I am a PT veterinary assistant. My dog, Tootsie's anal gland ruptured and needed immediate attention. Unfortunately my vet wasnt available so we went to VEG. The staff was wonderful. From the check in to the check out we were very well taken care of. The triage nurse was great and very thorough. Julie checked in on us while we waited and kept us updated on what was going on, and kept my mom calm, which was awesome. Dr. Brook was super attentive and clearly went over all the options for our 16 yr old dog. Once we agreed upon a treatment plan the techs cleaned out her ruptured gland and checked the other, and cleaned her up. They were very patient with my old girl. I run a grooming business FT and always recommend Clifton VEG and will continue to do so. TOP NOTCH CARE! #Dr. Brook #Julie #Joe #Nurses

I’m beyond grateful for everyone at this pet emergency hospital!! From the moment my mom and I walked in with my cat Polly, they took her in immediately and treated her with so much kindness and compassion. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly caring not just to me, but especially to sweet Polly. I wish I knew everyone's names because they all deserve to be recognized for their amazing hearts!!! The staff worked so quickly, kept us informed, and gave Polly the best care imaginable! Seeing how gentle, patient, and loving they were with her meant everything to us during such a scary time. Thanks to them, Polly got the help she needed and we were able to bring her home. I truly feel so blessed and thankful that we had this place. If I could give them a million stars I absolutely would!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of Polly. I will never forget the kindness you showed us🥰❤️

We walked in and were assigned a room to get assessed right away. The intake desk and nurses did a check up on our pet bunny who had an upset stomach. The doctor nurses and staff were attentive to Louie, and explained every bit of the process with us. We were there for a few hours, but that's what to expect from any ER. They had water and some snack for us while we waited for his X-rays and diagnostics to come back. We are grateful for the attentiveness of the doctor and her entire staff for our bunny's recover from his belly. I can't thank you enough for his care. If you have a pet .. this is the ER to go to.
