We came to VEG pet hospital and it was amazing! Not only did we get seen right away but they were so fast, kind and unbelievably fantastic. This clinic took less than 2 hours to get the exam and X-rays. They made sure the dog was comfortable the whole time and communicated with us about everything. I was very pleased with this place after the nightmare I had to deal with. After 9+ hours and a long night at a terrible pet clinic, who ended up not helping us at all, VEG did everything and more! I would come here for any pet emergencies now. Totally worth the drive.

The whole team was amazing. They saved my frenchie Lola on the spot from respiratory failure. Lola was cared with excellent skills, love and lots of care. Her nurses Alex and Clencly were by her all the steps of her life threatening episodes, saving her twice from respiratory colapse. Her amazing Dr. Lopez was great walking me through all the intense life threatening episodes and ensuring she had her meds, tests and constant care around the clock. In the middle of an awful ER day, I felt in the best hands, and truly cared by all the staff and most importantly her immediate team. Best ER in the city! 💓🐶

I cannot say enough good things about this emergency animal hospital and the incredible team that cared for my cat, LunaTic. When I brought her in, she was extremely ill—lethargic, running a high fever, and honestly fighting for her life. I'm convinced that if I had waited any longer, she would not have survived. From the moment I arrived, the compassion and professionalism of the staff were evident. The veterinarian and two assistants actually met me at the door and immediately began assessing LunaTic. They listened carefully as I explained her symptoms and history, then quickly outlined their diagnostic plan and provided a clear estimate of charges before proceeding. Once treatment began, they moved swiftly and thoroughly, performing lab work, X-rays, an ultrasound, and a urinalysis. After reviewing the results, the veterinarian carefully explained my options and helped me make an informed decision about LunaTic's care. What truly set this hospital apart was not only the exceptional care they provided to my cat, but also the kindness they showed me. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and even offered me a bed and blankets if I wanted to stay overnight while LunaTic was hospitalized. During her X-rays and ultrasound, they allowed me to stay by her side to help keep her calm and comfortable. I chose to go home and rest because I knew she was in excellent hands. Throughout the night, the veterinarian called regularly with updates on her condition. As LunaTic improved, they kept me informed every step of the way until she was ready to come home. At discharge, they thoroughly reviewed all of her medications and explained exactly how to administer them. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming—even offering snacks for clients. I am beyond grateful for everything this team did to save LunaTic's life. She is doing so much better now, and while she's appreciative too, she has her own funny way of showing it! I highly recommend this emergency animal hospital to anyone facing a pet emergency. Their skill, compassion, communication, and dedication are truly outstanding.

Our dog of 16 years sadly was hit by a car, this place made him feel loved welcomed comfortable and the hospitality didn’t just extend to our dog it extended to us as well. They worked with us made us all feel comfortable even helped with our 9 month old, the staff are great the business is great thank you for all they done

My kitty Zedd was having trouble breathing and we were really worried about him and couldn’t get him in anywhere else so we decided to take him over to VEG to get him some help. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. They got him in as soon as we walked in the door and they got him on Oxygen ASAP and ran through their check up. The vets were incredibly transparent through the entire process and they did not go crazy charging extra money on anything. I really appreciate the extra special care they took and I was right by his side throughout the entire process. I’m so happy we decided to rush him here rather than taking him to the normal vet and potentially having to wait while his breathing got worse. We learned that he has asthma and they went through all the steps with me on how to take care of our baby and make sure he was back to feeling better and breathing easier. Not only could I see the quality care they were giving to my kitty but also all the other animals at the clinic. Highly recommend VEG to anyone else who needs emergency care for their pet and knowing good well that they will do a spectacular job! Thank you so much for making our boy feel more like himself again! :)

All the ladies were fantastic, Kat, Arissa, Stephane, Kim, Sleepy, Bashful and Dr. Jacobson…I brought my little Yorkie who was pretty sick and they were gentle to my 4lb little guy and even handled me well who was a bit emotional. I appreciate how they went over his panel with me and how kid gloves they were with my little guy. I’m not going to lie, I hope I never have to go back except on Christmas to drop off cheesecake to the fine crew. In all seriousness Thank You all 🙏

Best emergency place ever. Stuff is super professional and cute. They are so attentive and helpful, also friendly. My Arya’s doctor was Dr Yogo Never seen a doctor who was so warmly to my dog, professionally helpful. Thank you so much You guys saved Aryas life !

I drove over an hour to receive care for my basset hounds digestive issue to prevent a blockage. I called before making the drive, I had the pleasure of speaking to Dr. Teal. Her expertise, professionalism, and clear plan gave me optimism. Her calm, soothing voice, was the cherry on top! Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a friendly receptionist, the facility is large and clean. Annett took great care of my boy. She was patient, gentle and confident in what she does. Dr. Carter and all staff don’t waste your time or money here. They know time is of the essence, I’m thankful I found this facility. Thank you VEG ER for everything!

I’ve had to bring my dog to Veg ER-Princeton twice now, and both experiences were outstanding. The first visit was for an eye infection, and the second was for a leg injury. Both times, we were seen almost immediately, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how they cared for my anxious rescue dog. Instead of taking her to an exam table right away, they performed the exam and treatments on the floor, allowing her to stay relaxed. While we waited, she was able to sit comfortably on the couch and look out the window, which kept her calm. On top of the excellent care, I was pleasantly surprised that both visits were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend VEG to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality emergency veterinary care.

Our loved dog Chance was 19 years old. He had liver and heart disease along with sundowners and arthritis. He woke up one morning in distress and pain. We quickly took him to VEG. They were so knowledgeable and offered different options. We chose to take him home snd make him comfortable with some pain meds. The next day he seemed to be doing worse so we called VEG and brought him in for euthanasia. It was a very difficult and heart wrenching decision. We were treated with kindness! We had a comfortable room where we could sit on the floor with Chance. We spent time with him and loved on him. They let me hold him in my arms when they administered the medication. Chance had his head on my chest, looking in my eyes with my husband’s hand on him when he passed. It was done in such a peaceful way. The staff didn’t rush us. They let us spend quality time with Chance. I just can’t say enough how the staff helped us get through this and made Chance a priority both times we were there. This place is the best.

Had a Father’s Day issue with my two dogs. Right from the start when I called to notify them I was coming in they made me feel like i was making the right choice. Amanda and Brittney at the front desk were extremely helpful and comforting. The doctors and all the assistants were also extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional . Everyone was on point! Thank you again! Sapphire and Jade also say thank you for making them Feel better!

Everyone there took very good care of my dog Mandy today! The receptionist (Raven) was so kind and made us feel comfortable. The technicians and Doctors were friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Noone ever wants to need the ER, but sometimes we do and it is so comforting to know how much they care! I also love that you are able to stay with your pet the whole time! The facility was very clean and rhe staff was continously cleaning which is also so great to see! Mandy says thanks for taking care of her 🥰🐾

I just want to say thank you so much for all the help you had given us for me and my Family. Our little dog has been around for 15 human years and was very ill and was at end of life. You were there for support and helped us with the process. God bless

I cannot imagine going to another ER after experiencing the VEG open concept. I cannot say enough good things and the care they gave my mini dachshund puppy❤️ I brought her here after she ate part of an oatmeal raisin cookie. (Toxic) After vomiting was induced at her regular vet, she was hospitalized at VEG for two days on IV fluids. The doctors and staff were absolutely outstanding. All the Vet Techs are amazing and super sweet. I especially want to thank Chelsea, Vet Tech, She was amazing and took such amazing care of both Siena and me. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we were comfortable, and even set up an area so I could stay overnight and sleep next to Siena. You can genuinely tell how much she cares about the animals and loves what she does. ❤️ I spent over 24 hours at VEG during her two-day hospitalization, so I got to see firsthand how the team works behind the scenes. I watched pets come in with emergencies and saw how quickly everyone was on their feet helping them. The vet techs were constantly checking on, caring for, and comforting the animals staying there. Seeing that made me trust and appreciate this place even more. VEG is truly a game changer because you can stay with your pet throughout their hospitalization. And the doctors are all around there in the same room, you can ask a question any time. Being able to stay by Siena’s side was such a blessing. I love this place! 🐾❤️

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Ive unfortunately been twice now (my dog is a menace, but we love her!) The first time we were treated by Dr. Lingen & Paige as our RN. My dog got a bone stuck around her jaw, lesson learned for me, we are now a no bone house. The second time my dog started limping- turned out it was her patella. At this time we were treated by Dr. Patel & Angie as our RN. Tatiana gave excellent customer service running around to everyone checking in offering my dog toys & the families waiting snacks/drinks. When we came the second time Paige was there again & she had remembered us from the time before. (Not a big deal, but was nice.) Both times we were in and out fairly quickly. The staff was beyond compassionate and thorough. Neither of these times were life or death but they were able to help. I do want to say I was impressed to see a facility with such a great team. Not just for us but for everyone being treated and amongst the staff. The second time there happened to be a dog aggressive dog being treated and another dog/people aggressive dog. They did everything to respect those dogs needs & the safety of others. Also they offer payment plans, which is wonderful. I highly recommend.

My dog Pico was sick for 3 days this week. We went in for a visit on Monday and were released to go home for outpatient care; when Pico didn’t improve, we came back on Tuesday and stayed for two nights. Even though my dog was sick and it was a stressful situation, my time at VEG ER was a fantastic experience from start to finish. There’s nothing I would change because it was perfect. The VEG staff is amazing and I admire their dedication to patients and animals. My husband also brought our dog Jack here in February (I was out of town for the day and was unfortunately unable to be there). Jack sadly had to be euthanized, but the care that we received during that visit and after the visit was remarkable and generous. I wish I got everyone’s names to compliment them all personally! Dr. Brough, Dr. Smith and Dr. Nacke-Horney were all fantastic and thorough. Patty and Jenna were warm and welcoming. All of the other vet techs were great and quick to help. I really appreciate everyone helping Pico and dealing with his GI issues. I know it required a lot of cleaning.

Very satisfied with my cat emergency visit yesterday. My cat was panting and since he is of Persian breed, it was taken very seriously which eased my anxiety. My boy’s vitals were taken immediately and he was put into oxygen right away. I could see my cat in the oxygen tank the whole time and he was already looking so much better just after a few minutes. The vet techs, doctor, and receptionists were so helpful in the whole process. We were constantly getting updates on my baby boy and everything was explained thoroughly. We were always attended to which is huge because so many pet ERs would put you in a room with your pet and you could be forgotten about for hours. This was not the case at VEG! So grateful for this location, the staff, and all their kind and compassionate care. Thank you VEG and Dr. Mir and all the staff working on Sunday morning! Blessings upon blessings to all of you!

It has taken me a little bit to write this. This emergency vet, they are kind, compassionate, and empathetic... I am grateful for them and their staff. We live in Casa Grande, there is no ER vet.. VEG was the closest at just over an hr away (due to traffic at the time on the I-10). I called to tell them we were coming with our 91lb German Shepherd who collapsed, had very pale gums and was drooling profusely. They told me to let them know when we arrived and they would come out and carry her in. They did just that. Immediately asked if we wanted resuscitation since she had stopped breathing and had no heartbeat. Said "please know it's not all about money, but I do need to make you aware of the fee for resuscitation" I truly felt it wasn't about money, but they had to let us know.. kept coming to us to give us updates, asked if we needed anything, gave real but compassionate possible outcomes. Eventually found she had fluid in her chest cavity due to a ruptured tumor on her spleen that we were unaware she had. They were so kind, so apologetic.. not one word from their staff sounded insincere. Though our baby girl didn't make it, I saw for myself how much this staff cares. I couldn't have asked for more, except that there was one closer to us. Thank you all for trying to save Senshii, she was loved so very much and thank you for your kindness in every aspect of our visit.

Ms. Hauser, I just wanted to take a moment to genuinely thank you for everything you did for Zoey and me last night. 🖤 You met me during a moment when I was completely overwhelmed, emotional, scared, and honestly just exhausted. You didn’t just take care of Zoey—you showed so much kindness and compassion toward me too. You saw that I was going through it, and instead of making an already stressful situation harder, you made me feel heard, understood, and reassured. The fact that you were so amazing with Zoey and were kind enough not to charge me meant more to me than you probably realize. It wasn’t simply about the money; it was the compassion behind it. In a moment when I felt like everything was becoming too much, your kindness gave me a little bit of relief when I desperately needed it. Thank you for treating Zoey with such care and for treating me like a person who needed a little extra grace that night. I’ll genuinely never forget it. People like you remind me that there are still incredibly kind people in this world. Thank you again, Ms. Hauser, from both Zoey and me. 🐾🖤
