⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Exceptional Care, Compassion, and Professionalism! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible team at VEG in Paramus, NJ! My beloved Shadow Dash, who is truly like my child, needed emergency surgery. It was one of the most frightening and emotional experiences for our family. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind, compassionate, attentive, and professional. They took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and most importantly, treat Shadow with so much love and care. Anyone who has a fur baby knows they are family, and VEG truly understands that. During one of the scariest moments we’ve experienced, their kindness and compassion meant the world to us. To the entire VEG Paramus team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for my baby boy. We are beyond grateful! ❤️🐾 I would recommend VEG Paramus without hesitation. Truly an exceptional team of people!

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I absolutely had to for VEG. I had to bring my puppy, Benson, here because he was very sick, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. I was absolutely terrified when I brought him in but they took him back right away and made sure he was taken care of. He had an accident on me while I was carrying him inside, and the staff immediately offered me a change of clothes while they washed mine. That alone showed me how thoughtful and compassionate everyone is. We ended up spending about 12 hours there on the first day because he needed fluids, and throughout the entire experience, everyone was incredible. Dr. Martin was amazing at quickly figuring out what was going on with my puppy and finding a solution that would hopefully prevent him from needing surgery. You can genuinely tell how much she loves what she does, and the same goes for all of the vet techs. Everyone treated us with so much kindness, patience, and empathy during what was such a scary and stressful time for me. We had to return the following day for further testing and saw a different veterinarian. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember her name, but I was just as impressed with her care and compassion. The techs even brought out toys to play with Benson because they could see he was getting antsy as a puppy and played with him! I am so happy with our experience here and I would highly recommend to anyone with a sick dog!

The VEG Paramus team was sooooo so helpful when our dog, Ozzy, wasn’t feeling well. They triage you right away and determine if you can wait a little or need to see the dr asap. You’re allowed to be with your dog the whole time and the vet techs/nurses/doctors explain everything to you calmly and effectively. We had Dr. Maresca and the team, Brittney, Rebecca, and Sam. I immediately felt like Ozzy was in the right hands and absolutely recommend coming here in an emergency. Thank you so much for caring for Ozzy and making us feel cared for as well.
