I brought my dog King to VEG Dublin when it came time to make the hardest decision a pet owner faces. Because of his age, I had to say goodbye, and I can't say enough about how the team handled it. From the moment we walked in, the staff jumped in to help. They were calm, kind, and genuinely comforting during one of the most difficult days I've had. A few days later, I received a sympathy card signed by the team, each with a personal note about King. It meant more than I can put into words. That kind of care isn't required, and it says a lot about the people who work there. Thank you to Dr. Nickel, Anna, Kris, Hannah, Rosanna, MK, and everyone who cared for King and me that day. You made an impossible moment a little easier, and I'll always be grateful. -Tyler

This entire group of people are not just people they are community of compassionate experienced understanding and extremely phenomenal veterinarians, vet technicians, the vet director the receptionist everyone at this location was beyond phenomenal caring and passionate about animals and the people that belong to the animals. The day before I was blessed to meet this team I had taken my beloved esa dog to another emergency vet that was more local to me but only local buy a few more miles. I arrived there at 7:30 p.m. and did not leave until 4:30 a.m. the following morning 32 minutes of that was standing at the desk waiting to be checked out They pushed the upsell and thrived on the devastation that your pet was in distress and you were an emotional turmoil. The previous ER vet pushed diagnostic I understand it's important but they were more concerned about collecting funds for testing then treatment and assistance for the animal and when you didn't have the $12,000 for the surgery they encouraged euthanization they were not very honest. The following day I contacted VEG and I was obviously an emotional distress lack of sleep and devastated that I may lose my best friend my therapist and my family member. (My canine). Dr D'Angelo spoke to me on the phone I was quite impressed that the veterinarian the doctor on duty took the time to promptly speak to me about the symptoms and conditions of my pet. (Their system is not set up as a traditional standard over priced product ) they are more focused on the treatment appreciate the diagnostics however my symptoms were pretty obvious and once I gave her all the information I had from the traumatic experience the night before with the other people they did not just start applying to an estimate and started out with financials they created a plan of action with urgency and compassion and they made it work all of them work together as a community of passionate caring doctors and technicians When my pet and I arrived we were greeted with their receptionist and intake specialist she was amazing offered snacks drinks in the meantime being very patient with taking our information Dr D'Angelo spoke to me she promptly looked at the pet to see the size of the bladder stones in question explained some of the Dynamics and spoke to the director and the whole team and even some they came in on their day off they walked me through the process of the procedure the testing results explained each one of them and the Dynamics and concerns of any elevations that were present in her blood work. I arrived at VEG at approximately 11:30 a.m. by 1:30 2:00ish my dog was being taken back to begin her surgery. Before I left VEG they told me I could call anytime to follow up on progress and if there is anything that was concerning or they had to stop couldn't move forward I would be contacted so after I rested at home for a couple hours I called and spoke to Dr D'Angelo again and she let me know how the whole thing went and that my dog was in recovery. When my dog was picked up there was a clear list of follow-up instructions all her medications and a bag of special dog food for her they even called and spoke to me on the phone asked if I had any concerns and wanted to follow up and see that she was doing okay. Over the course a couple days I had some questions so I would call in the veterinarian duty the actual doctor we get on the phone promptly and answer any questions concerns or suggestions that they may offer beyond reasonable doubt these people are true animal lovers and are very passionate and compassionate about their line of work and have an extreme amount of knowledge.

I just want to give a big thank you to the staff at VEG! We arrived 8/19 around 530am when my 4yr old French bulldog Miguel still wouldn’t eat for 24hrs and had been throwing up white foam and bile. Rosanna was our main tech and Dr Calle was amazing. It was our first time here and hopefully last cuz emergencies are scary! His vitals were checked, they listened thoroughly to his symptoms and whatnot and Dr Calle put together a plan of care with bloodwork and such. Turns out he has mild pancreatitis that was found from the right blood tests. They administered meds, fluids and appetite stimulant. You could whole heartedly tell Everyone working was super pleasant and they really care about their fur patients and their humans…and this was at 530-8am when no one should be pleasant. lol. Rosanna was a rockstar and so great at her job and she was even there on her day off since someone had called off. I really liked the open triage concept of the whole place and nothing hidden behind closed doors type of facility and treatment. For some reason that really seemed to ease my anxiety and worry during a scary situation and the love of my life being pretty sick. Thank you all so much!
