Best emergency place ever. Stuff is super professional and cute. They are so attentive and helpful, also friendly. My Arya’s doctor was Dr Yogo Never seen a doctor who was so warmly to my dog, professionally helpful. Thank you so much You guys saved Aryas life !

I can’t say enough great things about the staff at VEG Pet ER on Ralph Ave! When my dog, Dami, arrived, she was in horrible shape, and I was terrified. The team acted immediately with such urgency, professionalism, and compassion. Seeing how quickly they jumped into action gave us confidence that she was exactly where she needed to be. From the moment we walked in, the staff made both Dami and my family feel cared for. They were incredibly attentive, kept us informed every step of the way, and took the time to thoroughly explain her diagnosis and treatment plan. No matter how many questions I had, they answered each one with patience and kindness, never making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was how genuinely they cared, not just for Dami, but for us as well. They continuously checked in to make sure we were all okay and made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to get through. I am beyond grateful to the entire VEG ER team for the exceptional care they provided. Thank you for treating Dami so quickly and with so much compassion. My dog Ice was taken to the vet by me where I live in CT where an xray showed a possible mass that needed to be scanned via ultrasound. Ultrasound, technicians were not available in my area and so I drove to my home town of Brooklyn after speaking with this facility and finding out that there was a doctor available to conduct the ultrasound. Dr. Cross did an amazing job with the ultrasound and later sat with me to compassionately but realistically give the next steps. The next day, we were able to have the surgery that she needed. I am very grateful to Doctor Cross for his help and to all of the staff there who took us in immediately.
