06/06 at 9:30pm for an endoscopy on my son, Luther (doberman) who swallowed a small tennis ball. The team got to work very quickly starting him on Apromorphine. First dose didn’t work, YAY let’s give another dose to my hard headed boy!… still nothing. Fantastic! Let’s do an x-ray. “Mom, you’re gonna want to come see this” The team finds not 1, but 2 balls. Endoscopy time! I got a front row seat to watch the whole procedure which was very entertaining I might add. We end up finding out that this not so little man was putting together what Dr. Klipin very accurately referred to as a ‘treasure chest’. He had devoured 1 pair of my underwear, 3 tennis balls, a couple of pieces of cardboard and a heck of a lot of grass. Every pull was a celebration! 🎉 Unfortunately not everything got to be pulled out since it was located in some very hard to reach crevices in his stomach. We’ve reached the 2hr window… time to consider surgery. This is where I start getting emotional. Yoshi was very personable and starts to reassure me that everything will be fine; that this isn’t the first case they see like this and most definitely won’t be the last. He was by my side every step of the way and for that I appreciate him. We proceed with surgery. It’s 4am by this time and I have to work at 8:30am🤮 so I go home to take a nap. I come to see Luther during my lunch break and was absolutely delighted to see that Diana was sitting on the floor, taking care of Luther. She didn’t recognize Luther or I at first but she was one of the previous nurses at the Banfield Coral Gables location that quite literally watched Luther grow up from 3 months old to the wonderful boy he is now. I was SO excited to see her. I came back later in the day to pick him up and got told by Dr. Kuscevic that he was recovering with flying colors. YAY! On my way out to the car, I ran into Yoshi coming in for his shift. He could not believe that Luther had recovered so well and was so so excited for him to go home. I apologize for the long story time. Overall I just wanted to express my gratitude to everyone who helped me through this process. Nayeli, the vet technician who monitored his anesthesia and all of Luthers needs during his procedures. Rene, for getting a killer finger and hand workout when she was gifted the title of “the grabber” during his endoscopy (I hope you’re ok girl…because OUCH). Apologies to anyone whose name I left out! Here are a couple of pics of my menacing boy recovering maybe a little too well. He swears this whole ordeal was a figment of my imagination because he is completely unfazed.

My cat Navi had a ruptured abscess on his ear and had a fever, and we were most definitely in distress. They came to help before we would even get the door open and immediately started to access the issue. The nurses Michelle and Dr Bezdek were so amazing, the way how they handled the situation was amazing. Very fast and efficient. I had such an amazing experience with this emergency veterinary service. From the moment we arrived, Elexus was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us right away, took us back quickly, helped with our initial registration, and checked us out at the end. She truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were seen very quickly, which was such a relief in an emergency situation. The doctor, Dr. Ragbeer, and nurse who cared for my cat were absolutely wonderful. So gentle, compassionate, and thorough. My cat usually doesn’t act nice to other people, but they handled him with such care and calmness that he stayed relaxed and cooperative the entire time. It really showed how experienced and loving they are with animals. Everything about our visit was perfect — from the efficiency to the kindness and level of care. I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this emergency veterinary service to anyone who needs urgent care for their pet.

We had an excellent experience at VEG ER with our Loki. The team was careful, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the visit. They clearly explained everything, and never tried to upsell us on unnecessary tests or treatments. They had all needed testing and diagnostics in-house and able to be done that night. They diagnosed the issue and provided the medicine needed to resolve it. I would absolutely bring him back if we ever need emergency vet care again.

My experience taking my 1 year old toy poodle Luxe was amazing. It was everything I expected and more. As soon as I stepped foot in the door I was met by one of the staff members and Dr. Pauline Bravo was right there to attend to my Luxe who was not feeling well. Veronica and the rest of the staff were very helpful, friendly, devoted and professional. I would recommend the VEG Emergency Hospital to everyone that needs help with their fur baby/babies. VEG staffs are truly team players. Thank you for taking care of my Luxe. Regards! Rossalyn🩷

My poor baby LaRue ingested some tinsel and I was advised by 4 different vets to come to VEG (highly rated) and asap for x-rays. I was greeted fairly quickly and they made sure to get me a room so my cat wasn’t nervous being out in the open area. I’m very observant and seeing how the team works and communicates well, I was never worried about her care here. Dr. Rodriguez and her team are very skilled, and it shows. When i called the front desk girls before coming in they were also very kind answering my questions and greeted me at the door when I arrived. Everyone here treated LaRue as if she were their own, and it was really comforting to see that. I’m very happy with this experience.

Amazing first experience, we couldn’t be more grateful. What a positive experience. We brought our 17 year old puggle, Mocha, in for Cushings related concerns when she was not doing well and could barely walk. Our regular vet was closed, and honestly, we are thankful it worked out that way because we found Dr. Randy Posada and his incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The front desk intake lady was kind and attentive, and what really stood out was how directly and efficiently they communicated with the doctor right away, something we have not experienced at any other ER vet. Dr. Posada went above and beyond. He immediately performed an ultrasound, thoroughly checked everything. You could tell he carefully took his time evaluating and caring for Mocha. He noticed she was in pain and carefully assessed her spine, even identifying twitching in specific areas, which led him to suspect IVDD and spinal related pain. His attention to detail and calm, thoughtful approach made all the difference. She got a pain injection and medicine to take home right away so she doesn’t have to suffer one second longer. He gave us his full, undivided attention, never rushed, and explained everything clearly. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. His medical notes were extremely thorough and he even sent over everything to our primary vet, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, Mocha started feeling better by the next day. My mom and I are so very impressed! Seeing her improve after being so uncomfortable was such a relief. We felt completely supported and confident that our pup was in the best hands. We are beyond impressed and so thankful. If you ever need an emergency vet (hopefully you do not), this is absolutely the place to go. Do not go anywhere else.

We cannot thank Dr Bogle and Staff enough for their amazing compassion, empathy, professionalism, knowledge, and overall care of our cat Slate. This was out 1st time using them and we came in with respiratory distress. From the second we walked thru the doors the medical staff was working to bring Slate back to good health. They were upfront with care plans, cost factors, giving viable options, and walking thru the process with you. Although Slate crossed the rainbow bridge that night, the entire staff was there with us and treated us like family. They truly love the fur babies! VEG Willow Grove will become our new emergency vet center. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

VEG is a very kind and unique vet experience. Being able to be with my sweet boy during the entire appointment, all procedures makes such a big difference. I believe all other practices in the future will follow their setup. Look at the nurse whose main function is to hold my sweet boy.

We came into VEG today after our 10 month old puppy had a bad run in with a stick. They were dedicated to doing everything they could to figure out what was going on and how to help him, even though it wasn’t super obvious and was a little tricky at times. They were SO helpful and got him taken care of. Literally the best care I could’ve ever asked for. They helped lighten the mood too and calm my fears. Our puppy ADORED them and we are so so so very grateful for their kindness and help to get him on the road to recovering. We were able to stay with our puppy the entire time and I cannot say enough good things. Special shout out to Darbilynn, Alysa, & Dr. Delgado for being amazing. Murphy was loving on them so much as they helped him. They explained his aftercare so thoroughly and answered all of our (many) questions without making us feel like a bother at all!! Seriously such an amazing group and I’ll recommend them for forever!

I can’t thank the staff at Veg enough for their compassion, tireless work, and unwavering dedication to their patients. During an extremely busy day, Dr. Cameron, Dr. Wells, and Dr. Thomas did everything they possibly could for our sweet Betty. They communicated Betty’s prognosis to us in a clear manner and were honest and kind at every turn. Every single staff member had her best interest and comfort in mind and helped keep me grounded. Our technicians Caitlin, Melissa, Danielle, and everyone involved in triaging her as a stat patient worked together to make sure she received the best care as quickly as possible. Raven and Jackie at the front desk checked on us frequently and never made us feel rushed about billing during this extremely difficult time and did everything to make us feel comfortable given the circumstances. During this time, the staff did a tremendous job with not only providing incredible care for our sweet girl but every single patient that walked through the door. Again I want to thank every single person on staff who helped our sweet Betty find peace, especially Dr. Thomas for giving her every chance possible and helping us say goodbye. The compassion we felt at Veg brought me to tears. I don’t think I have the words to truly express my gratitude to each of you but please know that your kind words and support aren’t something I’ll ever forget. On behalf of our little stinky lady, thank you so much.
