I worked with Danya, Lauren, Steph, Krista, and Holly and felt extremely comfortable and confident that my dog was in good hands. My dog was acted on quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. If I had questions, they were answered in depth. I went in stressed, and left calm and comfortable. The invoice i received was quite reasonable. I will be telling friends, family, and coworkers about my great experience. VEG far exceeded my expectations. I thank the company and team for all the help we received!!

Very grateful to have found and brought my guinea pig to VEG Costa Mesa. The Drs. and team were warm, attentive, and professional. Immediately after coming in, I had seen how taken care of and comforted my guinea pig was before her passing, I can't think of a better place I could've taken her. Thank you to all the veterinarians here for being so caring and I appreciate all of your efforts from your team. They didn’t have to, but they provided a room to be able to spend those last moments with her and even I was given a blanket with hearts on it where she was carefully wrapped in, which I found were tender details. This time has not been easy, though all of the support from the ER team has meant a lot and been invaluable. May God bless VEG Costa Mesa.♥️ I keep on remembering Lily.♥️

June 25, 2026 THANK YOU VETERINARY EMERGENCY GROUP COSTA MESA We were referred to VEG Costa Mesa during a difficult time when we needed an emergency veterinary hospital that would allow us to stay with our beloved Mini Australian Shepherd, Lacey, during her end-of-life care.We arrived about 1:30 a.m. on June 9 and were immediately greeted by Dr. Nikki Smith and her compassionate ER staff. They took the necessary steps to ensure Lacey’s peaceful passing. We were then able to spend as much time as we needed in a quiet room with Lacey wrapped in a blanket in our arms, giving her our final love and goodbyes. Dr. Nikki Smith and the entire staff were incredibly caring, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire process. We decided to have Lacey privately cremated. VEG handled the arrangements, and a few days later, we returned to the ER facility to receive a beautiful cedar box engraved with her name. They also provided us with a paw print cast in ceramic and enclosed some of her feathers as a keepsake. The entire experience was nothing short of benevolent. We are so grateful that we found VEG Costa Mesa in our time of need. It was the smaller ER for pets that provided us with the compassionate care and personalized experience that we were looking for. We highly recommend them! With heartfelt thanks, Marc & Ann I
