The staff at VEG were amazing. We brought our dog in having neurological issues. A nurse met us as we walked in the door and we were seen immediately. The staff there were incredibly kind. As the medical staff worked on our dog, the office staff repeatedly checked on my husband and I. There were there with tissues, water, and many kind words. I cannot recommend this emergency vet enough. Thank you so much for helping us with Griffin.

I am genuinely so surprised and happy with this new animal hospital. I brought my (not so) stray in today and, despite walking in to the most heartbreaking and delicate situation, every single nurse and tech was so kind to me from beginning to end. I was hoping that going early enough in the morning would reduce some of the typical ER wait time, but even though I was still there for a while I was frequently checked-in on and cared for. The nurses and doctors that chatted with me were very kind and I could tell every visit w me was intentional. Even listening to their debrief after losing a patient and a couple of team huddles, I was blown away by their care and professionalism. The efficiency was admirable. They listened to my nervous rambling and were clear but kind about their safety standards and expectations (w me bringing in a half-stray pregnant tortie) and still gave her so much care through a carrier. I truly hope I never have to go back but if I do, I know my babies are in the best hands.

I’ve had a blast at VEG (Pembroke Pines) an one hour ago . I’m a pet nanny so we took their sweet and senior dog to there. This morning he started with diarrhea and later with vomit. VEG has a great environment area and such a great staff. This senior dog was assisted as soon as we’ve arrived there; between vet doctor and vet techs he wasn’t in hold . They always checked on him and caring on him Love this place , thx God VEG is here

We took our 4 year old Portuguese water dog in for a true emergency. She needed a blood transfusion after eating rat poison and her blood was not clotting. There was lots of bruising but no internal bleeding to vital organs. She needed all all types of exams and several tests. She stayed overnight and needed lots of care. I called about every 3 to 6 hours and got all the answers I needed. I took her the next day for another blood test. They explained everything but since I had been keeping up with the test results on Dr. Chat Gpt I knew most of the stuff they were talking about. I was also uploading invoices as I was being billed. The prices are mostly normal and a few were a little high. But you're paying for comfort while you're in there. It is open concept so be prepared to have all your buisness out there. Everyone sitting around is very concerned about everyone's pet, some share and some over share. Whether or not that matters is neither here nor there, the vets are excellent.

We brought our cat Roxy in not really knowing what was wrong. Emergency vets can be a little overwhelming but this location had some of the nicest staff I've ever met in the vet field. Dr Johnstone and the staff were incredible. They were quick to get vitals on my cat, listen our concerns and previous medical concerns to try and figure out what was wrong. After some test came back it was determine our cat was in a dire urgent situation due to her diabetes. After Dr Johnstone thoroughly went over treatment options we decided euthanasia would be the most humane option. It's never easy to say goodbye to a pet. I had my furball for over 15 years. The staff was so sincere with the process. Making sure we had a private room, had time to say our goodbyes and just over all very professional. I was happy to hear they offer paw and nose prints free of charge and a patch of fur. My Roxy will be cremated and returned back within a week or so. I just want to thank the entire staff again for their professionalism and sincerity in this tough choice. They never once made me feel what I chose was the bad route. They all listened to stories about our cat and all praised how even with her being sick they could she was loved and how she snuggled up to my shoulder while being examined. This was simply the best experience I could have asked for under these circumstances.

This place is so empathic and kind. Treated my pup from a scary situation. Their bedside manner is impeccable, their knowledge is fantastic, and their care for my pup was top notch. Yes, they are a little costly as they are an emergency vet, but they saved my best friend's life, so I owe them my most sincere thanks and gratitude. Hope yall stay in business a long long time!

VEG and their amazing team of doctors, nurses and support staff saved my little Chihuahua/Pug mix, Oreo. They updated me every step of the way. They knew exactly what to do based on how she was responding to treatment and I’m confident their expertise and ability to act and adjust quickly saved her life. I’m forever grateful. Oreo and I thank you VEG team! 💗🐾

I was so beyond pleased with the care Wally received after testing positive for Parvo last week. While I was thrilled to learn that I could visit him at any time, even in the middle of the night, I felt beyond comfortable leaving him in your care for the two nights he spent there. I so appreciated the constant transparency about treatment options, costs, and frequent updates about how Wally was doing when I wasn’t able to be there. We were blown away by the amazing care he received! He absolutely LOVED his nurse Melissa, who took particularly amazing care of him (although the whole staff was incredible). I will absolutely be recommending VEG to all my friends with pets!

I cannot thank VEG ER enough for everything they did to save my little Dumpling. Our kitten got into our dogs flea and tick medicine which is very toxic to cats and my baby started to have tremors and throwing up a few hours after she ingested his medicine. I called VEG ER and from the moment they answered the phone I knew I was going to have a good experience and instantly felt like I could trust them. They were so kind on the phone, advised us to come in right away. As soon as we walked in they knew who we were and called in for a STAT treatment and when I say all the nurses and doctors from the young gentleman who triaged us were SO KIND And took us in immediately! Started treating our Dumpling right in front of us and kept us informed the entire time of what was happening. They pulled up chairs for us to sit with her in the trauma area while they worked on her and All the nurses were so attentive of her, monitoring her tremors while the doctor was figuring out a treatment plan. She needed to spend the night to get her medication and be monitored for symptoms and the care and services were unmatched! We got lucky and was able to bring our baby home the next day and she has fully recovered! We will forever be grateful for the WONDERFUL team at VEG ER in Willow Grove!

Came here during a trip from out of town. Staff are incredibly friendly and kind. We showed up around 930 on a Friday night (during what they said was a crazy night) and we were seen by a provider in less than an hour. They laid out a little mat for our dog and the chairs and couches to wait were comfortable. They even had a little drink fridge with drinks for the pet parents! I absolutely LOVE the open concept. Being able to be with our pup while she was in pain (leg injury) made it so much better for us and for her (since she’s a Velcro dog). Bill came out to about $500 for exam, injection drugs, and oral drugs. They sent the bill to us on our phone via text and made it easy to review in private. The vet was super reasonable talking us through the pros and cons of X-rays and how they might change management. All the staff was so friendly and kind, making conversation with us and loving on our sweet pup. 11/10 I would definitely recommend this place! I wish every vet was like VEG ER for pets.

When my golden retriever had an eye emergency, I chose this ER simply based on location and a quick glance at the reviews. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, I was incredibly impressed with the care we received. The entire staff was so gentle and compassionate with my dog, and I was especially impressed by how thorough the exam was. Dr. Kimberlyn W. took the time to clearly explain which tests she recommended and why, and I appreciated being given pricing information before anything was done. At no point did I feel pressured into additional testing or treatment. Ariela and Shannon were also absolutely amazing throughout my dog’s care. Honestly, the best way to describe this place is something one of the assistants said: it’s like “The Avengers” of veterinary medicine. The best of the best all came together to work here. The diagnosis and treatment plan were explained very thoroughly, which I truly valued, and I was sent home with printed information to refer back to as well. During the wait for bloodwork results, someone even came in with a basket of snacks and offered me something to eat or drink…such a thoughtful touch during a stressful situation. I would recommend this place 100%.

My boyfriend and I adopted a puppy from a shelter on Monday 3/23. The next day, we noticed her spay incision was opened and appeared infected. We brought her to VEG because it was the closest animal ER that was open. We were asked immediately after entering what the problem was and got into a room right after. We did not have to wait for anyone to come in and Suki was evaluated right then and there. Everyone was so sweet and genuine and we could tell that they were taking us seriously. Suki got an ultrasound to check that her internal stitches were still intact and then we were given a mild sedative (gabapentin), pain medication, and antibiotic for her. We were expecting to pay a minimum of $1000 but the whole visit was a little over $300. We went to an ER for our cat a while ago that also only needed an ultrasound and it costed $1,300 not including the initial visit fee so we were pleasantly surprised by VEG’s pricing to say the least. Dr. Ella Macquisten was so great and understanding and also made sure that we were involved with everything and didn’t make any decisions without asking first. We were in and out within an hour and Suki is doing great. Could not recommend this ER enough.

Dr. Lee and the entire team were wonderful during my dog Kane’s emergency visit late Sunday evening. They were compassionate, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate him and explain all of my options. We even got to see them caring for a baby goat, which really highlighted the dedication and compassion they have for every animal that comes through their doors. Even though I ultimately decided to stabilize Kane and follow up with our regular veterinarian, I truly appreciated the care and support they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure Kane was comfortable and that I felt informed during a very stressful situation. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern. Thank you, Dr. Lee and the entire team!

This morning my puppy had an accident jumping from some steps and he was yelling in pain. My husband and I took him to this emergency vet as it was close to our home and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. From the start, the receptionist Emily was kind and understanding. I was able to meet the nurse Brooklyn and then the doctor, Dr. Hsu came over to introduce herself and explain everything to me. From the X-rays, to sedating my pup, to just being informed, the experience was wonderful and the environment relaxing. I was already in a distressed state worrying for my pup Bear but the staff helped calm me down and my boy was able to rest and get some pain medication until his care plan was discussed. They do have coffee and water available while you wait, which I appreciated because I hadn’t had any caffeine yet and was beginning to have a headache from the uneventful morning. At discharge, my husband and I felt comfortable with the care plan that was discussed and I was truly thankful for the care Bear had received. They definitely have a returning customer with me. Thank you all!

I am very pleased with my visit here ☺️. My cat, Bobo, wasn’t eating or drinking. She felt very weak for two days. I had decided this wasn’t like her at all. So I rushed over here. the staff is incredibly kind and helpful❤️ they have a tough job. I found out Bobo had a high fever and tapeworms. though the bill wasn’t nice, I don’t blame anyone for it. An emergency vet comes with its costs. Immediately two days after visiting, Bobo was jumping on tables, using the litter, meowing. Just being herself again…☺️I was so happy!!! My cat was back to normal. no sickness, no fever, and she had medicine for her tapeworms. I definitely recommend you all to come here. just be patient with the staff. they’ve seen a lot, and they surely don’t make the prices. ❤️ so do not blame the staff for the enormous bills. what I did was I stated my budget and they were considerate of it. Below, I attached a before and after photo of Bobo😻visiting this location! (She had stayed in that box the entire day with no movement) no playing, eating, or anything. But after ! She was able to go up and down the stairs and play with her siblings 💕

I brought my dog in on one of the scariest days of our life. The staff treated him with the utmost compassion and care. They truly treated him like he was the most important dog in the world (because, of course, he is). I hope I never need an emergency vet again, but if I do, I’m so glad VEG will be there to help my pet. Dr. Lee was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He made sure we understood exactly what was happening and had a calming presence that let us know our Toast was in the best possible hands. The veterinary assistant was so compassionate as well. She made it clear that our dog was her only priority and her sole focus during that time was keeping him comfortable. After discharge, we thought of even more questions and called back in. Dr. Lee himself got right on the phone and once again took the time to answer all of our questions. Finally, we knew an emergency vet would be expensive. They were totally honest and transparent up front about what the cost would be and any alternatives to treatment that might have been available should cost be an issue. The total bill was less than I expected walking in and I appreciated the honesty regarding financial obligations. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

The staff at VEG saved my dogs life🩷 We brought my senior dog Daisy in because she was not eating, and within half an hour they had identified a large ruptured tumor on her spleen. They got her stable, got us in with a specialist the same evening, and gave us all the information clearly and patiently during a very upsetting time. She’s healing beautifully now and happy to say the mass was BENIGN!! I credit this team 100% for taking things seriously right away, and finding the problem at lightning speed. We are so grateful. Dr Stephanie Leung and team, we love you!!!

We had to bring our sweet dog to the ER during a very scary and unfortunate situation, but the care we received was truly amazing. The vet tech and veterinarian were both so kind, compassionate, and comforting from the moment we arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and help us feel safe and reassured through the entire process. Most importantly, they treated our dog with so much love and gentleness, making sure she felt comfortable and cared for when she needed it most. We are so thankful for their kindness, patience, and the incredible 5-star care they provided. ❤️ thank you so much VEG!

After two days of hospitalization at his primary vet, my dog was transferred to VEG for weekend/overnight hospitalization. Him and I spent 42 hours in "Hotel VEG". While this was truly a terrifying and emotional situation, VEG made our experience comfortable, peaceful and even pleasant (under the circumstances). He had four total doctors during his long stay and they were all great. However, he was under Dr. Benjamin Rogers' care the majority of the time and Dr. Rogers was truly wonderful! He handled all of my emotions/concerns/questions in such a gentle and caring way, while still being honest about the severity of the situation. Each of the nurses he had were also very caring and attentive to both him and myself. Sadly, I do not recall the name of one nurse in particular (hopefully VEG can look him up in the records to ensure he is aware of this review), but he was so caring and loving towards my dog. My dog was unable to stand/walk upon arrival at VEG, and this particular nurse and I were outside at 2 AM when he was finally able to walk and the nurse was literally cheering his milestones, encouraging him to walk every single step and just about as excited as I was to see his progress. I felt like my dog and I were both cared about during our entire stay. While I hope that I never need VEG’s services again, I would not hesitate to return, if necessary. I truly believe that set up that allows you to stay with your pet the entire time was very healing for my dog and allowed him to focus on getting better, without the stress of wondering why he was alone in cage during such a scary time for him. I called several hours before the transfer so that they knew he was coming and was provided an electronic intake form so that they had all of his information beforehand. I called again a few minutes before my arrival and was met in the parking lot with a gurney to get him inside. A doctor immediately began examining him and taking his extensive history from me. We were quickly set up in a private room with a bed for him and I to share. We were consistently checked on throughout his treatment and I was always told what they were doing and why they were doing every single thing they did for him.

On the 25th on July I came home in the evening to find my baby girl Grisha having a seizure on the bed. VEG ER was one of the only places opened so we rushed her there. They triaged her very quickly and took very good care of my baby. Unfortunately my Grisha could not be saved and we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. The compassion and empathy shown by everyone there was appreciated during this hard time. Before a room was available for us to say our goodbyes they put up partitions to give us a semblance of privacy. When a room opened They gave me plenty of time to say goodbye in a private room. I got to hold her through the whole thing. After she passed we were allowed as much time as we wanted to sit with her. Last week I received her paw print and some hair in the mail along with a personalized card with notes from the staff. While I wish I never had to take her there I appreciate the compassion and care they showed my baby girl and us.

I’m a mom to four sons, two human and two canine. I love and care for all of them. My human sons might say their furry brothers get better care on all levels, and if I’m honest- I’d have to agree. My furry babies are more vulnerable, always happy to see me, never complain about what’s for dinner & rarely talk back. And that’s part of what makes them so vulnerable. If something is wrong they have a tough time communicating what’s going on. All I can say, Dr. Rothstein, Dr. McDonald and all of Tyson’s care team: Rob, Cristina, Hannah, Jodi, Ashley and Jackie made his inability to explain himself a nonentity. Their attention, patience and thorough examinations were enough. We walked into VEG with a scared golden retriever who was not feeling himself, couldn't explain himself and he was greeted with so much love and focus, it didn’t matter that he wasn’t able to describe his ailments. VEG is unlike any vet I’ve been too. It is truly a godsend, a port in the storm of confusion and stress that comes with being a parent. Many thanks for all that you do.

Highly recommend. We were able to talk to the vet on the phone before making the drive for our dog. Once we arrived, they were so kind and compassionate. Very informed and they walk you through the process and charges before doing anything. I also like that we were able to be with our dog while they ran the tests. They let us bring our other dog in as well and gave her lots of love and treats!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the extraordinary care Stanley and I received at VEG on Route 59. Dr. Kayla Casavant (K) and technician Crystal were absolute angels during a high-anxiety night. Dr. Kayla took so much time with me—both on my initial phone call and in the room—listening with true empathy, sharing stories about her own cat, and completely calming my fears while treating Stanley. The entire overnight team was amazingly warm, kind, and professional. If you want compassionate, top-tier care where you never feel rushed, this is the place.

So grateful for everyone who works here. As far as emergency vets go it was reasonably priced. My 19 year old baby got in a fight with our younger cat the other week and she had a really bad infected wound. I called around to 3 other emergency vets around midnight that said they weren’t taking new patients. At VEG they told me they don’t do that. They have you sit there with your pet while they treat them. They showed so much love and goodness to my baby and to me. Now she is back to herself and I couldn’t be more grateful to have her. Thank you all!!!

I would highly recommend using veg er before any other place around. They were super efficient, caring and just amazing. They do not just try to raise your bill for unnecessary work like some vets we have been to in the past. They actually care about your animal. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were amazing and I’d like to thank them for taking such good care Jack for us, from the time we walked in with him until we left. They gave us the time we needed to spend with him before his final moments and it is all appreciated. We had Veronica, Amanda, Jennifer.and Mei to name a few. Thank you all again.

Our dog ate a towel and were worried about his intestines. Took him there and the staff was great. Busy, but great. It's an open architecture, everything is out in the open, basically just a large room, you kind of get to know what's going on, the good, the bad and the ugly. Staff are super busy, and it is expensive, but they know what they are doing and are prepared for anything (that fits) to come through the doors. We were encouraged to come visit and sit with our dog as he needed to be there for about 10 hours to get a couple sets od X-Rays. Not the most comfortable place, but we sat in his cage, and I think he felt OK.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough amazing things about VEG Allen and the entire team, especially Dr. Brown and the Monday night shift team (7/20). Our local urgent care veterinarian referred us to VEG after my dog, Koe, swallowed a corn cob. They had already attempted to induce vomiting without success, so after an almost hour-long drive, we arrived a little after 10:00 PM. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with smiles and immediately brought back. The hospital itself is unlike any emergency vet I’ve ever seen. Being able to stay with your pet throughout the process or see them at all times even if they required a procedure made an incredibly stressful situation so much more comforting. The team first tried a stronger medication to induce vomiting, but unfortunately the corn cob still didn’t come up. Dr. Brown sat down with me and thoroughly explained our options: endoscopy or surgery. She answered every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and had such a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put me at ease during one of the most stressful nights I’ve had as a pet owner. After talking with my husband, we chose to move forward with an endoscopy since it was less invasive, more cost-effective, and offered a quicker recovery. By the time bloodwork was complete, it was after midnight, and now my birthday. Spending my birthday at an emergency animal hospital definitely wasn’t how I imagined celebrating. Unfortunately, the endoscopy was unsuccessful because of where the corn cob was lodged. Once again, Dr. Brown patiently walked me through our options. She even told us we could have our regular veterinarian perform the surgery the next day if cost was a concern. After another conversation with my husband, we decided to move forward with surgery at VEG because, despite only knowing Dr. Brown for about three hours, I trusted her completely. I was able to watch through the OR window as Dr. Brown successfully removed the corn cob. During surgery, I mentioned to one of the nurses that it was my birthday. When Dr. Brown came out after surgery to tell me everything had gone well, she wished me a happy birthday and said she was sorry this was how I was spending it. That simple kindness meant so much. I stayed until Koe woke up from anesthesia before heading home around 4:00 AM. Before I left, Dr. Brown told me she would personally call with an update between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. At exactly 8:00 AM, my phone rang. She let me know Koe was doing great, explained the plan for the day, and said that if he continued eating well, he could come home that evening. When we returned that night to pick him up after my birthday dinner, I walked over to Koe’s kennel and immediately burst into tears. The staff had decorated his kennel with a Happy Birthday banner, put a birthday headband on Koe, bought cupcakes, a little plant, and a birthday card for me. After such an emotional, exhausting 24 hours running on almost no sleep, that thoughtful gesture was beyond anything I could have ever expected and meant more to me than words can express. The medical care we received was exceptional, but what truly sets VEG apart is the compassion, empathy, and humanity of every single person we encountered. They treated Koe like he was their own, and they treated me with so much kindness during an extremely stressful time. Dr. Brown and the entire Monday night team, you are all absolutely incredible. Thank you for saving my sweet boy and for turning what could have been one of the worst birthdays into one I’ll never forget for all the right reasons. To the VEG leadership team: if you read these reviews, please know that Dr. Brown and the Monday night staff deserve every bit of recognition. They are an incredible group of professionals who exemplify what emergency veterinary medicine should be. I sincerely hope we never have another emergency, but if we do, I will gladly drive an hour back to VEG Allen without hesitation. I will also recommend VEG to every pet owner I know. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Super attentive and sweet. Dr.Alexander and Brie were quick to action when our sweet pup ate an AirPod (ugh I know..) They told us about previous experiences they have had and how they typically went to ease our minds. Our little guy went right along with them and they were so kind with him. He looks sad here but I promise he loved all the affection.

The staff was fabulous handling our pet emergency. They were very quick in identifying what was happening and took excellent care of our pet. Our pet ended up passing quickly once we arrived and the doctor explained everything and was so good with listening to our wants and needs. We were given post death options and taken to a separate private room after. I am so glad we chose them with our pets final moments.

We brought our puppy Pearl in as an emergency after she suffered a leg injury, and the entire team at VEG ER for Pets in Winter Park was amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was loving, attentive, and made sure she was comfortable the whole time she was there. They clearly care deeply about the animals they treat, not just the medical side of things but her comfort and emotional state too. We were understandably distressed bringing her in, and the staff made a scary situation so much easier to get through. We are incredibly thankful for everyone there who took care of our little girl. Highly recommend this team to anyone who needs emergency care for their pet.

I truly could not recommend VEG ER more. I spent all morning either on the phone or sitting in waiting rooms at other emergency vets, only to be told there would be at least a three-hour wait. I think any pet parent can understand that feeling of desperation when something is wrong and you know things can go downhill so quickly. VEG was my last call, and from the moment they answered, they asked what was going on and immediately told me to head their way and call as soon as I got to the parking lot. They took such amazing care of our girl, Sif. I also really appreciated how transparent they were with pricing. They gave us an itemized receipt and even refunded us for a test we ended up not needing. They sent us home with a detailed recovery plan, which gave us so much peace of mind. Most of all, I want to recognize the kindness we were shown. After feeling like some other emergency vets in the area were dismissive or even a little rude, VEG was the complete opposite. Every employee we interacted with was so sweet, and you could genuinely tell they loved what they do. Even nurses and doctors who weren’t directly caring for Sif still stopped to give her pets and attention. Hopefully we never need an emergency vet again, but if we ever do, there is no question that we will be going back to VEG.

I want to thank the staff working overnight last night. We brought my Diesel baby in because he was really struggling. Even though it was 3 am the staff was quick and very compassionate for our situation, all hands were on deck. I’d like to thank Dr. Rocha for explaining things in a good manner and being very patient with my family during this time. Also of course for taking care of Diesel and not sugar coating anything no matter how hard it was to hear. She was very caring. It was a very hard time for us as we had to put my almost 13 year old baby down, but i’m glad it was in the hands of your animal hospital. Thank you for caring for my Diesel when he needed it most. May he rest in paradise🤍

I brought my puppy in after he got into some trouble and I was really worried. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in and made me feel so much better. They were very transparent about pricing upfront and even gave me helpful information about pet insurance. What stood out the most was how warm and welcoming everything felt. I truly felt like my puppy was cared for with so much love. They also allowed me to be in the back and involved every step of the way which meant a lot to me. I have never had such a positive experience with an emergency vet. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I will absolutely return to VEG. The staff was amazing and so kind I really cannot express this enough. Thank you so much. 💕🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🐾

We brought our 1 year old Dachshund in on a Sunday and had to do emergency surgery for an obstruction. I am so grateful to the VEG team for the compassion and kindness they’ve shown Archie and our family during our stay. The open concept is great and I really appreciated the transparency and being able to stay with our dog through the entire process. They are so accommodating especially with overnight stays. We worked with the most with Dr Patel, Dr Lingin, and Dr Fletcher who are all wonderful! But every single employee, from the doctors to the nurses and the assistants, are all amazing. Especially Jess W., Jessi, Bre, Sam, and Emma, we spent a lot of time with them and they were nothing short of amazing. For anyone needing an emergency surgery or visit, I absolutely recommend bringing your pet here.

If you ever have a pet emergency this is the place to go. My cat Hiccup needed to be seen not once but twice this week and both times the staff was kind, caring and attentive. I was able to be with my pet through every test and exam, able to be involved and keep my cat calm and comfortable throughout it all. Dr Armstrong and her staff Ella, Edwardo, Jocelyn and Sarah M are only some of the staff I dealt with and I cannot sing their praise high enough.

I had to bring my dog Pudding in on the 4th of July for an anal gland that looked like it was about rupture through the skin. Eddy (vet assistant) was quick and very nice helping us get checked in. Our nurse Tony was knowledgeable, gentle and efficient with my dog who was in pain. Dr. Watson was very mindful and gave great after care advice and care during the procedure. I’ve always heard nothing but great things from pet owners about VEG Boynton specifically and fortunately/unfortunately have had excellent care from them with my dog also! Thanks VEG Boynton!

Dr. Emily Rue and her team of techs are truly extraordinary. Having been to other emergency hospitals in the past, I have yet to come across such a caring and dedicated team as VEG. They showed extraordinary care for both my girl Millie and myself. They went out of their way to help us and I cannot recommend their services more. The experience itself was great - being able to be by my girl’s side throughout her treatment meant the world to us. They even had a sofa bed that we were able to sleep on together while we awaited her results. All in all, I cannot recommend the team and the facility itself more. I will not go anywhere else for emergency care in the future.

This place exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny. I left feeling assured and my little buddy is feeling better. I loved that I could call and speak with a vet and get advice before coming in too, super helpful. The reception, tech and nursing team were very personable and helpful. Dr. Prevallet, was very thorough and simple in explaining her diagnosis and treatment plan. Hopefully I won't have to but I will be back to this location if the need ever arises.

My little jack Russell was in a lot of pain. I called and they were extremely professional and polite. I can't sit in small rooms and that was not a problem. They immediately started checking her right when we arrived. They took really good care of my pup. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Again I highly recommend this animal hospital.

My husky was severely lethargic and had been throwing up for over 24 hours. He was in so much pain. After 2 long nights of laying in the floor with him and wondering if we could make it to our primary care vet, I decided it was time to get him some help. I called several places and ended up taking him here by the direct recommendation of the doctor, who was willing to talk to me on the phone! I am SO glad I did. I can’t say enough about the medical team here. Everyone was very thorough and made my dog and I comfortable from the very beginning. Unlike some ER vet places, they don’t try to sell you things, or treat you like a number. Most importantly, they were eager to listen to ALL of the details I had for them regarding my baby, and they genuinely cared. I am so grateful to have found this place, it was worth driving the extra 20 minutes for me!
