We took our cat Maximus there today. We were there for over 10 hours with them going above and beyond to make sure he felt better after all the tests and meds before sending him home. As soon as you walk in the door they were so welcoming and efficient. The 2 women that checked us in and worked the front line were so on it and friendly. Day vet really took her time to explain everything and make us feel seen. They go over pricing early on so you know what you’re getting into beforehand so no sticker shock at the end. Nikki was the ABSOLUTE BEST! She got his iv in and was so patient with him… and us. Made us feel so comfortable and talked to us like a friend and not just a patient. Obviously it’s just like with humans and should use your vet for routine care but if you need to take your animal in and after hours you want to go somewhere they will treat your pet good and with care. While not the way I would like to ever spend a Saturday, but would do it again if meant our baby felt better and we could know he was ok. 10/10 recommend for emergency care.

Best care and wonderful facilities. We felt the love for our fur baby and care as his parents in VEG. We highly recommend for any emergency vet need
