We cannot say enough wonderful things about VEG Greenville on Woodruff Road and the incredible team that cared for our sweet Lola and her three babies during an emergency C-section. From the moment we arrived, everyone was compassionate, professional, attentive, and completely on top of every detail. This was a stressful situation for our family, but the VEG team kept us informed every step of the way, providing frequent updates and making sure we always knew how Lola and her puppies were doing. Their communication, expertise, and genuine care gave us so much peace of mind. A very special thank you to Dr. Parker, Nola, Bekki, Megan, Kamilla, Dara, and Lavender for the exceptional care they provided. Your kindness, dedication, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything you did to ensure the best possible outcome for Lola and her babies. We also want to thank anyone else who played a role in their care and may not have been mentioned by name—you are all greatly appreciated. We are thrilled to say that Lola and all three puppies left VEG doing very well, and we know that is a direct result of the outstanding care they received. This marks our third major medical encounter with VEG, and every single experience has exceeded our expectations. Time and time again, they have proven why they are our first choice during pet emergencies. We trust them completely and will continue to recommend VEG to anyone who needs emergency veterinary care for their beloved pets. Thank you all for helping bring Lola's three beautiful babies safely into the world and for taking such amazing care of our growing family. We are forever grateful.

We had to bring our 12-year-old chocolate Lab to VEG today after she suddenly developed neurological symptoms, became confused, and could no longer stand or walk. It was an incredibly frightening and emotional situation for our family. What stood out immediately was the team’s compassion and urgency. We didn’t even make it to the door before staff noticed us, came outside, and helped transport our dog inside on a stretcher. From that moment on, every member of the team treated both our dog and our family with exceptional kindness, empathy, and respect. Throughout the visit, they took the time to explain every test, treatment option, and recommendation in a clear and transparent way. We never felt rushed or left wondering what was happening. They also provided upfront cost estimates and kept us informed throughout the entire process, which we greatly appreciated during such a stressful time. One of the most comforting aspects of our experience was being allowed to stay by our dog’s side the entire visit. That meant so much to us and helped keep our dog calm during a very difficult experience. The level of compassion, communication, and care we received was truly second to none. While we hope no pet owner ever has to face an emergency, we’re incredibly grateful that VEG was there when we needed them most. They made a scary and overwhelming situation much more manageable, and we cannot thank them enough.

Took my dog Roo to VEG this morning after she got into the trash, and I honestly had a great experience. The entire staff was wonderful. Leah, the assistant, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and so sweet with Roo. Dr. Schwartz saw us quickly and took great care of both of us. The facility was clean, open, and very welcoming. I really appreciated being able to stay with my pet the entire time. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for a 24/7 emergency hospital. Overall, excellent care and an experience that made a stressful morning much easier.
