Excellent care for my baby. They saved our dog's life. She was in critical condition when she got there and they brought her around to be able to come home to us. Highly recommend this wonderful place. They truly care for the patients.

I had a really positive experience here with my rabbit. He was seen immediately and treated with lots of care. We were able to get him the appropriate meds, and I felt very relieved post appointment. I didn’t feel judged either (it was our first time ever going to a vet , we weren’t sure what to expect.) Very clean environment.

I took my Dog gypsy here because I thought it was the end of her life cycle and they ran a battery of tests and they were so super nice to me and it was less expensive than it would’ve been at the MSPCA Angels in Jamaica plane or anywhere else that I would’ve gone so I commend them for being a walk-in clinic emergency clinic and being so friendly all of their staff are so friendly. I would recommend this 10 out of 10 to one of my family members or friends. All the staff are so sweet. They’re so nice. I met with Amaya Watson. She was absolutely amazing. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Leanne Maynard. She is an Absolute They really go out of Their way to make sure your pets are feeling better to the fullest without charging you an armor or leg and I really appreciate that

Amazing as always. We haven’t been to this location before but when my pup tore his dewclaw I refused to go to any other emergency vet and I’m so glad I did. The space is so clean and open. You can see your pet anywhere they are being treated and most of time invited to join. Today they came to us in the waiting area and the doctor was down on the floor treating him. They are so kind and welcoming. I wish we could come here for every pet health check.

Dr. Wood and Hannah made me feel like they could do anything. So helpful, caring and knowledgeable. They went well out of their way to make me comfortable in a most stressful situation. There were dayside doctors and staff that also contributed to Beau’s recovery. Amazing, all in their own right. I will recommend VEG to all my family, co workers and friends. Thank you for saving my best friend’s life. I can never thank you all enough.

They took such great care of my cat star! We brought her in because she had been hurting and we knew we had to put her down that night, They put us in a comfortable relaxing room to love on her while she was getting put to sleep. All of the staff were super kind and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to her! They also sent me home with so many paw prints and fur pouches With her fluff in it, which meant so much to me! A few days later, we got a call saying that her clay paw print was ready and I picked it up today and it was absolutely beautiful!!! They are such an amazing animal Hospital and I definitely recommend!!!!!

My wife & I are beyond grateful for the entire Veg care team! We both had low confidence our pup would make it through this “storm.” From the moment we stepped through doors the bed side manners, the support from understanding and helping us make tough decisions, the love and care they showed to our Pup to encourage her to fight through everything, and to each team member doing whatever they could to help support us all by making us comfortable however they possibly could….. no words can express how beyond grateful we are for each and every amazing individual working there. A special recognition to Dr Lee, Dr Timberlake, Miss Emily, Taryn, Chelsea, & Sam. You all were truly our Angels through out this entire experience. Each courageously steered our ship through this storm helping my wife and I keep faith that God would see us through this through the hands of you all. We observed how the entire team over two days, balanced putting every patient (and their owner) was given full individual attention, care, and support for. Each of you all are amazing individuals and admire you all! Also to the Director who came to us to offer starbucks- even a small gesture like that meant soooo much us- thank you! We have definitely decided that for the future, we will only be going here and would recommend here to everyone for their pet care emergency needs

Update: More than a week later, he is still doing amazing! He’s back to parkoring with his siblings at 3 am, yelling at us so he can go sunbathe and eating like a horse. THANK YOU AGAIN!! 😭 I cannot put into words how grateful I am for VEG Alpharetta. Last week, our cat Guy Diamond, who is only 2 years old and whom we’ve had since he was about a week old, became extremely sick. What we thought was a stomach issue quickly turned into every pet parent’s worst nightmare. After bloodwork at our regular vet showed he was critical, we were rushed to VEG because they were the only nearby hospital with the medications and level of care he needed. The moment we walked through the doors, they already knew who Guy was. They immediately took him back and started working on him while keeping us informed every step of the way. Within hours, we learned that he had developed a severe kidney infection that had progressed into sepsis. His blood pressure was around 40/20, his kidneys were reaching their limit, and he had virtually no white blood cells. We were told his chances of survival were very low. I was an absolute emotional wreck. What stood out to me wasn’t just the medical care—it was the compassion. The doctor sat on the floor with my 5-year-old daughter and me and walked us through every option with so much patience, honesty, and empathy. They never pressured us. They simply helped us understand what Guy was facing and supported us through impossible decisions. When they told us that euthanasia would be a completely understandable choice given how sick he was, I looked at my daughter and knew I wasn’t ready to give up on him. This cat is her best friend. He’s family. So I gave them my budget and asked them to do everything they could to save him. The team at VEG did something I’ll never forget. They made my daughter and me a bed so we could stay overnight with him. If you ever have the opportunity to stay with your pet during a hospitalization, do it. Throughout that night, I watched these doctors and nurses pour their hearts into every animal that came through those doors. I saw heartbreak. I saw families saying goodbye. I saw pets fighting for their lives. And I saw a veterinary team that never stopped caring, no matter how exhausted they were. It completely changed my perspective on veterinary medicine and why emergency care costs what it does. They do so much more than people realize. I stayed awake with Guy until almost 5 a.m., praying harder than I think I’ve ever prayed in my life. Then the miracle started happening. His blood pressure began improving. His fever started coming down. And then we got the news that made me completely lose it, he was finally making white blood cells again 😭 They even showed them to us on the screen. I cried like a baby. After seeing so many heartbreaking cases come through that hospital, I wanted them to have a win. I wanted my daughter to keep her best buddy. I wanted our little boy to beat the odds. And somehow, he did. He wasn’t out of the woods yet. There was still edema around both kidneys, and we still had a lot to worry about. But every update got a little better. Every hour he fought harder. Less than 24 hours after we were told his chances of survival were slim, Guy came home. Today, just a few days later, he’s eating, drinking, using the litter box, demanding attention, and acting like the same goofy cat we’ve always known. Watching him curled up on the couch again feels like a gift I wasn’t sure we’d get. To every doctor, nurse, technician, and staff member at VEG Alpharetta: thank you. Thank you for treating Guy like he mattered. Thank you for treating us like family. Thank you for your honesty, your compassion, your skill, and your willingness to fight for him when things looked hopeless. Because of you, my kids still has their best friend. And because of you, we still have our Guy Diamond.❤️

We had a health scare with our dog Scout at around 1am and needed emergency after hours vet care. VEG ER was a godsend. Open 24/7 and gave excellent care. Thet let us stay with her the whole time they got her triaged and stable. Place is pricey, sure, but emergency vet med typically is, especially since Scout ended up having to stay overnight for fluids and observation. They have overnight rooms available if you want to sleep at the hospital with your pet, too. We did a lot of waiting, as one typically does in any emergency room I think, but Scout is home now and doing great. The staff are all amazingly kind and wonderfully patient. Interacting with them helped this scary experience feel less lonely and frightening. I feel like Scout received excellent care and that I always understood what was going on.

When my golden retriever had an eye emergency, I chose this ER simply based on location and a quick glance at the reviews. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, I was incredibly impressed with the care we received. The entire staff was so gentle and compassionate with my dog, and I was especially impressed by how thorough the exam was. Dr. Kimberlyn W. took the time to clearly explain which tests she recommended and why, and I appreciated being given pricing information before anything was done. At no point did I feel pressured into additional testing or treatment. Ariela and Shannon were also absolutely amazing throughout my dog’s care. Honestly, the best way to describe this place is something one of the assistants said: it’s like “The Avengers” of veterinary medicine. The best of the best all came together to work here. The diagnosis and treatment plan were explained very thoroughly, which I truly valued, and I was sent home with printed information to refer back to as well. During the wait for bloodwork results, someone even came in with a basket of snacks and offered me something to eat or drink…such a thoughtful touch during a stressful situation. I would recommend this place 100%.

We spent the last three days at VEG with our beloved 5 year old dog, Jammer, initially suspecting he had HGE… which turned into a much more harrowing experience than we could have fathomed when he didn’t respond well to treatment. We were terrified, emotional, and thought we would have to euthanize him after 36-40 hours (and even planned his necropsy, prepared to say our goodbyes.) Each and every single vet and tech and receptionist we worked with over the past few days was nothing but compassionate, caring, supportive, and willing to discuss each and every option. The fact that this amazing team was even willing to consult criticalists on his behalf multiple times speaks to how much they care… and ultimately was what saved him, along to their top-notch care, their willingness to allow me to assist with treatments, and even permitting me to do his esophageal tube feedings unassisted. He is alive today thanks to the team at VEG. His future is unsure… and we have a long road ahead of us, but we wouldn’t have even had that option if not for this team. He is HOME, which is all I ever wanted through this ordeal, even if it’s not for long. I cannot, and I mean CAN NOT, thank everyone at VEG enough. Jam, my husband, and I are beyond grateful. Thank you for allowing us to stay with our boy throughout the insane holiday weekend, providing us everything we needed, and caring for him like he mattered to you like he matters to us. Dr. Summers, Dr. Huff, Dr. Mac, Dr. Lockhart, Dr. Logan — and most especially Jam’s angel of a tech, Sam — THANK YOU for saving him for us to see couch naps and car rides and joy again.

WOWWW! Just wow! The service and compassion provided by this place, especially the nurse manager Alecia & Dr Doll, are Incredible. This place will go above and beyond to help you every step of the way. They truly care and it shows! My husband was out of town and I was unable to lift our dog Girl into the truck on my own. She had a severe infection in her leg and needed help asap! The staff offered to come to my home and help load her into my truck! When they arrived to our home plans changed and I was unable to take her to the vet. The staff was so understanding and offered to come inside to assess her condition. After they left they stayed in contact with me checking in on Girls state through the night and next morning. The next day I was able to get her to their office and we were met with open arms and love. We are forever grateful for this place in our time of need! We highly recommend them!

I took my beagle in at 2:30am and they were absolutely fantastic. I called ahead for advice and after talking to them they decided he should be seen. They texted a link to my phone and I submitted a very quick intake before bringing my dog in. Upon arrival, everyone was so sweet and caring. The open concept allows you to be with your pet at almost all times so there is no waiting around and wondering what’s happening. From the ER doctor to the nurses and triage, everyone was truly comforting and keeping me informed and comfortable at all times. My pup had to stay for 12 hours for an IV drip and I was able to leave and comeback whenever I wanted. Kasey, the overnight person we worked closely with was an absolute dream. She got him comfortable and checked in on me often for anything I may need while we waited together. When I returned later to check on him, Dot, his day nurse, was so sweet with her care of him and trusted my judgement on how to get him to cooperate. They put us in our own room while he finished the IV to give us some quiet time after a long night. I’m not a big review person, but after going through a stressful situation with my little love, the entire staff made it far better than I could have ever expected. Knowing they are there gives me huge relief should something go sideways again. Compassionate, kind, even funny (when appropriate and quite frankly needed). They love animals and will treat yours like their own.

I cannot simply put into words how amazing VEG ER 4 Pets in Flower Mound, Texas, truly is. But i will certainly try! When I had to say goodbye to my 18-year-old cat—my precious soul companion named KaiPurr 2 weeks ago—they were with me every step of the way. Their patience, kindness, and unwavering support made the hardest moment of my life seem a little more bearable. And on top of that, they worked very diligently on finding an affordable package for the cremation, which meant the world to me. I will forever be grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough.

My 6 year old cat had a gastro emergency recently, and I took her here for treatment, electing to have her hospitalized. All of the staff were phenomenal, and I couldn't believe that we didn't have to wait long, were provided a private room, and that I was able to stay with my nervous kitty during testing to provide some familiarity and comfort throughout the experience. All of the tests they recommended and questions they asked were instrumental to getting a good understanding of what was going on, and she was able to get on a prescription diet to help her feel better and heal. It's been a week since her hospitalization and she has gone from not eating or moving to eating voraciously and running around like a kitten. So grateful for the awesome folks at this clinic who genuinely cared about the welfare of my cat.

The staff here is super friendly, the vibe is very chill, and the environment is clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, my pup had diarrhea during an X-ray, and it made quite a mess. I felt terrible and incredibly embarrassed, but the vet and nurses were so understanding and remained completely sweet and patient with us.

I recently took my pet to VEG Emergency Vet Care during an urgent situation, and the experience was excellent. The staff was welcoming and compassionate from the start. The doctor took time to clearly explain everything and showed genuine concern, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The level of care was outstanding. They even followed up afterward and coordinated with our regular vet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any pet emergency.

I cannot express my gratitude for the staff here. My Betty got into a bag of tums and Advil and was admitted for an overnight stay. They kept calm the entire time and were so friendly is made me feel so much more secure. Betty has now been home for almost a week and is back to herself. Everyone from the doctors to the front desk staff were amazing. And the warm cookies?! Are you kidding?! I wish the human ER was like this.

I had to take my extremely "velcro" mini aussie in because he started having a cluster of seizures. All of the staff here are kind, compassionate and welcoming. The open concept set up was new to me but it allowed me to be with my boy the entire time. This was good for both of us. Everyone that worked with us took the time to listen and talk about treatment options. You are also welcome to stay the whole time to be with your pet. I wasn't prepared to be able to do that but it gave me great comfort. If I find myself in need of their services again, I may take advantage of that if I'm able. I think the hardest thing was leaving my boy. I didn't want him to think I wasn't coming back. He was started on medication quickly and has been seizure free so far, thank goodness! I had been to another local emergency vet in the past and it was a different experience. The waiting area was dirty, staff weren't welcoming or even trying to offer help at a time when, let's face it, things aren't going well and you just want to get help. I will 100% return to VEG in the future of needed. Thank you all!!! *including pic of our joyful reunion

I brought my dog in with concerns after a potential blockage. We were greeted and seen immediately. We were offered coffee, water, and snacks. We were offered to stay with our dog in the back and even during ultrasounds AND his all day hospitalization. Due to his anxiety we knew it would be best if we kept our distance as he worries more about me if I’m nearby, and the team was very understanding and very caring of him. Even after a few hours of leaving him the team sent me photos just so I could see how he was doing. I didn’t even ask, they offered! Before leaving him they asked if he liked watching anything on TV and I told them he liked lofi music and they said they would leave an iPad with him. I thought they were kidding but when I saw the photos I was shocked! He looked so comfortable while he was there. Picking him was easy, and checking out was easy. I feel really lucky that he improved and we didn’t have too much to worry about, especially seeing other families there dealing with more tragedy. The team there are heroes and I assume see a lot of trauma and to still be so kind and supportive shows how strong the staff is. While I hope to never have to go back to the ER, if I find myself in a situation in which I do I will abstain be coming back here.

We are incredibly thankful for the VEG ER team and the amazing care they gave our Dr. Squiggles! We took Dr. Squiggles in when we noticed he hadn’t been peeing, and we were extra stressed because he’s known for being very feisty at the vet. Squiggles did not hold back from showing the care team his intense spiciness, and yet the doctors handled him with understanding and care. They identified a urinary block and clearly laid out a treatment / care plan for us. We’re sorry he gave the team a tough time (enough to break the ranking scale and warrant a new “Pepper X” designation), but he’s home now and is being a sweet bell pepper boy! We really appreciate VEG ER, and want to especially thank our care team: Dr. Wallach, Carla, Moira, Liz, and Maryan.

We brought our cat Roxy in not really knowing what was wrong. Emergency vets can be a little overwhelming but this location had some of the nicest staff I've ever met in the vet field. Dr Johnstone and the staff were incredible. They were quick to get vitals on my cat, listen our concerns and previous medical concerns to try and figure out what was wrong. After some test came back it was determine our cat was in a dire urgent situation due to her diabetes. After Dr Johnstone thoroughly went over treatment options we decided euthanasia would be the most humane option. It's never easy to say goodbye to a pet. I had my furball for over 15 years. The staff was so sincere with the process. Making sure we had a private room, had time to say our goodbyes and just over all very professional. I was happy to hear they offer paw and nose prints free of charge and a patch of fur. My Roxy will be cremated and returned back within a week or so. I just want to thank the entire staff again for their professionalism and sincerity in this tough choice. They never once made me feel what I chose was the bad route. They all listened to stories about our cat and all praised how even with her being sick they could she was loved and how she snuggled up to my shoulder while being examined. This was simply the best experience I could have asked for under these circumstances.

If you are an anxious pet owner like myself, I cannot recommend this place enough. We took our boy Ares here after being misdiagnosed twice and him throwing up a lot in the span of a couple of hours. Our doctor (I completely forget her name I'm sorry!!) was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She saw us in less than 15 minutes after arrival and explained everything to me which made me feel comfortable about our decision. Our boy ended up having surgery through this company and they were so amazing with everything, they kept us updated through every aspect have done such a great job taking care of our boy. My cat is now 3 weeks post op and is doing the best he's been in well over a month!! I wish I would've brought him to VEG sooner, I'm so happy they made my boy back to normal!! (He now has the come off and is doing great :))

Hands down the best 24-hour Emergency Animal Hospital experience I have ever had. Each doctor, nurse, technician and customer service representative I dealt with was patient, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. They took excellent care of my 17-year-old cat going above and beyond for him. They made sure I was comfortable to stay with him in the facility, even preparing a bed for me with sheets, a pillow, and a blanket. I was able to spend as much time as I wanted with him, making his experience and recovery better. He is now back home and doing well.❤️

Our sweet Stella had to go to VEG ER Frisco on June 6th around 4am. She had given birth to (6) pups at home, but the (7) pup had not been birth after (3) hours. During the process of her giving birth, I called their office to ask a few question (first timer here) and Dr. Koons was very informative through what to expect. After making the right call, the (7) baby could not make it into this world at home and we headed to see Dr. Koons in person. She had the room all ready for us when we arrived. When I say her and all other staff went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Dr. Koons is a genuine soul that puts care and detail into all she does. We knew Stella was at least pregnant with 10 pups. After the 10th was born at the ER (past Dr. Koons shift), she went back for an x-ray, surprise, we had two more!! Y’all!! Twelve puppies!! Thank you, Kaitlyn, Arianna, Abby, Beth, Dr. Koons and Dr. Nelson for the outstanding service and care of our family/pups. Everything was performed right in front of us and that was important not to be shut in a room while our Stella was behind closed doors in another room. Since birth, I have called back serval times when our regular vets office was closed. Outstanding service each time. My heart cannot express our gratitude enough!! Sincerely - Stella & Family paws up - high five 🐾♥️🙌👏

We brought our sweet 8 year old pup in, on a Sunday evening, after she was having some stomach pain and bloating. Even though they were quite busy, they were very prompt to take a look at her and just make sure her vitals were stable. Within the first 20 minutes there, they got her in for an X-Ray and determined her stomach had flipped. The whole staff did amazing stabilizing her and getting her prepped for emergency surgery all while staying calm and organized. Throughout the surgery the surgeon and staff would give me a thumbs up through the window letting me know she was doing great. They kept us posted throughout the night and Into the morning. They were all amazing at answering all of our questions and going over her after care instructions. I highly recommend this clinic! It was very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and the staff were just outstanding!!! They were very comforting during the entire scary situation.

Lexi showing the doctors the "all clear" and back to enjoying her favorite pastime. We've given her raw bones while supervising her for over 10 years. Well, she managed to get one stuck in the roof of her mouth that we could not dislodge. The staff at VEG was phenomenal. They started treating her the minute we got into the door. Being able to see them treat her gave us a level of comfort. Highly recommend. PS...Lexi is happy to report she will only get the meat off the bone now.

Our first time going to Veg ER was great, considering the circumstances. Our dog managed to tear a claw off of her paw and the staff was very gentle and compassionate with our dog. It was clear throughout that the Veg ER team is kind, knowledgeable and had our pet's best interests in mind. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciate having this 24/7 resource available in our neighborhood!

My experience taking my 1 year old toy poodle Luxe was amazing. It was everything I expected and more. As soon as I stepped foot in the door I was met by one of the staff members and Dr. Pauline Bravo was right there to attend to my Luxe who was not feeling well. Veronica and the rest of the staff were very helpful, friendly, devoted and professional. I would recommend the VEG Emergency Hospital to everyone that needs help with their fur baby/babies. VEG staffs are truly team players. Thank you for taking care of my Luxe. Regards! Rossalyn🩷

Here’s a Google review you could post: ★★★★★ We had to make one of the hardest decisions a pet owner can make today and say goodbye to our sweet little hamster. I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into VEG ER for Pets in Alpharetta, but from the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered treated us with incredible compassion, kindness, and respect. They never made us feel rushed. They answered every question with patience and gave my daughter and me all the time we needed to say goodbye. Even though our pet was tiny, they treated her life as though it mattered just as much as any other animal that came through their doors. We never felt like just another case or another bill. Before we left, they gave us a clipping of her fur and the tiniest paw prints they’ve ever made. Those keepsakes mean more to us than I can put into words and will be something we treasure forever. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but VEG made an incredibly painful day just a little more bearable. We are grateful for the empathy, dignity, and genuine humanity they showed our family. Thank you for reminding us that the size of a life has nothing to do with the size of the love it leaves behind.

Best emergency vet I have ever been to. My pet and I were handled with care from the moment I called to walking in the door. They didn’t even stop to do paperwork and got me right in to check my cat’s vitals. Rob W was the nurse and he was so gentle and kind to my very nervous and shaking cat. It was clear they love animals and do everything they can to for pets and their owners. They not only let me stay with my cat the whole time but encouraged it. It is all open and transparent. He listened and asked good questions. I cannot say enough about how helpful and calming he was. Thank you to Rob and VEG ER in Cos Cob for taking sure good care of my baby.

Very efficient! Definitely will come back (in the event of an emergency, of course). :) Our cat, Spyder, had a urinary blockage. As soon as we entered, we explained his symptoms to the front desk staff, and we were immediately brought back. They registered him in the system, and as soon as he was assessed, they quickly identified the issue. They give owners the opportunity to watch as they cared for their pets! They also gave detailed explanations throughout the process so we understood exactly what they were doing and why. Our cat had to stay a few nights, and during that time we received texts and phone calls with updates on his progress, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The estimate was definitely on the higher side, but all I can say is thank goodness for pet insurance. They also offered several financing options that we were able to choose from, which definitely came in handy. Special thanks to Dr.Herzhoff, Dr. Brooks, Chris and the girls up front ❤️ And to the amazing CVT who played power puff girls while our cat was in observation ❤️!

I have been to many veterinary clinics/hospital in my life but Veg Care was incredibly amazing from the start to finish with our little Rose and her tummy issue. Jamie was amazing how she communicated with Rose throughout her care and made her feel comfortable. You can tell animals are her passion. Also Celia was wonderful. And then there is Dr. Ortiz. She was incredible giving us advice and treating Rose. She had so many animals to care for and I watched how she went to each so attentively. I highly recommend Veg when caring for your pet when needed. They are incredible! Much love to them and thanks you!! ❤️ Bless you all! 😊

We had to rush our baby there at midnight and from the moment we walked in the door until we left they did absolutely everything they could to save our baby. The dr that was there was the best we have ever had. Even though she had so much going on with other animals she gave our boy the best care she could. We loved that we could see everything they were doing and could be with our little boy until the end. I would recommend this vet to everyone. Dr Odaniels was the absolute best and we couldn’t have asked for someone better to take care of our little man. Even though it didn’t have a good end they made it as good of experience as they could and communicated with us the whole way.

I would like to highly recommend and thank the emergency animal hospital VEG ER in White Plains on Tarrytown Road. My newly adopted cat needed emergency care for a surprise bladder issue on Sunday morning and again on Monday night. The vets, vet techs and staff there were so amazing and our boy got the best care. Please visit them if your pet needs emergency care. I was blown away by their thorough care and extremely good bed side manners and kindness with humans and animals. You can tell these people love animals and their jobs. Also please keep Rubio in your prayers for continued healing. Thanks! Before and after pictures thanks to VEG ER in White Plains! AAA++++++++++++ 🐾💛🐈

I would give VEG a million stars if I could- they are incredible. I have taken my dog here for seizures and they were quick to rush her in and give her the life saving treatment she needed. I love that you can stay with your pet and they are completely transparent about everything. Unlike Blue Pearl or AMC who will take your pet in the back where you don't get to visit them then hold them overnight for "observation" and charge you thousands of dollars for the stay, VEG let me take my dog home after being seizure free for many hours. I could monitor her from the comfort of home and call them if anything came up (which it didn't due to their amazing care).

Me and my girlfriend brought in our cat after seeing her experience Diabetic Ketoacidosis, which caused her to lose weight rapidly, not eat anything, and could barely move, so much as to blink, it was really bad. We had her start treatment and didn’t think she would make it after hearing that some cats would need more than 48 hours of treatment, but the whole time she was getting treated, we had received so many complimentary services that came with the cost of her treatment, and I never felt so comforted and safe to leave my cats life in someone else’s hands. Best part is that it was all worth it because they were able to save her, and she recovered so quickly with their resources and expertise. I couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you Veg for saving our baby.

This was one of the finest veterinary experiences we’ve ever had. Our dog was an emergent case referral from our primary vet with symptoms of an obstruction and a cough. We feared exploratory surgery or worse. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely, warm staff who instantly made us feel welcome and safe. We were checked in immediately and taken to a private room with a comfortable couch and quiet setting to allow us to rest while we waited. Our case was less emergent than others, so we did wait for quite a while but were kept updated, cared for, and as relaxed as possible. Dr. Sarah was absolutely top notch. She spoke with us instead of at us and made us feel heard, respected, and ultimately that our most cherished boy was in the best care available. It turns out he has a rare fungal infection which we are extremely grateful to have caught. Every part of the experience, including the respect around discussing cost and options, was excellent. To our vet tech and Dr. Sarah, and everyone who worked with Anakin we thank you so much for caring for him like he was your own, and also caring for us! We are extremely thankful for the care he received and truly appreciate all the attention to detail.

I’ve been here twice for my kitty and both times the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the doctors, nurses everyone. you can tell they really care about pets instead of money. they listen to your concerns, they give great advice when it comes to your animals. they have empathy for people & your animals. i’ve recommended this ER to people in my fb groups. not only that if you have questions about your animals and concerns for them over the phone they’ll get you to a vet right away & they’ll help you as best as they can. i know i’ve called plenty of times for my kitty just for questions and advice and they give really helpful information. i’ve never gave a place 5 stars but if i could give more stars i would. they’ve helped me when i’ve been at my lowest and i couldn’t thank them enough. i wish they were me so they know how thankfully i am for them to help me. i would definitely take your animals here for when you have an emergency. when i paid she told me if i needed to take my kitty back to the ER you have a 24 hour time frame and it’s no charge for the exam fee. i really highly recommend this ER i could write more. but hopefully this is enough to know how much i appreciate this ER i’ve been to plenty or vet ER’s. and the last one i was at with my sister and her dog they didn’t care about us at all. they only cared about being paid. they had no compassion at all towards people or animals this ER does. i really thank this ER they truly have a heart.

My husband and I genuinely cannot find words to express how absolutely incredible the entire team at VEG ER was. Our pup, Woody, had a terrible stomach issue and started releasing blood. We were so concerned and upset. When we arrived, the team calmed our nerves, gave us a room to get comfortable in, a fan and waters. They ran all the tests and gave him the best treatment we could’ve asked for. They went above and beyond in some of the smallest ways like writing his name on the door with a heart and petting him/rubbing his ears and making sure he was comfortable even when he was sedated. They even clipped his nails and made sure his eyes didn’t get dry while he was out. It was like he was one of theirs. Again, we can’t thank them enough for what they do. A few days later and he is back to his silly self. Thank you VEG ER.

I’ve been to VEG many times in NJ and PA. First time with our new kitty Talia at the Northern Liberty location and again they did an amazing job. I can’t say enough about how great the staff and doctors are. They really make sure you’re doing okay and really love your animal like it’s their own. VEG is hands down the best emergency hospital! Thank you so much for taking care of our Miss Grumbles (nickname give by VEG staff and we are sticking with it!)
