Highly recommend VEG for your pet emergencies. Our papillon suffered anaphylaxis from an unknown source, and they immediately started care in their open concept facility, explaining what was going on while encouraging us to ask questions. . We were never put in a room behind closed doors to approve inflated prices prior to our pet receiving emergency care. All the staff were competent, professional and kind. Pricing was very fair.

We had an emergency with our sweet mini golden doodle. Richie suddenly wasn’t feeling well and we rushed him to VEG ER. The staff met us right away and were so caring. Unfortunately, Richie had a tumor and massive fluid around his heart. He was getting weaker by the moment. They put us in a private room so we could love on him and say goodbye when we were ready. It was heartbreaking, but they made it as peaceful and caring as possible. A huge thank you to the team who cared for our sweet boy.

OMGGG This was my 2nd time here! Both times my Sophie Grace was taken care of with such gentleness and compassion! She was in pain due to a hematoma to the ear lobe! They took extraordinary care of her! She wanted to go around and say hello and kiss on everyone that worked there. We did keep it to a minimum, though. Lol The 1st time they drained the blood and wrapped her ear and put a head wrap/brace to minimize shaking her head. The 2nd time, they drained the blood Put a drain in and tacked with sutures all around her ear to prevent the blood refilling and to kind of send the blood to the drain. So it will drain out. I absolutely love!! the open concept and that I get to be right there with my girl as she is being treated and taken care of! Thank you so very much ladies for the love, comfort and care you showed my Sophie Grace! I was so at ease, confident and comfortable with the care you gave my baby! Dr. Bierly, Taylor Kaley and the others who assisted THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!
