Last night, I actually found a newborn kitten stuck in the bumper of a car on my street. My friend and I knew that the kitten was going to need food, so we called a few places, but no luck. Then they found VEG ER, And only a half mile away. The girl on the phone, Jennifer, was really nice and told me to come and get some formula for the kitten. I went to pick it up, and they didn’t even charge me. Then one of the veterinarians took the time to write out instructions and explain things to me about what needs to be done. I am absolutely thrilled that we have this place nearby because there is no place nearby if there is an emergency. And the staff is wonderful. Thank you again.

We took our baby girl Daisy in on a Sunday night. Though they were super busy with continuous incoming pets, the staff was still comforting and treated us amazing! Dr. Copeland and Dr. Small went above and beyond to help our dog.

During a life-threatening illness and another emergency clinic that turned us away when our previous family member our dog was in critical condition, thank God, 1 million times for VEG Emergency hospital Who took us in and cared for our him. Between Dr. Nicole Keynote and Dr. Adam Copeland and the innovative means they took, the care, the treatment plan and new medication, they saved his life !!! They actually read the electrocardiogram they coordinated they studied and they came up with a plan They just DIDN’T follow the recommendation from other places they reacted and found a way when no others were able to. They acted in the most professional fast paced way that I’ve ever seen before. They actually “think out of the box”! From the minute, we walked in, the staff and doctor had us follow her to a table in this new Open concept hospital. We were able to keep hands on while she examined him and as she immediately did an ultrasound on him and immediately started caring for him.The whole staff was wonderful. They’re kind, they’re gentle to your dog and allow you to stay with your dog and soothe them during this most difficult time. You’re welcome there. You’re not in their way. It is just a wonderful place. I recommend it highly I am forever grateful to these doctors and staff for the kindness, the professionalism and the best outcome that could’ve ever occurred for our Lovely family member!!

We were transferred to VEG because our initial emergency room was on diversion. Not knowing what to expect, I was highly satisfied with every aspect of VEG. When we arrived they were expecting us and flew into admission and treatment. The quote I was given was 4,500 less than others I was given at the initial emergency room. I was shocked when they asked me and my son if we wanted a bed to stay the night with my dog. Usually Vet Emergency clinics take your dog and you don't see them until you pay and are discharged. The staff ran through my pups treatment plan and offered us snacks. The nurse talked with my son and showed him the other animals. When we decided to go home to sleep, they promised texts and phone calls. The next day I was welcomed in to sit with my baby. They took extra precaution not to discharge him until they felt he was ready. They did not rush his discharge to get rid of him... actually I'm almost certain they would have kept him another night because he was so loved. VEG changed my perspective of what Vet Emergency Hospitals could and should be. I will be bypassing my usual Emergency Clinic and coming straight to VEG next time. I can't say enough about the staff...especially the night staff!!!! e I cannot for the life of me remember the names of the staff. The first 1 was the night nurse who was in charge of the admitted animals... glasses, blond hair..super sweet. The second was the day vet tech...guy, so kind and I watched him kiss all of the babies like they were his own...smells like vanilla if that helps narrow it down. Also the doctors both night and day were pleasant and thorough with explaining his condition and plan for treatment!

Team, Without question , I would give this place six stars. The care loved and concerned that they showed or our little loved one and my wife, was more than I could ask for. We were there for an unfortunate circumstance , but you can feel the sincerity and love as soon as you walk through the doors. The attention we received, the detail in which we were explained what was happening and the follow up shows the people who work here , love what they do. It is a great happiness that I save my life.Receive the best care she could have ever gotten and is now doing great. Thank you to all the staff at Veg ER!!

If you are an anxious pet owner like myself, I cannot recommend this place enough. We took our boy Ares here after being misdiagnosed twice and him throwing up a lot in the span of a couple of hours. Our doctor (I completely forget her name I'm sorry!!) was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She saw us in less than 15 minutes after arrival and explained everything to me which made me feel comfortable about our decision. Our boy ended up having surgery through this company and they were so amazing with everything, they kept us updated through every aspect have done such a great job taking care of our boy. My cat is now 3 weeks post op and is doing the best he's been in well over a month!! I wish I would've brought him to VEG sooner, I'm so happy they made my boy back to normal!! (He now has the come off and is doing great :))

Lawrence is an outstanding provider! He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything while making you feel confident that your pet is receiving the best possible care. The entire team is caring and professional, and I always feel that my pet is in good hands. One of the biggest advantages is that they offer a 24-hour emergency clinic, which provides incredible peace of mind knowing your pet can receive care any time of the day or night. The entire team at VEG that helped us is amazing. I’ve heard many good things about the facility but was hoping we’d never have to utilize their services. Our 3 year old pup Brody, on the other hand, had a different plan when he decided to jump out of a moving vehicle. They were efficient with their care, were able to get us in a room to hang out while we waited for meds to work on our big anxious boy and they checked on us frequently. You can tell they all love their jobs and their furry patients. Thankfully, we had no major injuries but were very happy with our care in ruling out any big scaries!

Thank you to the staff who helped my family and I through one of the hardest decision we had to make. They took the time out to weigh out our options, answer any questions we had. But most of all the care and compassion we received through this painful time. He is now no longer suffering in the arms of my mother who passed in January. Yuki truly was my angel baby. I was blessed to have him, even if for a short time. Thank you so much for doing everything you possibly could. For supporting my family and loving these beautiful fur babies as if they were your own. God bless! Here are some photos of Yuki during better days w/ Calum who loved him dearly and is lost without him. 😔 🌈

I will always be grateful for the care and support we received. Dr Irvin and her staff at the Sugar Land location showed so much compassion and took great care of my little Yogi Bear during this challenging state. They did everything to keep him comfortable and calm while providing great medical care. Allowing me to be there at his side throughout his treatment also helped to make him feel safe. Thank you all for being there when we needed you!!

I cannot simply put into words how amazing VEG ER 4 Pets in Flower Mound, Texas, truly is. But i will certainly try! When I had to say goodbye to my 18-year-old cat—my precious soul companion named KaiPurr 2 weeks ago—they were with me every step of the way. Their patience, kindness, and unwavering support made the hardest moment of my life seem a little more bearable. And on top of that, they worked very diligently on finding an affordable package for the cremation, which meant the world to me. I will forever be grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough.

VEG ran like a well oiled machine lubricated with compassion, care, teamwork. Everyone was engaged. No one seemed tired or irritated. We were there after midnight. There were several critical pets already there or that came in. They took precedence because my pup was not critical. However, I was made aware of the wait and why. We were checked on regularly and given wait time for labs & x-ray results. Hospitalization was handled the same way. And the day team was working with the same integrity and dedication. I will not hesitate to return or refer friends & family.

I wanted to take the time to make this review because what an amazing set of nurses and doctor working at this clinic. Everyone was so sweet, accommodating and super helpful when it came to my baby girl Kira. Brought her in for a stomach issue where she was defecating some blood and they resolved it with care, kindness, full transparency and made sure Kira was extremely comfortable. Brought her a bed and blanket to lay on!!! Thank you to this incredible team for helping my baby girl Kira. We still have a little bit to go for her to feel 100% better but the care from this team is why she is doing much better! Kira says thank you and glad she was able to give one of her favorite nurses a kiss before leaving!

My husband and I genuinely cannot find words to express how absolutely incredible the entire team at VEG ER was. Our pup, Woody, had a terrible stomach issue and started releasing blood. We were so concerned and upset. When we arrived, the team calmed our nerves, gave us a room to get comfortable in, a fan and waters. They ran all the tests and gave him the best treatment we could’ve asked for. They went above and beyond in some of the smallest ways like writing his name on the door with a heart and petting him/rubbing his ears and making sure he was comfortable even when he was sedated. They even clipped his nails and made sure his eyes didn’t get dry while he was out. It was like he was one of theirs. Again, we can’t thank them enough for what they do. A few days later and he is back to his silly self. Thank you VEG ER.

A sincere thank you to Dr. Diana, Amanda, Jenna, and the entire team at VEG Cambridge for the incredible care and compassion shown to my dog during our visit. From the initial assessment to the X-rays and blood work, everyone was so kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. Dr. Diana took the time to thoroughly explain the examination findings with such insight and care, which truly helped bring comfort during a stressful moment. We are deeply grateful for the professionalism, empathy, and dedication your team brings every day. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of my dog Gomdori! First time here and we will 100% be coming back for any future emergencies with our dog (hopefully not too many times lol). Our girl was taken care of from the second we walked in to the minute she left. We were able to be there with her the whole time, and all the staff were such a joy. Grateful it wasn’t life threatening—even then they still treated her with priority and made us feel heard. Thank you to the team! She says thank you as she’s currently on her pain meds lol

VEG ER was amazing in helping me when I brought in 5 two day old kittens, one of which needed surgery—an amputation. Dr. Sullivan, Theresa, and Trey were the dream team, expertly navigating this surgery on such a tiny, two day old kitten body. We’re calling him Hercules, and he and his sibling are thriving because of their quick, quality care! Thank you so much 🙏

We walked in and were assigned a room to get assessed right away. The intake desk and nurses did a check up on our pet bunny who had an upset stomach. The doctor nurses and staff were attentive to Louie, and explained every bit of the process with us. We were there for a few hours, but that's what to expect from any ER. They had water and some snack for us while we waited for his X-rays and diagnostics to come back. We are grateful for the attentiveness of the doctor and her entire staff for our bunny's recover from his belly. I can't thank you enough for his care. If you have a pet .. this is the ER to go to.

I took my senior pittie mix Maple here with what turned out to be horrible pancreatitis. She was hospitalized and I stayed with her all night and they made me up a bed so we would be comfortable together. This was my first time being overnight and I emergency vet and I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was so kind and stopped to give her lots of love and reassurance no matter how busy they were. I really felt like they cared about her and wanted to get to know her which made all the difference in her care plan I am certain. They also refunded some costs on my bill for things that they didn’t end up needing to do, which I thought was really kind of them. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure that they billed me fairly. VEG is my favorite emergency vet because they employ gentle handling and allow you to stay with your pet the entire time. No secret back area where you’re not sure what they’re doing with your animal, or what kind of care they are getting. I cannot mention everyone who helped us, but Dr Zaremba, Em, Gretchen, Aubrey, we are so grateful. I didn’t catch your name but the person working the desk was so kind and helpful and took a turn hand feeding Maple when she became more interested in playing than eating when she started to feel better. What a talented and kind group of humans. Thank you for saving my little old lady.

Saving grace! This facility and the angels 😇 working there are hands down the best. The open environment where you are with your pet and around the staff the entire time is perfect and eases stress. Dr.Rushing is great but seriously the entire team is top notch! I can't believe they have so many people under 1 roof that are so compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, loving, calm, full of heart, hard working, personable, humorous, driven, and all the other stuff that makes you love a group of humans after 1 visit. Thank you all so much for taking care of us and our beautiful girl Aurora last night. I hope I don't ever need to but I'd drive 2 hours to see you again if needed. One last thing..... I want to apologize for Aurora's dirty looks and especially to the doctor that got completely shut down and rejected for trying to read her a Harry Potter book. Lol she really prefers you sing her made up songs about how much you love her and how beautiful she is. Lol A big thank you from Princess Aurora and her servants

We had to rush our baby there at midnight and from the moment we walked in the door until we left they did absolutely everything they could to save our baby. The dr that was there was the best we have ever had. Even though she had so much going on with other animals she gave our boy the best care she could. We loved that we could see everything they were doing and could be with our little boy until the end. I would recommend this vet to everyone. Dr Odaniels was the absolute best and we couldn’t have asked for someone better to take care of our little man. Even though it didn’t have a good end they made it as good of experience as they could and communicated with us the whole way.

I don't remember my vet's name. Sorry! However, she was amazing! She listened and understood and validated my concerns. Based on Dexter's current treatment of antibiotics and his response to treatment, she thought of a more comprehensive way of treating and addressing it. She included me in the decision making process. Before finalizing a treatment plan, she wanted to think about the coarse of action. Her decision was spot on for Dexter. Within two-days, Dexter began eating again, after not eating for OVER a week. He had less discharge from his nose and his activity level improved drastically. The antibiotics and steroids are working. My Dexter has returned. Her approach to treatment was unconventional compared to what I would have received if I had gone back to Angell's. I truly feel that her approach saved his life. Thank you so much! I will totally recommend VEG to others.

Dr Golleher and her nursing staff (Lisa, Jazmine, Hannah and Sophia) were so helpful and super caring with my best friend Dobi. (My Miniature Pinscher) She was clearly not feeling well and it turned out she had severe pancreatitis. They kept her overnight working their magic and I was able to pick her up the next day. After a week at home on special food and medicine they gave me, she is about back to normal. Thank you guys so much for what you do! I'll be a life long customer.

I wish this animal emergency was open before my other dog passed away. You are able to stay with your pet throughout much of the time. Everything is open and transparent and the staff is very empathetic towards all concerns. All questions answered. The prices are not on the low end but I do not believe i was overcharged, as this is a 24 hour emergency hospital. What a great peace of mind to know there is this kind of care day or night for our animals. Everything is comfortable and yiu can stay with your pet the whole time! Tbe restroom is very clean! Hopefully it stays like that! They have snacks and beverages for the humans. We never want to have to have these visits but just know they are there for our animal babies! Five stars all the way!!

I brought my French Mastiff Enzo in the other night. He had a seizure out of the blue in the middle of the night. They ran tests and sent us home with to monitor him and to come back if he gets worse while we wait for his bloodwork. Well later that afternoon he seized again and we watched him. Well went back later in the evening as he got really bad and Dr McGhee was there. Our mastiff was 10 1/2 and had lived past his life expectancy by a few years. The staff and Dr McGhee were amazing. Enzo was an amazing dog and they showed him dignity and kindness. Our whole family was there as we knew this was going to be the end. I believe Enzo held on for all of us to be there. I told Dr McGhee how I always pictured knowing it was going to be time to put him down and I had a whole day planned of Enzo getting all his fave treats and just being spoiled. The Dr and Techs went and made a plate from stuff in their lunches. That meant the world to me. Unfortunately Enzo had stopped eating and didn’t get to enjoy it, if he could though the plate would have been licked clean, but just the gesture of their kindness in a time that was so hard for all of us. I can’t put into words how amazing that moment felt to me. I can’t even put into words what Enzo meant to my family. His loss is felt to a degree that is unfathomable. He was literally not just a dog and he was never treated like a dog. He was family. The vet and techs treated him just like that, not like another sick animal but like a family member who just couldn’t fight anymore. Enzo made sure we were all there and just like he did for us everyday, we all made sure we were there for him. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed to our old man who was the greatest gift we ever had. Thank you Dr McGhee and staff for supporting us and helping us with a process of life that is the worst part. The sacrifice of time and your lunches was a great tribute to a great dog! I included pictures of his smile and his fave past time of sleeping.

TL;DR: My dog Peanut had emergency bowel obstruction surgery and was hospitalized for 4 days and VEG was beyond incredible. Wednesday morning my dog was refusing food for the 2nd time, had no balance, had been throwing up and needed help. Brought her to VEG ER for Pets in Maple Grove. Immediate in, X-Rays, blood work, IV, and a nasal tube to her stomach because they were going to try and empty it. Bloat was removed out immediately but they came back with an intestinal blockage and severe dehydration. Not quite sure how far down the blockage was or what it was entirely. There was a chance it was hair and grass and that mass hydration could get it to move and we wouldn't need surgery. So we stayed and hydrated through her IV for 8 hours she went through almost a liter of fluids IV. The first time they tried to empty her stomach there was no luck. The 2nd time they emptied 900ml of fluid from her stomach. Almost a liter of fluid just sitting in her stomach. They re-ran all the tests and sadly she needed surgery. They were quick, prepped her and were going to start immediately. I went home because I needed to take care of my other dog. They called about 2 hours later. Surgery went extremely well, they removed the blockage and were keeping her the night for recovery and for her GI track to wake up and start moving Thursday I went down and saw her for a couple hours, sat with her, tried to get her to eat with no luck. Brought one of my sweatshirts for her for comfort. Did get her to drink water and they were still pulling a lot of fluids from her stomach because her GI track wasn't waking up. I went home for a couple hours before going back down again. She had started to have some diarrhea but it was just watery on herself. They determined to keep her another night with the hope of Friday to be the day. Friday I got an update that improvement stalled. She wasn't progressing but she wasn't worsening. Her potassium had also dropped significantly. So they'd put her back on it and had also started to feed her through her NG tube to try and get her GI track to wake up and function again but based on the quantity of fluid they were still extracting they were going to keep her for the day. I went down to see her and they did inform me she'd licked some baby food. I also brought down a chicken and rice mixture for her. She was beginning to get reactive and snippy with the vet techs when it came to her NG tube or IVs but we made some steps with her eating some of the food I brought and was told before I arrived she'd eaten more baby food as well. I was hopeful for Friday evening. I called to check after I'd gone home again but she was still producing too much fluid in her stomach that they didn't feel comfortable sending her home. Saturday morning 6:25am I woke to a phone call. She'd improved drastically overnight. Was eating more, keeping less fluid in her stomach, and had the diarrhea under control. I could come get her and bring her home. I told them I'd be there in an hour. A little after 8am Peanut and I were on our way home. I'm beyond grateful and appreciative of all the staff at VEG for their dedication, help, and support.

We brought our 3-year-old tuxedo cat in at 1am on Memorial Day. Laura Hauser was the doctor in charge, and even though our cat FREAKED out, we managed to get blood tests & x-rays, and went home with a treatment plan. All test results were made immediately available to our primary vet (Dr. Kuhlman at Gramercy Park Animal Hospital) and we were able to follow up with a probable diagnosis (IBD) and treatment plan. This was going well for a couple of weeks until 3:30am on 6/13, when we discovered that Chico had ransacked the compost bucket. Laura Hauser was on call, remembered Chico, and gave us helpful reassurance over the phone. At midday, when our primary vet instructed us to go to VEG ER because Chico had vomited twice, we were seen by Dr. Jake Weggeland, who was gentle, attentive and professional. Nicole and another assistant administered the anti-nausea shot quickly and efficiently with minimum distress to Chico (who FREAKS out in vet offices--did I already mention that?). So, shout out to everyone.

The experience we had, at one of the worst nights in our life, at the Viera, FL VEG was exceptional!! At 1:30 in the morning Memorial Day we brought our golden doodle, Scooter in for emergency care. I woke up at 1:30 AM and noticed Scooter was lethargic. I took him out in the yard raining and he just laid down and would not get up. We immediately took him to the Viera, FL VEG. He had a swollen stomach with heavy breathing. The ladies there immediately took him and started testing, including blood work, ultrasound, X-rays, starting IV’s etc. He had a seizure on the table. Needless to say we were a mess. That same day he was swimming and playing like normal with the kids. We were told he had a large tumor on his spleen that had ruptured/sepsis. He was only 7-1/2 years old with no previous major issues. A 60th birthday gift to my wife. Inoperable with 2 to 30 days to live. We made the only decision we could make. They brought us in a candle lit dark room to let us say good bye. They believed he could hear us but the seizure took allot out of him. The doctor came in when we were ready, 2 minutes, could not stand to see him suffering. He received the shoots and our best friend was gone! Nothing so terrible could have been done any better! The doctor and technicians (Jessica & Jessie) were wonderful!! Excellent service in one of the worst times in our life!!

I had a great experience at VEG this past weekend. Lucy needed emergency surgery after swallowing a sock, and the entire team was compassionate, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything, kept me updated, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. It meant so much to me that I was able to visit Lucy after her surgery whenever I wanted. Being able to see her and check on her during such a stressful time provided a lot of comfort and reassurance. I am so grateful for the care Lucy received and am happy to report that she is recovering well. A special shoutout to Dr. Bradley for her kindness, expertise, and dedication. Thank you to everyone at VEG for taking such great care of my girl!

We found our sweet 12 year old dog struggling to breathe and move early in the morning. We called VEG and they answered immediately and said to bring her in. Once we arrived, the immediately began to try to help her and save her. They were calm compassionate and so gentle. Unfortunately, we lost our sweet pup. The staff was so amazing. They let us sit with her until all or family could arrive to say goodbye. I was so impressed with their kindness and help as we made final arrangements. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful through such a terrible time.

Went to VEG ER in Elk Grove, CA on Sunday 6/21/26. Let me start with they were absolutely wonderful! I have heard great things from friends in the vet field and I follow the VEG instagram as well. They definitely did not disappoint. My soul dog, Lilly, has kidney disease and heart disease and was fitting the symptoms for possible kidney failure. Nolan did our intake and was very kind and down to earth. Dr. Huntyr Mcmurty was Lilly’s doctor and she was compassionate, kind, caring, and listened very well. Dr. Mcmurty laid out what our options are and we agreed to proceed with blood work to check kidney values and go from there.after blood work supporting what I expected, extremely increased kidney values, Dr. Mcmurty explained our next options for hospital care or supportive care until humane euthanasia, of which we decided to do the latter since Lilly is 15.5yrs old. Overall the experience, as hard as it is to be with your sick fur baby, was very pleasant because of the wonderful care team and staff. I regret that I didn’t catch everyone’s name that helped Lilly, but each person was exceptional. All this to say it was very busy, a bit short staffed, and yet they still managed to remain calm, triage very well, and provide excellent care. If anyone needs an emergency vet I will always recommend VEG. Oh and those curious of pricing: with a sick and elderly dog I already expect to pay at least $500, and with ER vets I thought it would be significantly more, but was under $600 for an exam, blood work, medication, and subcutaneous fluids. So in my opinion very reasonable and well priced. Thank you VEG for all you do. Vets, vet techs, nurses, assistants, you are all amazing and no amount of praise can describe my gratitude towards you all. Thank you ❤️

VEG Redmond were wonderful during our cat's illness and passing. I called to see if they had availability when our kitty had labored breathing at 8 pm and they encouraged us to come in right away. Our girl was 14 and had an overactive thyroid and kidney issues. Wanted to add that on. She had lived a great life already and the end just came faster than we wanted. The staff was so welcoming and professional. We were able to be near her while they worked. They have state of the art tech just like human hospitals! They ensured she was comfortable and sedated during procedures and were very gentle. They even trimmed off some mats on her belly for comfort. The vet was honest about the prognosis and offered different tiers of service to decide on based on our budget. Our girl was near the end so we took her home and she passed with us the next day. We took her back for cremation services and they were just as kind. Highly recommend for sick animals! We saw lots of happy animals walk out after good care 😊

We brought our cat Roxy in not really knowing what was wrong. Emergency vets can be a little overwhelming but this location had some of the nicest staff I've ever met in the vet field. Dr Johnstone and the staff were incredible. They were quick to get vitals on my cat, listen our concerns and previous medical concerns to try and figure out what was wrong. After some test came back it was determine our cat was in a dire urgent situation due to her diabetes. After Dr Johnstone thoroughly went over treatment options we decided euthanasia would be the most humane option. It's never easy to say goodbye to a pet. I had my furball for over 15 years. The staff was so sincere with the process. Making sure we had a private room, had time to say our goodbyes and just over all very professional. I was happy to hear they offer paw and nose prints free of charge and a patch of fur. My Roxy will be cremated and returned back within a week or so. I just want to thank the entire staff again for their professionalism and sincerity in this tough choice. They never once made me feel what I chose was the bad route. They all listened to stories about our cat and all praised how even with her being sick they could she was loved and how she snuggled up to my shoulder while being examined. This was simply the best experience I could have asked for under these circumstances.

VEG treated my sick dog with so much compassion and love. Dr. Sparks, Dr. McReynolds, Katelyn, Elexis, Marykate and Candice all were amazing, helpful and kind. We were dealing with a lot of uncertainty and trying to soak in a lot of information. The team was so patient and helped guide me through a difficult weekend. My dog is so anxious in vet offices but they took such good care of her. I followed their treatment plan and she was better within a week’s time! Hoping she never gets sick again, but if she does, I will go to VEG immediately.

This place completely changed my perspective on emergency vet. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and incredibly nice from the front desk, to the techs, nurses and doctors. They have a fully transparent approach to care where owners can be with their pets and witness treatment and procedures. Their plan to diagnose and treat my River was logical without unnecessary tasks that would increase costs. Our surgery to remove a foreign body obstruction was same day, they even offered to refer me to other places if I wanted to go elsewhere. The detailed records, notes, reports provided are on par or better than human healthcare (which is crazy to me). They saved my dog’s life and River is already back to normal just a few days after surgery. Thank you to Dr. Mauro, Dr. DiPaola and team for caring for River.

I walked into VEG ER with my english bulldog practically dead in my arms in a panic. The team here treated my dog (kobe) within seconds on my arrival. The love we felt throughout this entire 24 hours can’t be put into words. From the doctors to the nurses and the entire staff … they treated kobe like he was their very own. Dr Tusa took time to calm us down and explain to us exactly what was happening medically and made it understandable to us!! Eternally grateful that he was there when we came in. A special thank you to Oliver, Rachel, Cecil, Cesar, jasmine, Christine, dr Carl, dr Blake, and many more !! Do not hesitate to bring your dog here 🧡

Honest, compassionate, responsive staff and vets. They took excellent care of my cat Lovebug. He is a very sick senior tabby and they got him through a crisis so he can have some more terrific days at home. Wonderful place for emergencies.

I brought my puppy in after he got into some trouble and I was really worried. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in and made me feel so much better. They were very transparent about pricing upfront and even gave me helpful information about pet insurance. What stood out the most was how warm and welcoming everything felt. I truly felt like my puppy was cared for with so much love. They also allowed me to be in the back and involved every step of the way which meant a lot to me. I have never had such a positive experience with an emergency vet. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I will absolutely return to VEG. The staff was amazing and so kind I really cannot express this enough. Thank you so much. 💕🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🐾
