So so amazing! I brought my dog Blu in for a wound bandage change and subsequent stitch-up of the wound. Dr. Kearney, Dr. Price and all of the vet techs are kind, empathetic, explain everything well and truly make every patient feel valued and cared for despite working in a super crazy and stressful environment! They make running a chaotic and unpredictable ER look easy and seamless. I’m so thankful I found VEG Louisville, thank you thank you thank you to all of the staff for your work!!

We have had to visit VEG twice and both experiences have been amazing, considering what we were there for. The team at VEG ER for PETS are friendly, compassionate, and thorough. They were easy to speak to & listened to every thing we found important to share about our pets situation. He received exceptional care, great after care instructions, & wonderful follow up. They truly care for your PET. Very trust worthy. I'm thankful they are close by when I need them. Thanks for always looking out for my boy. SUSANNAH & LENNOX

I was referred here by the ER closest to my house because they did not have capacity to help my dog in a timely manner. I am very glad they did. Dr. Liddar, Sadie, and Angie? (sorry, I can't read the handwriting on the card) were great with my dog. They treated her quickly, calmly, and gently. My dog was nervous, but they kept her calm. The best ER experience I have had with my dogs.

I cannot express my gratitude for the staff here. My Betty got into a bag of tums and Advil and was admitted for an overnight stay. They kept calm the entire time and were so friendly is made me feel so much more secure. Betty has now been home for almost a week and is back to herself. Everyone from the doctors to the front desk staff were amazing. And the warm cookies?! Are you kidding?! I wish the human ER was like this.

Veg Emergency Animal Hospital was amazing. The service, The Karen staff, the expertise, all went above and beyond my expectation. I was able to stay with my dog, was involved in the decisions, and allowed to sit in the kennel with him while he rested!

I unfortunately had to put my baby down due to seizures and came all the way from Palmdale to this ER. Place was clean and peaceful and gave us as much time as we needed. Staff were professional and sweet and treated him with care. Price was reasonable and allowed me to take my baby back home and is now resting in peace at home with his tennis balls. They also sent a very lovely and heartfelt letter after his passing wishing us condolences. I definitely recommend coming here. P.S thank you for the letter team, my family and I never expected it. We truly appreciated it. 🖤

We brought our 1 year old Dachshund in on a Sunday and had to do emergency surgery for an obstruction. I am so grateful to the VEG team for the compassion and kindness they’ve shown Archie and our family during our stay. The open concept is great and I really appreciated the transparency and being able to stay with our dog through the entire process. They are so accommodating especially with overnight stays. We worked with the most with Dr Patel, Dr Lingin, and Dr Fletcher who are all wonderful! But every single employee, from the doctors to the nurses and the assistants, are all amazing. Especially Jess W., Jessi, Bre, Sam, and Emma, we spent a lot of time with them and they were nothing short of amazing. For anyone needing an emergency surgery or visit, I absolutely recommend bringing your pet here.

Fast Eddie had 7 seizures Tuesday, including one when we first arrived at AEG. The care was incredible. I can't explain how great the entire Staff was, except they made us feel like he was their dog, while also attending to all the other pets. Such great care!!! I am a real person, and today, Fast Eddie is comfy right at home. Thank you AEG, St. Peters, Mo.

Wonderful experience! Being able to stay with my dog meant everything to me. Nothing was done in a backroom - you watch over your pet at all times and can participate as much as you want. I was very satisfied with the explanations about treatment plans and was grateful for the team approach.

It has taken me a little bit to write this. This emergency vet, they are kind, compassionate, and empathetic... I am grateful for them and their staff. We live in Casa Grande, there is no ER vet.. VEG was the closest at just over an hr away (due to traffic at the time on the I-10). I called to tell them we were coming with our 91lb German Shepherd who collapsed, had very pale gums and was drooling profusely. They told me to let them know when we arrived and they would come out and carry her in. They did just that. Immediately asked if we wanted resuscitation since she had stopped breathing and had no heartbeat. Said "please know it's not all about money, but I do need to make you aware of the fee for resuscitation" I truly felt it wasn't about money, but they had to let us know.. kept coming to us to give us updates, asked if we needed anything, gave real but compassionate possible outcomes. Eventually found she had fluid in her chest cavity due to a ruptured tumor on her spleen that we were unaware she had. They were so kind, so apologetic.. not one word from their staff sounded insincere. Though our baby girl didn't make it, I saw for myself how much this staff cares. I couldn't have asked for more, except that there was one closer to us. Thank you all for trying to save Senshii, she was loved so very much and thank you for your kindness in every aspect of our visit.

I brought my baby Sampson in earlier today, and I’m so grateful for how wonderful everyone was with him. We walked right in and were immediately taken back to a table where I met with Dr. Donaldson and Megan. They listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to make my very nervous boy feel safe and comfortable. When you’re worried about your fur baby, having a vet team that is patient, kind, and genuinely listens means so much. I’m incredibly thankful for the care they gave Sampson today. Highly recommend! ❤️

It's hard to find the right words to express how thankful we are for this entire team!! Our sick pup spent two nights here and our family spent many, many hours ourselves here. We must have met almost their entire team and every single one of them was kind, caring, smart, empathetic, calm, and straightforward about what our pup would need. It was truly incredible that they allowed people to stay with their pets- and still stayed calm with multiple emergencies at once and multiple humans watching them!!! I really don't know how they do it. Feel so, so lucky to have a VEG here in Littleton. Thank you all for providing life saving care to our guy Rocky❤️❤️❤️������🥹🥹

The team at VEG ER for Pets in St. Peters is a major reason my boy Duncan is still with me today. I brought him in twice during a frightening few days, and both times, everyone treated him with tremendous compassion and attentive care. Thankfully, Duncan is now eating regularly and is back to his energetic self. I’m deeply grateful to everyone at VEG ER for the care they gave him.

Excellent experience at VEG Woodbury, MN! The entire team was compassionate, skillful, knowledgeable and willing to include me in the decision making process for my whippet’s care after she bit into an albuterol inhaler. I especially appreciated being able to stay with my dog during all aspects of her care.

I literally couldn’t complain about a single thing about VEG!! From the person who opened the door for me each time I’ve been there all the way to the doctors and everyone caring for my animals over the last year because I’ve had multiple emergencies!!! this team and this location is absolutely amazing and I am beyond words at the care, concern, patience and understanding of each and every one of them and my family is forever grateful for VEG Snellville!!!! .

This entire group of people are not just people they are community of compassionate experienced understanding and extremely phenomenal veterinarians, vet technicians, the vet director the receptionist everyone at this location was beyond phenomenal caring and passionate about animals and the people that belong to the animals. The day before I was blessed to meet this team I had taken my beloved esa dog to another emergency vet that was more local to me but only local buy a few more miles. I arrived there at 7:30 p.m. and did not leave until 4:30 a.m. the following morning 32 minutes of that was standing at the desk waiting to be checked out They pushed the upsell and thrived on the devastation that your pet was in distress and you were an emotional turmoil. The previous ER vet pushed diagnostic I understand it's important but they were more concerned about collecting funds for testing then treatment and assistance for the animal and when you didn't have the $12,000 for the surgery they encouraged euthanization they were not very honest. The following day I contacted VEG and I was obviously an emotional distress lack of sleep and devastated that I may lose my best friend my therapist and my family member. (My canine). Dr D'Angelo spoke to me on the phone I was quite impressed that the veterinarian the doctor on duty took the time to promptly speak to me about the symptoms and conditions of my pet. (Their system is not set up as a traditional standard over priced product ) they are more focused on the treatment appreciate the diagnostics however my symptoms were pretty obvious and once I gave her all the information I had from the traumatic experience the night before with the other people they did not just start applying to an estimate and started out with financials they created a plan of action with urgency and compassion and they made it work all of them work together as a community of passionate caring doctors and technicians When my pet and I arrived we were greeted with their receptionist and intake specialist she was amazing offered snacks drinks in the meantime being very patient with taking our information Dr D'Angelo spoke to me she promptly looked at the pet to see the size of the bladder stones in question explained some of the Dynamics and spoke to the director and the whole team and even some they came in on their day off they walked me through the process of the procedure the testing results explained each one of them and the Dynamics and concerns of any elevations that were present in her blood work. I arrived at VEG at approximately 11:30 a.m. by 1:30 2:00ish my dog was being taken back to begin her surgery. Before I left VEG they told me I could call anytime to follow up on progress and if there is anything that was concerning or they had to stop couldn't move forward I would be contacted so after I rested at home for a couple hours I called and spoke to Dr D'Angelo again and she let me know how the whole thing went and that my dog was in recovery. When my dog was picked up there was a clear list of follow-up instructions all her medications and a bag of special dog food for her they even called and spoke to me on the phone asked if I had any concerns and wanted to follow up and see that she was doing okay. Over the course a couple days I had some questions so I would call in the veterinarian duty the actual doctor we get on the phone promptly and answer any questions concerns or suggestions that they may offer beyond reasonable doubt these people are true animal lovers and are very passionate and compassionate about their line of work and have an extreme amount of knowledge.

I want to give a huge thanks to Dr. Manning, Dr. Riddick, and every staff member who helped when my cat’s health took a sharp turn. I brought my 10 month old kitten to VEG last week when he got sick and our regular vet couldn’t see him, and I’m so so thankful for the compassion and care from everybody who works there. I was able to bring him back within 24 hours for no extra exam fee where the staff determined that he should stay overnight for treatment. They talked me through what procedures they would be doing and presented different payment options as well. I was also allowed to either stay with him overnight or come and visit whenever. They helped me get life-saving medicine through Chewy, and overall I was just so grateful for our experience. The overnight staff even made a cute little name tag for my cat, and made sure he was comfortable through what was surely his scariest experience in life. I’m sitting here now watching him be his crazy self again, when just a week ago he wouldn’t even lift his head to look at me. Thank you VEG for everything!!!

Very clean and nice new facility. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff worked together to make sure my baby was cared for and helped her to feel better.

Our loved dog Chance was 19 years old. He had liver and heart disease along with sundowners and arthritis. He woke up one morning in distress and pain. We quickly took him to VEG. They were so knowledgeable and offered different options. We chose to take him home snd make him comfortable with some pain meds. The next day he seemed to be doing worse so we called VEG and brought him in for euthanasia. It was a very difficult and heart wrenching decision. We were treated with kindness! We had a comfortable room where we could sit on the floor with Chance. We spent time with him and loved on him. They let me hold him in my arms when they administered the medication. Chance had his head on my chest, looking in my eyes with my husband’s hand on him when he passed. It was done in such a peaceful way. The staff didn’t rush us. They let us spend quality time with Chance. I just can’t say enough how the staff helped us get through this and made Chance a priority both times we were there. This place is the best.
