The staff at VEG were amazing. We brought our dog in having neurological issues. A nurse met us as we walked in the door and we were seen immediately. The staff there were incredibly kind. As the medical staff worked on our dog, the office staff repeatedly checked on my husband and I. There were there with tissues, water, and many kind words. I cannot recommend this emergency vet enough. Thank you so much for helping us with Griffin.

I brought in my pet on a holiday and even though it was busy the staff did a great job at handling the amount of animals and families! I was really pleased with their attentiveness and kindness! I felt comfortable leaving my pet in their care and trusted they were doing right by us

My parents took their chihuahua Finn in last night for an ear infection. They were very happy with Dr. Lee and Briana. Excellent care with no waiting. Our extended family has five dogs and two cats so we have been to a lot of vets. We like the setup that allows you to be with your pet the whole time and we will definitely go back next time we need good care.

This place was phenomenal! They were so caring, compassionate, and loving with our dog. We brought her in for an emergency, and they took her in immediately. The entire staff was kind, professional, and incredibly efficient, especially considering all the other emergencies that continued coming in. We are so grateful for the care and attention they gave our pup when we needed it most. I would absolutely bring her back here again. Highly recommend! ❤️🐾

Best experience ever. No one was ogling me. They allowed me to make my decision and were very transparent along the way. They explained everything that they were doing to my puppy and the next steps. Very very satisfied and will recommend. Obviously is an emergency hospital so prices are what are usually charged in ER. I thought the prize was reasonable and I got a refund for services not rendered go figure an honest place . Great staff from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. Highly recommend .

We recently had our sweet Roux hospitalized here at VEG South Loop, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for everyone here! All the staff were extremely kind, responsive, and trustworthy. The front desk staff were very nice and reliable with communicating with the people in the waiting room and coordinating with those in the back. The nurses were so patient and attentive to Roux while they worked with her, even though they had plenty of patients to juggle. Not only were they very attentive to the animals, but to the owners and families as well. Everyone was very skilled and worked so well with our cat to complete what they needed with her while minimizing her stress and still allowing us to stay right by her side. We really appreciated nurse Rachel, who helped our cat in triage and as she was being admitted. The doctors were incredible as well—Roux was seen by Drs. Cohen and Grossman. Again, I could see that the ER was full of patients to care for whenever I visited, but they were committed to answering all of our questions and explaining what we could expect based on evidence/their experience. Dr. Grossman was with our cat for her last day at the hospital before coming home, and it was so clear how much care and compassion he has for the pets and their families. We were so touched to know that someone so caring was looking after Roux! If you are a pet owner in the area, VEG South Loop is a great place to keep in mind in case you and your pet encounter an emergency.

Our pet received the best care here. We couldn’t have asked for better. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Our visit was very well managed, even our family needs were taken into consideration. Everything went very smoothly and we left very happy knowing that our pet is safe and feeling better. I would definitely recommend this pet emergency room to friends and family.

This Emergency Animal Hospital (VEG) in Willowgrove PA is awesome. They was there every step of the way with our beautiful 15 year old ShitzPoo "Handsome". First, in providing medical attention two weeks prior; until lastly helping us make that final decision in sending him to doggie heaven. It was a weekend, lots of patients, and never once did we feel rushed nor in the way. The care, compassion and love shown to Handsome and my family did not go unnoticed. We thank the entire staff from the bottom of our hearts for their professionalism in maintaining our dignity "as we all" laid him to rest. Please note that the animal loving residents in Willowgrove PA are so grateful to have you. He will live on forever. My baby boy Handsome, that brought 15 years & 4 months of sunshine

Everyone here is sooo kind and helpful and they made us feel more at ease about our sick kitten! We were helped immediately upon arrival and put into a comfy room. Dr. Hahn and all of the technicians were so friendly and knowledgeable and we loved being able to be with our kitten during most of the treatment. They communicated with us in detail throughout the process. Thank you guys for helping him! He is doing so much better after just one night!

If you have to go to an ER we cannot recommend VEG enough. Dr. Rogers, Calysta, Ashley, Tiffany and Cassie all took such good care of our dog. We felt comfortable and informed through the whole process. It’s all open concept and they let you watch and be with your pet as much as possible. Our dog was hospitalized overnight. Two days later we had concerns and went back. They took great care again. Buddy sends all his thanks and love to the team! Remember, it is an ER. There are sometimes waits if there’s an animal that is more critical than yours. That’s why they triage. It is expensive. I feel like compared to previous animal ER experiences we had, I would pay the premium here to be able to see what is happening and be informed throughout. We would absolutely come back if needed.

WOW. I cannot say enough great things about this hospital. We were 6 hours away from home when our girl got bit by another dog at a campground. We expected to spend basically the entire night sitting in a waiting room, but we have never been to a VEG hospital… From the moment we walked in, they greeted us at the door and we never had to leave our dog’s side through the whole process. The clinic was SO CLEAN and the staff were absolutely elite. They were friendly, knowledgeable and so patient with us and gentle with our girl. The vet quite literally sat next to us and wrote up a care plan explaining every single step and was so upfront about cost and recovery. We are so grateful for their incredible compassion and top-notch care they gave her. Easily the best experience we have ever had at an ER Vet. We were in and out in less than 3 hours. Huge shoutout to Dr. Forton, Emile, Yorrick & Jenn - you guys are absolute rockstars and turned what could have been a nightmare ordeal into a positive experience. And yes, we will be seeking out other VEGgies 😆 back home in WI.

I brought my dog in with concerns after a potential blockage. We were greeted and seen immediately. We were offered coffee, water, and snacks. We were offered to stay with our dog in the back and even during ultrasounds AND his all day hospitalization. Due to his anxiety we knew it would be best if we kept our distance as he worries more about me if I’m nearby, and the team was very understanding and very caring of him. Even after a few hours of leaving him the team sent me photos just so I could see how he was doing. I didn’t even ask, they offered! Before leaving him they asked if he liked watching anything on TV and I told them he liked lofi music and they said they would leave an iPad with him. I thought they were kidding but when I saw the photos I was shocked! He looked so comfortable while he was there. Picking him was easy, and checking out was easy. I feel really lucky that he improved and we didn’t have too much to worry about, especially seeing other families there dealing with more tragedy. The team there are heroes and I assume see a lot of trauma and to still be so kind and supportive shows how strong the staff is. While I hope to never have to go back to the ER, if I find myself in a situation in which I do I will abstain be coming back here.

I am incredibly grateful to the team at Emergency Vet Group for the compassion, professionalism, and urgency they showed when my service dog, Jeremy, was brought to their clinic after a tragic accident. On May 7, 2026, Jeremy was struck by a vehicle. My boyfriend and I rushed him to the clinic, hoping they could save him. As soon as we arrived, approximately seven or eight veterinary staff members immediately rushed to Jeremy's aid. Their quick response and dedication were evident from the moment we walked through the door. Despite their best efforts, Jeremy's injuries were too severe, and he sadly passed away. I know the veterinary team did everything they could to save my baby, and I will always be thankful for the care they provided during his final moments. Jeremy was more than a pet—he was my service animal, my companion, and a huge part of my life. Losing him has been devastating. Throughout the entire experience, the staff treated him with dignity and respect and showed me genuine compassion during one of the hardest days of my life. I cannot thank the doctors, technicians, and staff enough for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. While the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I take comfort in knowing that Jeremy was surrounded by people who cared and who fought to help him. Thank you, Emergency Vet Group, for everything you did for Jeremy and for the compassion you showed me when I needed it most. I will always be grateful. ❤️🐾

My little jack Russell was in a lot of pain. I called and they were extremely professional and polite. I can't sit in small rooms and that was not a problem. They immediately started checking her right when we arrived. They took really good care of my pup. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Again I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I cannot thank the team at VEG Alpharetta enough for the compassion, kindness, and incredible care they showed my 7-month-old French Bulldog, Daisy. Daisy was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and was struggling to breathe. From the moment we walked through the doors, every single person treated her with urgency, compassion, and genuine love. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or judged. We were absolutely devastated when we realized we couldn’t afford the hospitalization she truly needed. Instead of turning us away, the team stepped in through the VEG Cares program and covered a significant portion of Daisy’s emergency treatment. Because of their generosity, she was able to receive oxygen therapy, IV antibiotics, fluids, and the care she desperately needed before coming home. Dr. Jessica Decker was incredibly honest, compassionate, and thorough. She made sure we understood Daisy’s condition, taught us how to continue caring for her at home, and gave us hope while also preparing us for what to watch for. VEG didn’t just treat our puppy—they treated our family with dignity and kindness during one of the hardest days we’ve experienced. We will never forget what they did for us. Their compassion gave Daisy a fighting chance, and for that we will be forever grateful. Thank you to every doctor, technician, receptionist, and team member at VEG Alpharetta. You are truly angels in scrubs, and your kindness changed our lives. We will never be able to thank you enough.

Where can I start, well for one I wish I knew the names of the ladies that helped us when I went with my precious Nala, whom I miss so much. We called in on May 19th at 3am and told the very nice lady who answered what was going on with Nala and how she was having a hard time breathing and slobbering all over. Was instructed to fill out a form so that they can have her information ready on file and to bring her in right away. We were received at the door and taken care of immediately. Unfortunately we were shown on the ultrasound that she was having heart issues and had fluid all around her heart. She was already dying so we had to choose to let her go in peace. The 3 doctors were very supportive with me and my daughters. It was a very hard decision but I didn’t want her to suffer. Thank you for being so patient and compassionate with us. It meant the world 🌎 to us. Thank you also for the box you added Nala’s body in and for the beautiful card you sent us. We have it in our fridge. They’re the kindest people I’ve ever met. I highly recommend them.

I don't remember my vet's name. Sorry! However, she was amazing! She listened and understood and validated my concerns. Based on Dexter's current treatment of antibiotics and his response to treatment, she thought of a more comprehensive way of treating and addressing it. She included me in the decision making process. Before finalizing a treatment plan, she wanted to think about the coarse of action. Her decision was spot on for Dexter. Within two-days, Dexter began eating again, after not eating for OVER a week. He had less discharge from his nose and his activity level improved drastically. The antibiotics and steroids are working. My Dexter has returned. Her approach to treatment was unconventional compared to what I would have received if I had gone back to Angell's. I truly feel that her approach saved his life. Thank you so much! I will totally recommend VEG to others.

My dog is anxious, struggles to meet new people and go to new places. She only likes to walk in areas she knows, and although she loves to play she is reactive on leash to other dogs. Obviously, coming into the emergency room was very nerve-wracking. My dog felt so safe at VEG - after our 10 hour visit, when we went outside to wait for our car home - she tried to go back inside the building. Have you ever heard of a dog trying to go back inside the vet’s office? In the middle of a chaotic night - every single person at VEG made me and my dog feel seen, cared for, and safe. They kept me updated all night even as they were helping other people’s pets. Every person still found time to meet my dog on her terms and approach slowly so that she felt 100% comfortable being examined. This is a dog that usually does not let people touch her - and every single nurse and doctor in the office was giving her pets by the end of the visit. I wish I got the names of everyone who helped me last night, but I want to say thank you especially to Isabella, Kat, and Dr. Rushing who were incredible all night long. Going to the vet is scary in part because I worry that I won’t know what’s happening and my dog is going to be taken away from me. My dog was able to wait sleeping in my lap, so she was calm and comfortable during the entire wait. Everyone included me in the conversations and discussions about her care, answered my questions with details, and was just overall kind. Although my dog was not staying overnight at VEG, we were there waiting for quite some time as we happened to be there on a very busy night. I got to see the vet team do several rounds of check ins on their overnight surgical and boarding pets - not just taking vitals and doing a check in with the entire vet team for each animal, but also cuddling each one. Everyone at VEG goes above and beyond to help take care of your pet, and you. Sometimes there is a wait because it is an emergency room, but I NEVER felt forgotten or pushed aside! Because of their open set up, the team was able to quickly update me on what was happening and I was able to understand why there was a delay, rather than just being left in the dark for hours with no idea what was happening. Also, the vet team was able to check in on her still and I was not worried that her condition was deteriorating during the wait. I felt confident that her condition was stable and she was safe. I was able to pick my dog up and put her on the table myself (which was my preference) and be right there next to her when she opened her eyes after the procedure. I noticed her eyes were a little watery afterwards and asked if this was normal, and one of her doctors told me that they put eye drops in for her so her eyes didn’t get dry because they stay open during the procedure. I’ve heard of this for dogs in surgery, but the fact that that after a crazy holiday chaotic shift, they still paid attention to that small detail to make sure my dogs eyes didn’t get uncomfortable during her 30 minute procedure, that says it all for me. It is also worth mentioning that when they gave me the estimate to authorize, there was a $200 item for “additional miscellaneous.” I asked about the fee and they explained it was to cover anything unexpected that might have to be done during the procedure, but that I would be refunded at the end if it was not necessary. I didn’t even have to ask or remind anyone about this at the end of our visit - part of our discharge information was the team informing that there were no additional charges and the refund had already been processed. WOW! I could go on with many more examples, but I will end by saying thank you VEG.❤️ Next time I will get more names for everyone who helped me so I can properly say thank you. If you have an emergency, take your pet to VEG. (photos of my dog resting after her procedure and then trying to return to the building after we left)

The staff was fabulous handling our pet emergency. They were very quick in identifying what was happening and took excellent care of our pet. Our pet ended up passing quickly once we arrived and the doctor explained everything and was so good with listening to our wants and needs. We were given post death options and taken to a separate private room after. I am so glad we chose them with our pets final moments.

Everyone was excellent! Dr Juan was very knowledgeable and honest, and he collaborated with me to make sure that I was updated with what was going on and that I got everything done that I wanted to for my pet. The receptionist was super kind and attentive in making sure we were comfortable, checking in with us and bringing us snacks and drinks while we waited. All the nurses that worked with my pet were very empathetic and gentle with her to make sure that she was comfortable and getting the best care possible. I didn't have to wait at all to be brought back to the treatment area - they got started on her right away. My pet is a cat so we waited with her in an enclosed room to the side of the treatment area where she was more comfortable away from the dogs and able to walk about the room freely. We could still see through the blinds though what was going on in the hospital with the other pets that were there being helped and were given the opportunity to come to the treatment area to watch her being cared for.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you ever have a pet emergency, don't hesitate just go there. I called ahead and gave them a rundown, our dog was in shock, unknown abdominal problem, not poisoning. Immediately on a table with 4 techs and the Vet, IV fluids, ultrasound, withdrew fluid from his swollen belly to verify it was blood, simple blood test, BP, all with us by his side and constant communication. From meeting us at the door with a gurney to diagnosis was less than 10 minutes. Gave us estimates, choices, no pressure. Gave us a comfortable, private, quiet room to say goodbye. Stay overnight if you need to, take as long as you need, before euthanasia. Tons of treats provided, canned chicken, string cheese, hersey kisses, all the forbidden things. Over the top thorough, efficient, honest, and so compassionate. 🥺❤️‍🩹 (Sampson had a very sudden tumor on his spleen that ruptured and bled profusely. He'd had a recent history of a different cancer. We chose mercy for him over more protracted pain.) 🌈 Thank you to the crew at VEG ER Palm Desert for caring so much! Sincerely, Tori, Brian, and Sampson

I came in with my pet rat for a possible respiratory infection, and they were so efficient and put me at ease very quickly! They took us right back because of the symptoms I described and immediately checked all her vitals and got us settled into a private room where my rat was free to roam around until being seen. Dr. Cameron and all staff were so sweet. For an emergency visit and medicine, the pricing was very affordable. And they got my consent for all treatments performed after I reviewed pricing and agreed to it. Chili and want to thank you all for the amazing care 💕

I would highly recommend using veg er before any other place around. They were super efficient, caring and just amazing. They do not just try to raise your bill for unnecessary work like some vets we have been to in the past. They actually care about your animal. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were amazing and I’d like to thank them for taking such good care Jack for us, from the time we walked in with him until we left. They gave us the time we needed to spend with him before his final moments and it is all appreciated. We had Veronica, Amanda, Jennifer.and Mei to name a few. Thank you all again.

They let us bring our other dog in as well and gave her lots of love and treats!

Mel, Elly, and Marianne were world-class. Such an incredible, caring, and personable team. This is hands down the best vet service I’ve ever experienced. We can’t thank VEG ER Pet – Larkspur enough for the incredible care and compassion you showed our beloved Yorkie, Luna Melo, on the night of July 18, 2026. A very special thank you to Dr. Cionna Rosenthal and the entire team working that evening. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, compassionate, and genuinely caring. You treated Luna as if she were your own, and that meant the world to our family during such a stressful time. We truly appreciate every single person who helped us that night. Without a doubt, VEG ER Pet in Larkspur is now our #1 place for Luna’s veterinary care. My husband and his good buddy and fishing pal Nina were at the park the other day and a scary incident happened. Nina is a 2 year old Chihuahua with an incredibly sweet and loving disposition. Husband turned away for just a moment to speak with the game warden and heard his fishing pole move. He glanced around and Ms Nina had swallowed the treble hook that was surrounded by catfish powerbait. He clipped the line and called me in a frantic state. I looked up Emergency Pet Hospitals. Came upon VEG and decided to go there because it was close. By the time husband reached the clinic, he was hysterically weeping. He felt so guilty even though it wasn't his fault. She's a dog and catfish powerbait probably smells delicious to a dog. At the moment of arrival to the clinic, the staff displayed an amazing level attention and care. Not only for Nina, but for her Daddy too. It's so special there because they allow you to remain with your pet at all times. They x-rayed her and the hook was located in her esophagus. We had 2 choices...surgery or the Great Beyond. The veterinarian was Victoria, she is an angel incarnate. We were so stressed out with the decisions that need to be made. She gave us space, loving encouragement and guided us to the conclusion to at least try and save her with surgery. With steady hands, Victoria pushed the hook into her stomach, being careful not to tear any tissue on the way. She exposed her stomach, made an incision, and got the hook out without further incident. Victoria carefully stitched her up and off to the recovery area. Nina was highly medicated and high AF, so she had no clue what was going on. Britney made up a little area for me so that I could spend the night with Nina next to me. The love never wavered at any point while we were in the clinic for over 12 hours. Not just for us, but for EVERYONE that walked through the door. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs a loving place to take their furry friends.

Cannot rate this place high enough. It is expensive but the compassion of all the nurses is truly incredible. I had to carry in my 100 pound plus dog Peter and they got to him right away. Immediately making him and us feel comfortable. We were able to stay with him the whole time even when they were doing testing. He was hospitalized overnight and we could sit with him in or next to the kennel as long as we wanted. They even baked cookies while we were there and handed them out to everyone. I’m glad to report that Peter feels much better and I wish I could make this place our main vet. They are wonderful

I went to another emergency vet because my Chihuahua was sneezing violently and I suspected he inhaled a foxtail. After sedating my pup and attempting to look in his nose, they told me they didn’t have a tool small enough to fully view and reach the obstruction. That visit cost $700.00. One of the employees there recommended that I reach out to VEG San Ramon. I called them and they urged me to bring my dog in right away. Not only were they able to fix the problem. They were kind, patient, quick, and extremely loving towards my dog. When all was said and done I was expecting to pay the same, if not more than I did at the previous vet that night. To my surprise they did not charge me. I was so blown away by the kindness and integrity of the doctors and vet techs at the San Ramon location. I would highly recommend taking your pet there in any emergency. Thank you VEG San Ramon!

Best pet ER. Been here many times throughout the years and they are always amazing. Amazing service and care from when you enter to when you leave. The doctors/nurses/staff are very smart and on the ball so you feel like you can trust them which takes a lot of stress away. They're also mindful of you and your pets' comfort and can help make the situation easier / more comfortable, particularly for longer visits. The open floor plan is helpful so you can be with your pet, in the loop, easy to find if you have visitors, and always visible to faculty/staff — you never feel forgotten about, confused, or low priority. Just had to leave my pet overnight and felt not only comfortable leaving her in their hands but also relieved. Thank you team

VEG is phenomenal. I cannot express enough how knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough they are. Yesterday was the second time our mini Aussie has had a vaccine reaction requiring emergency care. The first time was full blown anaphylaxis.. this time was a bad case of hypersensitivity. Dr Sullivan was incredible, spent time with us, and answered tons of questions. The Vet nurse Cass was also amazing. This team, and VEG as a whole deserves to be recognized daily for the incredible work they do. I hope VEG continues to grow, every pet should have access to the kind of care they give. We had the idea to make them a care package to say thanks , I’m sure they don’t get as many thank you’s as they deserve ( Mia helped us make it ) THANK YOU ALLLL !!!!

I highly recommend the staff at this VEG EG after the care they provided my dog, Brady, following an injury he suffered. What started off as a straightforward need for stitches quickly became more serious when Brady experienced several episodes of ventricular tachycardia (vtach) related to a reaction to medications and potentially an underlying heart problem. It was incredibly scary, but the staff responded quickly and professionally, communicated clearly, and did everything they could to keep both Brady and me comfortable throughout the experience. The staff I worked with demonstrated compassion and integrity. I also really appreciated the thoughtful accommodations for pet owners. From comfortable spaces to stay with your pet, to snacks, drinks, and other small touches, it was clear to me that VEG understood emergencies are hard on people, too. Those kinds of details honestly made a meaningful difference during a really stressful evening. When I left Brady overnight for monitoring, I felt a bit nervous (as any owner likely would) but I mostly felt grateful that he was alive and in good hands. The next morning, I received a timely update (as promised), clear discharge instructions, and Brady has since made an excellent recovery! See pictures of him right after surgery vs. today. I cannot recommend VEG ER more if your pet needs urgent care. I know I sound like an ad, but the environment and level of care they provided to both my dog and me from start to finish was truly set apart from any other vet I've used. And I've had some wonderful vets over the years, so I don't say that lightly. :)

I am so grateful for the veterinarians and vet techs who helped my dog. He went in last night and was able to walk ou the same night. Throughout the whole thing, the vet assessed him thoroughly and the vet techs handled him with love and care. I am so thankful for everything they did for him and me. I have no doubt that without their help, I would have lost my sweet boy. Thank you!

Dobby has an inflammation for his foreskin also with little bit bleeding. We were so anxious and worried about him keep licking himself ( already booked the appointment for next morning but still feel need to buy an Elizabeth collar) Thank you Dr. Anderson for helping out! We were in such an anxiety so I kind of lost my ability to organize my language. Every one is super helpful and nice to us, I hope this place goes well and everyone be safe!

Lexi showing the doctors the "all clear" and back to enjoying her favorite pastime. We've given her raw bones while supervising her for over 10 years. Well, she managed to get one stuck in the roof of her mouth that we could not dislodge. The staff at VEG was phenomenal. They started treating her the minute we got into the door. Being able to see them treat her gave us a level of comfort. Highly recommend. PS...Lexi is happy to report she will only get the meat off the bone now.

No one ever wants to have to visit the ER with their pet, but we cannot say enough good things about VEG. This was our first (and hopefully only) visit, but they were simply amazing. Our little guy ended up with a treble fishing hook embedded in his lips/mouth/nose. They took us right back when we arrived, pain meds were onboard in less than 15 min and he was sedated about 10 minutes after that. They carefully removed the hook and the barbs, all without one drop of blood. We were in and out of there in about an hour. While we are hoping to never have to go back, we certainly wouldn't hesitate, given the care and attention we received from all the staff.

I took my senior pittie mix Maple here with what turned out to be horrible pancreatitis. She was hospitalized and I stayed with her all night and they made me up a bed so we would be comfortable together. This was my first time being overnight and I emergency vet and I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was so kind and stopped to give her lots of love and reassurance no matter how busy they were. I really felt like they cared about her and wanted to get to know her which made all the difference in her care plan I am certain. They also refunded some costs on my bill for things that they didn’t end up needing to do, which I thought was really kind of them. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure that they billed me fairly. VEG is my favorite emergency vet because they employ gentle handling and allow you to stay with your pet the entire time. No secret back area where you’re not sure what they’re doing with your animal, or what kind of care they are getting. I cannot mention everyone who helped us, but Dr Zaremba, Em, Gretchen, Aubrey, we are so grateful. I didn’t catch your name but the person working the desk was so kind and helpful and took a turn hand feeding Maple when she became more interested in playing than eating when she started to feel better. What a talented and kind group of humans. Thank you for saving my little old lady.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserved one. Brought my dog Scout in for vomiting and diarrhea, and honestly the experience exceeded every expectation I had for an emergency vet. Everyone from the Scott who helped with the payments, to the technicians, and the amazing doctor was genuinely kind and treated Scout like he mattered. Before doing anything, they explained every recommendation, walked me through costs upfront, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. The doctor was thorough, communicated clearly, and made sure I left knowing exactly what to watch for. Most importantly, it felt like they cared for Scout like he was their own pet, not just another patient coming through the door. Emergency vet care isn't cheap, but I left feeling like every dollar was well spent on a team that actually cared about getting Scout the right outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to bring him back if he ever needed emergency care again. Hope I never have to. Thank you. 🐾

Dr Campbell and the vet tech Dre were wonderful in their treatment of my lab Irving’s ingested marijuana. They immediately gave him an injection of an anti nausea med, one liter fluids and did blood tests to be sure organs were ok. I recommend them highly! .
