I had the misfortune of needing an ER vet last night. My 16yo cat Pebbles took a turn for the worse yesterday necessitated emergency care. I called ahead and they were caring from the start. I was fighting back tears telling her what was going on and when I got there they were ready and immediately started working on my cat. They did vitals, drew blood, and testing all the basic stuff pretty quickly. Vet came over and did an ultrasound on my cat where we saw tons of things going wrong internally and she showed us the ultrasound as she was doing it and explaining everything. She then talked to us about everything, her viewpoint, and once I said I only wanted procedures if it had a high probability of improving her QOL, she very carefully said there wasn't really anything left to do. They gingerly moved her and us to a quiet room to say goodbye. They did not rush us in the slightest and had plenty of tissues. They had a "doorbell" that we pressed when we were ready for the shot. Previous Vet came in and administered the shot, explained how it all worked, and answered questions. Afterwards, she confirmed her passing and left us alone until we were ready to leave. They had plenty of options for our cats "aftercare" and we had it all arranged beforehand so when we were ready to leave we kissed her goodbye as they took her body away. I really have nothing negative to say and from here on out, plan on using them for emergency veterinary services again god forbid I need them.

I cannot recommend this emergency animal hospital enough. A few weeks ago, we had to bring our cat, Tony, in because he was coughing and wheezing. We didn't think it was a true emergency at first, but the staff immediately took him to the back and began running tests. While the outcome was heartbreaking and we ultimately had to say goodbye to him due to a likely cancerous mass in his throat, I cannot praise the staff enough for their extraordinary care. During the many hours my daughter and I were there, we watched the staff interact with numerous families coming in with sick or injured pets. The entire team was consistently attentive, compassionate, and deeply empathetic to everyone. When it came time to make the hardest decision for Tony, the staff was incredibly kind. They prioritized Tony's comfort, allowing me to go home and bring the rest of my family back to say goodbye. They never rushed us. They let us spend all the time we needed with Tony before and after the procedure, treating him with the utmost respect and dignity. I honestly do not know how this staff mentally and emotionally handles seeing pet owners on the worst days of their lives, day in and day out, but they haven't lost an ounce of their warmth. They treated Tony and our family like we were special. In the middle of a devastating situation, we were in the best possible hands. Thank you for your extraordinary kindness.

Dr. Suzuki and the entire team at VEG ER provided exceptional care for our Golden Retriever, Mango. Dr. Suzuki was compassionate, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly during a stressful situation. Thanks to their expertise and attentiveness, Mango received excellent care and is doing much better. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and expertise they provided. Highly recommend VEG ER and Dr. Suzuki - I just hope our dog now stays out of trouble!
