I truly cannot express enough gratitude for the extraordinary team here. We brought in my cat, Rocky Jeremiah “Baby Kitty,” during a desperate medical emergency. Despite everyone's attempts to save him, we unfortunately faced an impossible situation with so many restrictions and hardships. Even though we ultimately had to say goodbye so he wouldn’t be in pain, I am so incredibly grateful that our paths crossed with this team.Every single person went above and beyond. I want to thank the vet who first took my phone call and set everything in motion, and the other vet who worked so hard trying to help us coordinate emergency loans thank you for trying to help us obtain funds despite ultimately not being able too. Your mercy for our baby kitty and us is beyond appreciated. A special thank you to the male technician who gave me an ear to truly hear me, helping me make sense of everything while navigating a terrible, overwhelming moment.When the final moment came and even after he passed, the staff handled Rocky with rare, immense care and grace. The technician who took him into her arms handled him with such profound gentleness and truly wept with us. On top of their emotional support, they showed us an unbelievable act of financial mercy during our immense sorrow. Their kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for honoring Rocky in the most passionate, dignified way possible. Words cannot express how thankful we are to you. UPDATE: We just received the card you all sent. I’m crying again thank you for going even further in a very sweet and unexpected way. 🤍

I cannot thank the team here enough for the incredible care they provided for my dog, Duke. Emergency vet visits are always stressful, but Tiana, Zoey, Dr. Molly, and Dr. Rudin were all absolutely fantastic. From the moment I called and then when we arrived shortly after, they were caring, understanding, and genuinely invested in my dog's well-being. The clinic itself was pristine, and even though there were a lot of animals being triaged when we were there, the environment did not seem chaotic at all. They ran everything so efficiently. The team reallt went above and beyond to help ease my nerves, explaining everything in a very calm, thorough, and easy-to-understand way. Having that level of clear communication and compassion during a scary moment made all the difference. I am so grateful to everyone there and would highly, highly recommend them. Thank you!
