This pet ER is fantastic! All staff are engaged, compassionate, thorough, and efficient. They helped provide me all the information I needed to make a productive and cost effective decision after my fully flighted 6 yo parrotlet hit a wall 2x in 2 mins. To the team: diagnosis and treatment spot on! Ricola is less puffed, breathing more normal and recovering nicely with his birdie ibuprofen and his green cheek conure girlfriend's snuggles. THANK YOU for your incredible support!

What a phenomenal experience. I went in with my Newfoundland dog who was having an allergic reaction to something (first time visitor!) I was very worried about my girl. Everyone was amazing. They triaged her immediately and made us both feel very comfortable. They spent a lot of time taking her blood and doing a few other tests. The Doctor was very thorough in explaining everything to me. The whole time my dog stayed with me - including during tests - which I appreciated. Everyone was professional, kind, friendly. I highly recommend.

Our ‘very’ active year and a half old pup was running through the woods and hurt her dewclaw! It was a Sunday and our regular vet was closed. We do have a closer emergency vet, but they had a 2 to 3 hour wait, We thought we’d drive just a little bit further and go to VEG ER. Our compliments begin with our arrival, The nurse who checked us in was so kind and comforting, although a minor injury, there’s still a bit of panic when you love your dog! I noticed she was so friendly with everyone that came in the door. Everyone seemed very comfortable for an emergency room! Our second compliment would be the nurse, our dog was a bit nervous and shaking like a leaf, the nurse was so kind and gentle as she took our girls vitals. Our third compliment is to Dr. Stevie, she was fabulous, very knowledgeable and confident and knew exactly what to do and what the results would be! They had to knock our pup out to remove the dew claw and everything went exactally how they said! The weight was not bad at all, considering an emergency room! The entire staff was absolutely fabulous and We have an extremely high recommendation for this emergency room! Our pets are our love and priority…VEG ER Treated our girl as such! Thank Dr. Stevie and staff!!!
