Amazing doctors and staff! We can’t thank Dr Godfrey and Dr Small enough. The nurses were also amazing, thank you Angelique, Hope and Matthew and Emily for taking such good and compassionate care of our baby. We brought our dog in since she hadn’t been eating, consequently she had a large tumor on her liver and pancreatitis (on top of her previous diagnosis of IBD). The staff showed great compassion and attention in treating our baby, stabilizing her vitals and making her feel better in order to go home. Again, we can’t thank these folks enough, amazing care form amazing staff! Thank you all for helping our dog and showing such great compassion and empathy! Highly recommend this facility!

Last night, I actually found a newborn kitten stuck in the bumper of a car on my street. My friend and I knew that the kitten was going to need food, so we called a few places, but no luck. Then they found VEG ER, And only a half mile away. The girl on the phone, Jennifer, was really nice and told me to come and get some formula for the kitten. I went to pick it up, and they didn’t even charge me. Then one of the veterinarians took the time to write out instructions and explain things to me about what needs to be done. I am absolutely thrilled that we have this place nearby because there is no place nearby if there is an emergency. And the staff is wonderful. Thank you again.

We took our baby girl Daisy in on a Sunday night. Though they were super busy with continuous incoming pets, the staff was still comforting and treated us amazing! Dr. Copeland and Dr. Small went above and beyond to help our dog.

I brought my dog in on one of the scariest days of our life. The staff treated him with the utmost compassion and care. They truly treated him like he was the most important dog in the world (because, of course, he is). I hope I never need an emergency vet again, but if I do, I’m so glad VEG will be there to help my pet. Dr. Lee was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He made sure we understood exactly what was happening and had a calming presence that let us know our Toast was in the best possible hands. The veterinary assistant was so compassionate as well. She made it clear that our dog was her only priority and her sole focus during that time was keeping him comfortable. After discharge, we thought of even more questions and called back in. Dr. Lee himself got right on the phone and once again took the time to answer all of our questions. Finally, we knew an emergency vet would be expensive. They were totally honest and transparent up front about what the cost would be and any alternatives to treatment that might have been available should cost be an issue. The total bill was less than I expected walking in and I appreciated the honesty regarding financial obligations. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

I have to admit, Bella can be a little feisty, so I was concerned she might try to bite the staff during her visit. However, Corrine Ross was incredibly patient and took the time to make Bella feel comfortable. To my surprise, Bella did very well during her examination. She did need some medication to help her relax for the X-ray, but overall everything went smoothly. Bella is doing well with the medication they prescribed, and we’re very happy with her progress. I also want to thank the entire staff at VEG Commack. Everyone is was amazing and showed genuine care and compassion throughout my visit. Thank you again for taking sick wonderful care of Bella-I truly appreciate it! ❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team. From the moment my dog was admitted, every member of the staff showed exceptional compassion, professionalism, and dedication. A special thank you to Dr. Beverly, Dr. Helstein, Dr. Pope, and Dr. Sprando for their expertise, communication, and genuine care. The nurses and technicians were equally outstanding, providing attentive care, comfort, and reassurance throughout the entire stay. The entire team went above and beyond, delivering not only exceptional medical care but also kindness and compassion during a very stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking care for their pet.

TL;DR: My dog Peanut had emergency bowel obstruction surgery and was hospitalized for 4 days and VEG was beyond incredible. Wednesday morning my dog was refusing food for the 2nd time, had no balance, had been throwing up and needed help. Brought her to VEG ER for Pets in Maple Grove. Immediate in, X-Rays, blood work, IV, and a nasal tube to her stomach because they were going to try and empty it. Bloat was removed out immediately but they came back with an intestinal blockage and severe dehydration. Not quite sure how far down the blockage was or what it was entirely. There was a chance it was hair and grass and that mass hydration could get it to move and we wouldn't need surgery. So we stayed and hydrated through her IV for 8 hours she went through almost a liter of fluids IV. The first time they tried to empty her stomach there was no luck. The 2nd time they emptied 900ml of fluid from her stomach. Almost a liter of fluid just sitting in her stomach. They re-ran all the tests and sadly she needed surgery. They were quick, prepped her and were going to start immediately. I went home because I needed to take care of my other dog. They called about 2 hours later. Surgery went extremely well, they removed the blockage and were keeping her the night for recovery and for her GI track to wake up and start moving Thursday I went down and saw her for a couple hours, sat with her, tried to get her to eat with no luck. Brought one of my sweatshirts for her for comfort. Did get her to drink water and they were still pulling a lot of fluids from her stomach because her GI track wasn't waking up. I went home for a couple hours before going back down again. She had started to have some diarrhea but it was just watery on herself. They determined to keep her another night with the hope of Friday to be the day. Friday I got an update that improvement stalled. She wasn't progressing but she wasn't worsening. Her potassium had also dropped significantly. So they'd put her back on it and had also started to feed her through her NG tube to try and get her GI track to wake up and function again but based on the quantity of fluid they were still extracting they were going to keep her for the day. I went down to see her and they did inform me she'd licked some baby food. I also brought down a chicken and rice mixture for her. She was beginning to get reactive and snippy with the vet techs when it came to her NG tube or IVs but we made some steps with her eating some of the food I brought and was told before I arrived she'd eaten more baby food as well. I was hopeful for Friday evening. I called to check after I'd gone home again but she was still producing too much fluid in her stomach that they didn't feel comfortable sending her home. Saturday morning 6:25am I woke to a phone call. She'd improved drastically overnight. Was eating more, keeping less fluid in her stomach, and had the diarrhea under control. I could come get her and bring her home. I told them I'd be there in an hour. A little after 8am Peanut and I were on our way home. I'm beyond grateful and appreciative of all the staff at VEG for their dedication, help, and support.

I had to take my kitten to this ER during a really stressful situation, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, even while I was still driving there, the vet (Andy Chiang) took the time to speak with me on the phone, explain what they were thinking, and help me stay calm. That level of communication made a huge difference. Once we arrived, the entire team was incredibly professional, thorough, and—most importantly—focused on what was best for my pet. They did not rush into unnecessary procedures and were very thoughtful about next steps. In fact, they were careful not to over-treat or overcharge, which I really appreciated. It genuinely felt like their priority was my cat’s well-being, not just running more tests. They took the time to re-evaluate everything, explained their findings clearly, and made sure I understood what was actually going on. After everything my kitten and I had already been through that day, their approach made the experience so much less overwhelming. My kitten is now doing well, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care, honesty, and professionalism we received here. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank VEG ER enough for everything they did to save my little Dumpling. Our kitten got into our dogs flea and tick medicine which is very toxic to cats and my baby started to have tremors and throwing up a few hours after she ingested his medicine. I called VEG ER and from the moment they answered the phone I knew I was going to have a good experience and instantly felt like I could trust them. They were so kind on the phone, advised us to come in right away. As soon as we walked in they knew who we were and called in for a STAT treatment and when I say all the nurses and doctors from the young gentleman who triaged us were SO KIND And took us in immediately! Started treating our Dumpling right in front of us and kept us informed the entire time of what was happening. They pulled up chairs for us to sit with her in the trauma area while they worked on her and All the nurses were so attentive of her, monitoring her tremors while the doctor was figuring out a treatment plan. She needed to spend the night to get her medication and be monitored for symptoms and the care and services were unmatched! We got lucky and was able to bring our baby home the next day and she has fully recovered! We will forever be grateful for the WONDERFUL team at VEG ER in Willow Grove!

After two days of hospitalization at his primary vet, my dog was transferred to VEG for weekend/overnight hospitalization. Him and I spent 42 hours in "Hotel VEG". While this was truly a terrifying and emotional situation, VEG made our experience comfortable, peaceful and even pleasant (under the circumstances). He had four total doctors during his long stay and they were all great. However, he was under Dr. Benjamin Rogers' care the majority of the time and Dr. Rogers was truly wonderful! He handled all of my emotions/concerns/questions in such a gentle and caring way, while still being honest about the severity of the situation. Each of the nurses he had were also very caring and attentive to both him and myself. Sadly, I do not recall the name of one nurse in particular (hopefully VEG can look him up in the records to ensure he is aware of this review), but he was so caring and loving towards my dog. My dog was unable to stand/walk upon arrival at VEG, and this particular nurse and I were outside at 2 AM when he was finally able to walk and the nurse was literally cheering his milestones, encouraging him to walk every single step and just about as excited as I was to see his progress. I felt like my dog and I were both cared about during our entire stay. While I hope that I never need VEG’s services again, I would not hesitate to return, if necessary. I truly believe that set up that allows you to stay with your pet the entire time was very healing for my dog and allowed him to focus on getting better, without the stress of wondering why he was alone in cage during such a scary time for him. I called several hours before the transfer so that they knew he was coming and was provided an electronic intake form so that they had all of his information beforehand. I called again a few minutes before my arrival and was met in the parking lot with a gurney to get him inside. A doctor immediately began examining him and taking his extensive history from me. We were quickly set up in a private room with a bed for him and I to share. We were consistently checked on throughout his treatment and I was always told what they were doing and why they were doing every single thing they did for him.

Wonderful experience! We brought our Samson in with an ear issue that had gotten to the point we didn't think he'd be able to sleep and likely couldn't get into our primary vet until after the weekend. Dr. Murray, Erin, and the rest of the staff were awesome and saved our weekend trip for us! We also liked the layout of their facility. Thank-you all very much! Nik, Kim, and Samson

I took my Dog gypsy here because I thought it was the end of her life cycle and they ran a battery of tests and they were so super nice to me and it was less expensive than it would’ve been at the MSPCA Angels in Jamaica plane or anywhere else that I would’ve gone so I commend them for being a walk-in clinic emergency clinic and being so friendly all of their staff are so friendly. I would recommend this 10 out of 10 to one of my family members or friends. All the staff are so sweet. They’re so nice. I met with Amaya Watson. She was absolutely amazing. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Leanne Maynard. She is an Absolute They really go out of Their way to make sure your pets are feeling better to the fullest without charging you an armor or leg and I really appreciate that

VEG was beyond amazing. We arrived scared, worried and anxious and after a few hours we left relieved and happy. The staff was amazing, Dr. Savino came in immediately to assess my cat Socks. Cassidy, Jelani and Christine were also so helpful and friendly. The best part is…if you are struggling financially, they will not hesitate to still help your fur baby and work something out with you. You never want to take your pet to the emergency vet, but if you do please take them here. You will not regret it! Honestly, I feel like my words don’t do this place justice for how truly wonderful they actually are. P.S. - they have snacks, coffee and freshly baked cookies!

I recently brought my pet in for a suspected leg/spinal issue! They did initial triage quickly. It became pretty busy and there were a few pets that came in more sickly than Shadow so they were seen first. Dr.Beckford was very thorough and transparent, which I really appreciated! She helped me out as well with a situation I was in with prescribing him the correct pain medication! I would definitely recommend bringing your pets to this location! Shadow felt very comfortable by the end of the visit! The office manager, Darius, saw me waiting and took time out to personally check in with me and Shadow to see how we are doing. Thank you again Dr.Beckford and the wonderful nurse and staff!

To the AMAZING staff that helped me, my husband, and our baby boy on Christmas morning, THANK YOU for doing everything you could, under stressful circumstances, on Christmas Day, to help my reactive and aggressive dog, Hurley, safely get tinsel out of his stomach. It has taken me so long to write a proper thank you because shortly after this incident, we had to euthanize our boy. I am still actively grieving, but I want you to know how much you are appreciated, especially under the extreme stress we and our dog were under. You all risked yourselves to help my dog without hesitation. He snapped over and over at the air, wanted to get as far as he could from you sweet people as possible, and you still tried your best to instruct me to help as his trusted person, get a cone on, give him dose after dose to vomit the tinsel - and it worked. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for taking care of us and our boy that morning. Upon returning home from RI, we had to say goodbye to our boy due to his aggression soon after. This was one of the last awful memories for us and stressful events for him after years of trying to help him, manage triggers, medications, and consulting with experts to keep him happy and everyone safe. He was at his lowest seeing you all, and you showed him and us grace that made it just a little easier, and that meant so much. People are often quick to blame, not understand, or lack empathy - but not your team. Thank you a million times over for your quick action, thoughtful consideration in reducing the stress and any procedures for Hurley, and for your compassion for animals and people alike. I will never forget that day for more than one reason, the second being how you responded with huge hearts. Thank you, you all are actual angels on earth.

Paddington says to thank everyone who pet him and gave him all the attention he demanded. The staff are the reason why Paddington does not associate VEG on Rampart as a negative experience. Thank you to everyone’s help and all the love given to him on our *latest* visit 😭. Thankfully nothing serious this time. Realizing right now that I don’t recall my nurses/techs names’, I am so sorry. I think I was just happy that Paddy was happy and completely forgot to get names. The two ladies kept us updated and offered help throughout our entire stay. They were also so chill with our strange encounter; someone I knew walked in with their own pet concerns. They helped ease those parents immediately. Afterwards our areas merged (while still separate) and the nurse/tech were so good about keeping us updated but keeping patient info confidential. I was able to witness them, and DVM Jones, treat the pet and parents with compassion, offering comfort and understanding throughout, offering options for payments without judgement to the parent’s ability to pay. Unfortunately, the fur babe’s diagnosis was too severe and treatment and recovery would be difficult, so the difficult decision was made for comfort. I hate it came to the conclusion it came to. I could tell the staff were affected, and yet they did the switch up everyone in the medical does where they put their emotions aside and made sure that each fur babe and parent they encountered got the level of care they deserved. The staff even helped me when we were discharged and had my dog and took the other family’s *literal* baby so they could say their goodbyes. We were no longer a patient but they still checked on us and gave Paddington tons of love. The staff at VEG on Rampart are something special, because while it was all tough for the other family, in the end they managed to have the other parent’s laughing. *Thankful for anyone who remembered Paddy from previous visits. You fill his bucket and boost his ego, and this point his name should be Diva Paddington.*

I had an exceptional experience at VEG Emergency Vet Hospital in Carle Place, NY and am so grateful for the care my dog, Shea, received. Dr. Schwartz, Dr. Cha, and the whole team were outstanding during her cystotomy. Their expertise, clear communication, and calm approach gave me so much confidence during a very stressful time. What truly sets this hospital apart is their compassionate, pet-and-owner-centered care. I was able to stay by Shea’s side the entire time and even spend the night with her in a private room, with a couch so I could sleep right next to her. That meant everything to me. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and highly skilled. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their patients and their families. I highly recommend VEG to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care. Thank you all for taking such incredible care of Shea.

I have three names Dr. Kass, Mel, Olga and the receptionist… all four were wonderful. If I have the name right, Mel, the African American woman who helped nursed us, was truly exceptional. During one of the hardest moments in our lives, you need to feel compassion and genuine care, and that’s exactly what she gave us. She made us feel at ease throughout our visit, showed incredible kindness and strength, and helped carry us through a very difficult time. She was a source of comfort for both of us, and we’ll always be grateful for the love and support she showed. I loved that I could be with Lulu the entire time and she knew I was there for her. She never once shivered out of fear. 24 hours later Lulu is showing signs of improvement (Cervical IVDD discovery) and displaying all the positive signs of recovery. Thank you, Dr. Kass, Mel, and Olga, for your professionalism, compassion, and for making such a difficult experience a little easier.

VEG Redmond were wonderful during our cat's illness and passing. I called to see if they had availability when our kitty had labored breathing at 8 pm and they encouraged us to come in right away. Our girl was 14 and had an overactive thyroid and kidney issues. Wanted to add that on. She had lived a great life already and the end just came faster than we wanted. The staff was so welcoming and professional. We were able to be near her while they worked. They have state of the art tech just like human hospitals! They ensured she was comfortable and sedated during procedures and were very gentle. They even trimmed off some mats on her belly for comfort. The vet was honest about the prognosis and offered different tiers of service to decide on based on our budget. Our girl was near the end so we took her home and she passed with us the next day. We took her back for cremation services and they were just as kind. Highly recommend for sick animals! We saw lots of happy animals walk out after good care 😊

We had an outstanding experience at VEG on M Street. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Yeepum, Alex, Ashley, Andrea, and Lillie (who ran up to meet us at the door) immediately put both Lola and our family at ease. They were compassionate, welcoming, and explained every step of her care so we always knew what was happening. Lola came in with heart failure, and thanks to their quick action and exceptional care, she was able to come home healthy and safe. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern everyone showed. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl.

We found our cat under the table sick yesterday morning. We called multiple vets around the Valley that could not see him. So we took him to VEG ER to get him looked at. They got us right in looked him over quickly. Unfortunately it was too late for our cat. The vet was honest about his condition, and gave us choices. The staff and vets made our cat comfortable for end of life care and they were kind to us and gave us time with him while we said good-bye. Thank you for taking care of our baby.

Fantastic care and great service. My dog had a foreign object in her and was transferred to VEG at the recommendation of my urgent care vet. After a consult with VEG, they provided different treatment paths and were considerate of my budget. The entire team was fantastic, intelligent, and caring. During my dog's recovery, we had to return once more, and again the whole crew was fantastic, providing tiered/escalating treatment plans based on her response(s) during recovery.

What can I say? The veterinary staff at VEG are simply outstanding in every way. My mother brought our little dog, Gia, because she had several epileptic seizures one after another. From the moment my mom arrived, the entire staff immediately focused on Gia. They took her from my mother’s arms and rushed her inside so they could stabilize her properly. They kept her hospitalized overnight, and whenever we called, they always provided us with updates on Gia’s condition and progress. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for them, Gia might not be alive today. Excellent veterinary team! 💓 They are people who truly love animals and are dedicated to their work. Their compassion, professionalism, and commitment made all the difference for our family. We are forever grateful. 🐾💖

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough amazing things about VEG Allen and the entire team, especially Dr. Brown and the Monday night shift team (7/20). Our local urgent care veterinarian referred us to VEG after my dog, Koe, swallowed a corn cob. They had already attempted to induce vomiting without success, so after an almost hour-long drive, we arrived a little after 10:00 PM. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with smiles and immediately brought back. The hospital itself is unlike any emergency vet I’ve ever seen. Being able to stay with your pet throughout the process or see them at all times even if they required a procedure made an incredibly stressful situation so much more comforting. The team first tried a stronger medication to induce vomiting, but unfortunately the corn cob still didn’t come up. Dr. Brown sat down with me and thoroughly explained our options: endoscopy or surgery. She answered every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and had such a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put me at ease during one of the most stressful nights I’ve had as a pet owner. After talking with my husband, we chose to move forward with an endoscopy since it was less invasive, more cost-effective, and offered a quicker recovery. By the time bloodwork was complete, it was after midnight, and now my birthday. Spending my birthday at an emergency animal hospital definitely wasn’t how I imagined celebrating. Unfortunately, the endoscopy was unsuccessful because of where the corn cob was lodged. Once again, Dr. Brown patiently walked me through our options. She even told us we could have our regular veterinarian perform the surgery the next day if cost was a concern. After another conversation with my husband, we decided to move forward with surgery at VEG because, despite only knowing Dr. Brown for about three hours, I trusted her completely. I was able to watch through the OR window as Dr. Brown successfully removed the corn cob. During surgery, I mentioned to one of the nurses that it was my birthday. When Dr. Brown came out after surgery to tell me everything had gone well, she wished me a happy birthday and said she was sorry this was how I was spending it. That simple kindness meant so much. I stayed until Koe woke up from anesthesia before heading home around 4:00 AM. Before I left, Dr. Brown told me she would personally call with an update between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. At exactly 8:00 AM, my phone rang. She let me know Koe was doing great, explained the plan for the day, and said that if he continued eating well, he could come home that evening. When we returned that night to pick him up after my birthday dinner, I walked over to Koe’s kennel and immediately burst into tears. The staff had decorated his kennel with a Happy Birthday banner, put a birthday headband on Koe, bought cupcakes, a little plant, and a birthday card for me. After such an emotional, exhausting 24 hours running on almost no sleep, that thoughtful gesture was beyond anything I could have ever expected and meant more to me than words can express. The medical care we received was exceptional, but what truly sets VEG apart is the compassion, empathy, and humanity of every single person we encountered. They treated Koe like he was their own, and they treated me with so much kindness during an extremely stressful time. Dr. Brown and the entire Monday night team, you are all absolutely incredible. Thank you for saving my sweet boy and for turning what could have been one of the worst birthdays into one I’ll never forget for all the right reasons. To the VEG leadership team: if you read these reviews, please know that Dr. Brown and the Monday night staff deserve every bit of recognition. They are an incredible group of professionals who exemplify what emergency veterinary medicine should be. I sincerely hope we never have another emergency, but if we do, I will gladly drive an hour back to VEG Allen without hesitation. I will also recommend VEG to every pet owner I know. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We took our 16yo lab in on a Friday night. From the person who greeted us to our tech to our vet, I cannot overstate how kind and empathetic everyone was. It was wonderful for our family to be with Lucy the whole time. The fee was extremely reasonable for emergency care. Highly recommended!

Drove an hour here for emergency care because the emergency vet closest to me is deplorable. The staff at VEG was caring and very sweet. They were also very thorough about everything. They even brought my boy a bed and blankie while we waited for x-ray results. It is expensive (as all emergency vet care is), and it took a while due to the triage nature of the facility, but the staff here is truly amazing. I definitely recommend.

My dog, Pepper, got on the counter and stole a rib from our bbq take out container. She had the whole rib down her throat before we could grab her. I called for some guidance and they suggested we come in. We came right to VEG and were met with the most helpful staff! From beginning to end, I felt welcome and cared for. Pepper ultimately had to undergo surgery to remove the rib bone, and everything from the price to the process was explained thoroughly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VEG for anyone in the vulnerable position of needing help with a pet. Thank you all for your care and attention to a very special part of our family. ❤️

Dr. Pham and team took excellent care of my sweet little cat Cheebo. The facility is comfortable, clean and inviting. No wait time. Would definitely recommend.

Here’s a Google review you could post: ★★★★★ We had to make one of the hardest decisions a pet owner can make today and say goodbye to our sweet little hamster. I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into VEG ER for Pets in Alpharetta, but from the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered treated us with incredible compassion, kindness, and respect. They never made us feel rushed. They answered every question with patience and gave my daughter and me all the time we needed to say goodbye. Even though our pet was tiny, they treated her life as though it mattered just as much as any other animal that came through their doors. We never felt like just another case or another bill. Before we left, they gave us a clipping of her fur and the tiniest paw prints they’ve ever made. Those keepsakes mean more to us than I can put into words and will be something we treasure forever. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but VEG made an incredibly painful day just a little more bearable. We are grateful for the empathy, dignity, and genuine humanity they showed our family. Thank you for reminding us that the size of a life has nothing to do with the size of the love it leaves behind.

First time here and we will 100% be coming back for any future emergencies with our dog (hopefully not too many times lol). Our girl was taken care of from the second we walked in to the minute she left. We were able to be there with her the whole time, and all the staff were such a joy. Grateful it wasn’t life threatening—even then they still treated her with priority and made us feel heard. Thank you to the team! She says thank you as she’s currently on her pain meds lol

We recently found ourselves in need of emergency vet services in the middle of the night with an out of the ordinary stalled labor & delivery of our one of our expectant females in our breeding program. The entire staff was friendly & professional throughout our entire time & care at VEG, Asheville. Drs Bentley & E were great to work with! They acknowledged that I was veteran breeder, and understood this was not my first rodeo. Nick, Amy, & Kristy rounded out the entire team that came alongside me and my dog to assist in the best possible outcome for her care & her pups during our time at VEG. One of the MOST important aspects of VEG is that you are allowed to stay with your pet during their care. For a breeder this was the up most importance, for me to keep my eyes on my dog and how she was or was not progressing during her labor and that I was still able to whelp her pups myself. Great clinic & staff! Highly recommend! -Trish, Antler Creek Siberians

Treated my dog and me so wonderfully. They listened and were never dismissive, they answered my myriad of questions without being defensive or annoyance, the proposed a comprehensive plan without unnecessary elements, were open to modifying the plan when this was both ok medically and better fit my dog and life. There was pretty much no wait but then again I arrived very early in the morning. Later on there were more patients but I did observe the staff doing their best to give wait time estimates to callers and those walking in. At every moment it felt like they were all on my dog's team and I genuinely appreciate it. Finally all kudos to Dr. Fuentes who seems to suspect the diagnosis from the start and based mostly on my retelling of the events.

Took Chairman Meow for his last car ride & my husband I went in & the staff here was absolutely wonderful. They took great care of our baby & made us feel comfortable. It's never a good experience to send your baby home over the rainbow bridge, but they made the process more bearable. Even though our hearts were broken, we know Chairman was not able to live his best life anymore & he was in such good hands 💙 thank you all for taking care of our little boy

VEG was absolutely amazing and incredibly compassionate during one of the hardest moments I've experienced. My dog had been hit by a car, and I was completely overwhelmed, but the entire team helped me through the process with so much care and kindness. The nurse who cared for us was exceptional. She was comforting, patient, understanding, and incredibly gentle with both my dog and my emotions. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answered every question I had in a way that made me feel informed and supported. I wish I had gotten her name because she truly made such a difficult experience a little easier. I hope I never have another emergency, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to VEG. They have an outstanding team, and I'm so grateful for the compassion and care they showed us when we needed it most. Gilbert and I left with a smile!

Team, Without question , I would give this place six stars. The care loved and concerned that they showed or our little loved one and my wife, was more than I could ask for. We were there for an unfortunate circumstance , but you can feel the sincerity and love as soon as you walk through the doors. The attention we received, the detail in which we were explained what was happening and the follow up shows the people who work here , love what they do. It is a great happiness that I save my life.Receive the best care she could have ever gotten and is now doing great. Thank you to all the staff at Veg ER!!

We brought our lab Cortez in after swallowing something. He ended up having to have emergency surgery. The team at VEG made us feel so incredibly comfortable during this very scary time, they were attentive, kind, and reassuring. He was able to have surgery scheduled for the next day and his surgeon was phenomenal. Each time we brought Cortez in for follow ups everyone remembered him, and they were so excited to see him. Of course, nobody wants to have to visit an emergency vet, but if you do, I would highly recommend this place! Everyone was amazing, thank you so much.
