We can't say enough about VEG ER for Pets. The care was outstanding, we were involved in our pets care from the time I called to his after care instructions and leaving. Everyone treated us as a whole, explained everything clearly and concisely and answered any questions that came up. They made sure we were taken care of as well as our fur baby, we were treated as a whole unit and were involved in every step of his treatment and could be a part of the whole process and treatment which was a very long and unfortunately unproductive endoscopy, but we were told there was a chance it wouldn't work but we went ahead anyway. They tried their best and went above and beyond. We knew and saw first hand Sam was in great care. They were disappointed the endoscopy was unproductive. We were still very happy we went ahead with it, and understand their disappointment, they tried so hard. And they were very gentle with our big puppers the whole time and very respectful. There was much love, you could feel it. Highly recommend. We were hesitant to drive that distance that late at night but it was worth it. We look forward to having them open a clinic closer to home in case they are ever needed again

I can’t say enough good things about the care Charlotte received at VEG. We brought our 13-year-old Boxer in for a urinary issue, and from the moment we arrived, we felt that she was in caring and compassionate hands. Dr. Scott Yorke was absolutely wonderful with her. With an older dog who has been through a lot, it was incredibly reassuring to have a veterinarian who was so kind, gentle, patient, and thorough. He took the time to carefully examine Charlotte, explain what was happening, and make sure she was comfortable throughout the process. The entire experience was handled with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for Charlotte. When you have an older dog who means the world to you, that kindness makes such a difference. Thank you to Dr. Yorke and the entire VEG team for taking such wonderful care of our girl. We are truly grateful.

Brought my pup in yesterday and after a very long, stressful and emotional day he is finally back home in recovery. It was my first time here and first time discovering it. (My vet recommended it as they unfortunately had no space for him to come there). By the end of it all and looking back at yesterday my boy was in the best care he could possibly be in. The wait was a bit long, however, they prioritize the severity and as soon as they got to my boy testing was done very efficiently and safely. I also met some amazing people who were there for their pets and we supported one another during the difficult time. Overall, i would highly recommend this emerg clinic for your pet. They always answer and the doctor will always speak to you and give you the best advice she/he can. You truly feel they are in the best interest and care for your baby. They do not rip you off or take advantage of you at a time of vulnerability and high emotions. I was impressed and happy I found this spot close by. Thank you to the staff and everyone I met along the day yesterday. Hoping and praying for a speedy and full recovery for my baby boy.
