Thank you to the staff who helped my family and I through one of the hardest decision we had to make. They took the time out to weigh out our options, answer any questions we had. But most of all the care and compassion we received through this painful time. He is now no longer suffering in the arms of my mother who passed in January. Yuki truly was my angel baby. I was blessed to have him, even if for a short time. Thank you so much for doing everything you possibly could. For supporting my family and loving these beautiful fur babies as if they were your own. God bless! Last Friday, I left home for less than an hour for an errand and when I returned, I noticed that my dog's face had swelled up, from some sort of allergic reaction, and she looked very uncomfortable and anxious. I knew that she needed care right away. I contacted VEG in Cambridge and the person I spoke to was so kind and informed me that we could come in any time to get her taken care of. When we arrived at the facility, we were greeted and the person at the front desk collected our info right away. Within a couple of minutes, we were brought into their main room and shortly after met with the vet team for their assessment. It was nice that I could stay with Gloria (my dog) the entire time while they evaluated her condition so I could ask questions and discuss the plan in real time. They quickly took action and gave her medicine to treat her allergic reaction. Within 15 minutes, she was already looking better and we were discharged. By the time we got home, the swelling on Gloria's face had almost gone away completely. All in all, we had a great experience at VEG and while I hope to not have to take Gloria to Urgent Care again, it is reassuring to know that there's a great team at VEG that will take excellent care of her! Gloria was well cared for and as her guardian, I appreciated their level of communication with me and also how quickly and efficiently they took care of her. I felt that we were in great hands from the moment we walked in. They also reached out to me the following day to check in on Gloria. If your pet needs urgent medical attention, I highly recommend taking them to this facility.

We had to bring my dog here twice in the past year and have had great experiences both times! The doctors and care team are exceptional and took their time helping my little man. Even got a little portrait of him drawn in his prescription bag :) thank you everyone !
