So so amazing! I brought my dog Blu in for a wound bandage change and subsequent stitch-up of the wound. Dr. Kearney, Dr. Price and all of the vet techs are kind, empathetic, explain everything well and truly make every patient feel valued and cared for despite working in a super crazy and stressful environment! They make running a chaotic and unpredictable ER look easy and seamless. I’m so thankful I found VEG Louisville, thank you thank you thank you to all of the staff for your work!!

Team, Without question , I would give this place six stars. The care loved and concerned that they showed or our little loved one and my wife, was more than I could ask for. We were there for an unfortunate circumstance , but you can feel the sincerity and love as soon as you walk through the doors. The attention we received, the detail in which we were explained what was happening and the follow up shows the people who work here , love what they do. It is a great happiness that I save my life.Receive the best care she could have ever gotten and is now doing great. Thank you to all the staff at Veg ER!!

I had to do one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do tonight… part with my best friend of almost 10 yrs. He was truly an amazing, loving, intelligent and gentle giant. I would highly recommend VEG. Everyone was wonderful, caring, supportive and informative. Because of Duncan’s symptoms and pain after a 20hr overnight visit … I had to make the hardest decision… The team at VEG were overall attentive, caring, kind and provide a professional, supportive, atmosphere. Definitely the first time I’ve seen anything like it. I never had to leave his side. You can even watch them getting X-rays. Thank you, you definitely made a difference in a horribly hard and painful situation. The bed was offered to me, obviously I shared. Not for good sleep… but for being able to be with him as we assessed his declining condition. Had I been anywhere else (that I’m aware of) he’d had spent much of that time alone, in a scary cold place without the person that he trusts and knows.

A great experience, the open triage and care area allows you to be with your pet through all phases of care, they do well to space out the owners pets. The doctors were great, though most of our time was with the nurses and they really stood out in their care, experience, compassion and kindness. So thankful to everyone who cared for my dog Loui during our 27 hour stay. From draining out is bloat, answering all my questions at 2am for when results came back for suggesting surgery, the surgery itself, the care taken in his recovery and then his discharge. All the love he received from everyone who worked there was truly heartwarming.

I would like to highly recommend and thank the emergency animal hospital VEG ER in White Plains on Tarrytown Road. My newly adopted cat needed emergency care for a surprise bladder issue on Sunday morning and again on Monday night. The vets, vet techs and staff there were so amazing and our boy got the best care. Please visit them if your pet needs emergency care. I was blown away by their thorough care and extremely good bed side manners and kindness with humans and animals. You can tell these people love animals and their jobs. Also please keep Rubio in your prayers for continued healing. Thanks! Before and after pictures thanks to VEG ER in White Plains! What can I say? The veterinary staff at VEG are simply outstanding in every way. My mother brought our little dog, Gia, because she had several epileptic seizures one after another. From the moment my mom arrived, the entire staff immediately focused on Gia. They took her from my mother’s arms and rushed her inside so they could stabilize her properly. They kept her hospitalized overnight, and whenever we called, they always provided us with updates on Gia’s condition and progress. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for them, Gia might not be alive today. Excellent veterinary team! 💓 They are people who truly love animals and are dedicated to their work. Their compassion, professionalism, and commitment made all the difference for our family. We are forever grateful. 🐾💖

When my golden retriever had an eye emergency, I chose this ER simply based on location and a quick glance at the reviews. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, I was incredibly impressed with the care we received. The entire staff was so gentle and compassionate with my dog, and I was especially impressed by how thorough the exam was. Dr. Kimberlyn W. took the time to clearly explain which tests she recommended and why, and I appreciated being given pricing information before anything was done. At no point did I feel pressured into additional testing or treatment. Ariela and Shannon were also absolutely amazing throughout my dog’s care. Honestly, the best way to describe this place is something one of the assistants said: it’s like “The Avengers” of veterinary medicine. The best of the best all came together to work here. The diagnosis and treatment plan were explained very thoroughly, which I truly valued, and I was sent home with printed information to refer back to as well. During the wait for bloodwork results, someone even came in with a basket of snacks and offered me something to eat or drink…such a thoughtful touch during a stressful situation. I would recommend this place 100%.

We had an excellent experience at VEG ER with our Loki. The team was careful, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the visit. They clearly explained everything, and never tried to upsell us on unnecessary tests or treatments. They had all needed testing and diagnostics in-house and able to be done that night. They diagnosed the issue and provided the medicine needed to resolve it. I would absolutely bring him back if we ever need emergency vet care again.

Unfortunately, I have had to go to multiple ER Vet Hospital’s in the past, and I can undoubtedly say I have never had the experience that I have had with your VEG team. A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Gagliardi and Nurses Sarah and Heather for the constant care, support, compassion, and complete understanding of our situation. The entire staff at VEG are all exceptional and made this horrific visit for both me and Kane as comfortable as possible and for that I will never be able to say thank you enough.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at VEG. I brought my dog in after he was attacked by another dog, and from the moment we arrived, Olga, Dr. Cisneros, and the entire staff were incredible. They were compassionate, attentive, and made sure my dog received the best possible care. What stood out most was that I was able to stay with my dog throughout his entire visit. I’ve never experienced that at an emergency vet before, and it made a huge difference for both of us. Being together helped keep us calm and gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. The entire process was convenient, transparent, and focused on both my dog’s well-being and my comfort as a pet owner. Before we left, they made sure he was stable, comfortable, and that all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend VEG to anyone facing a pet emergency. The level of care, kindness, and professionalism we received was truly exceptional. Thank you to Olga, Dr. Cisneros, and the entire VEG team for taking such wonderful care of my dog

Dr. Suzuki and the entire team at VEG ER provided exceptional care for our Golden Retriever, Mango. Dr. Suzuki was compassionate, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly during a stressful situation. Thanks to their expertise and attentiveness, Mango received excellent care and is doing much better. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and expertise they provided. Highly recommend VEG ER and Dr. Suzuki - I just hope our dog now stays out of trouble!

They met us at the door and from that moment on they were so kind so communicative and just wonderful to our dog. The office is clean, well organized and laid out so you are never away from your pet. We appreciated the care in every step they administered. If you need emergency vet care, this should be your ONLY choice. 14 dogs over our lifetime, we speak from experience, and heartache.

Another 5 Star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This past Sunday, my exotic shorthair cat, Riff, suprised me out of the shower with a yellow face and a yellow paw. I immediately began cleaning him and wondering what he got into. It was a vase full of different flowers, including a single lily!🚩🚩🚩 I knew lilies were bad for cats and ran to google! Yep, toxic! Rushed my boy to VEG and they began life saving treatment right away. Riffy spent 48 hours at VEG on a continuous IV to rid his body of any toxins. I cannot say enough about this place. Everyone was so kind and caring. The compassion they displayed was unmatched. Riff can be nervous and had a bad experience at another ER in Oakdale. But here he was so much more relaxed. When they saw that the dogs were making him anxious, they moved him to a cat only room. After a day, he really calmed down and actually seemed to really like the place. In fact, when I went to pick him up, he seemed like he didn’t want to leave. All I can say is this pls d is top notch! Having 4 pets, we have been to all of their competitors, and none of them come anywhere close to VEG. The simple concept of being able to stay with your pet and being able to visit whenever you please, is such a bonus to both pet and owner. I cannot say how much I love this place!

VegER in Chapel Hill is truly fantastic. Our sweet girl, Abby, had been battling heart failure since November, which led to more frequent ER visits during her flares. No one wants to be in an ER late at night, but VEG made every visit as comforting as possible. We were always seen quickly, and the vet techs and staff were consistently kind and compassionate. The facility is very clean, and we deeply appreciated being able to stay by Abby’s side during every visit. The small touches, like offering snacks, coffee, drinks, and comfortable places to sit, meant so much during stressful moments. Our last two visits were especially remarkable. During one visit, we saw Dr. Lanza, who was exceptional—kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. She has one of the best bedside manners we’ve ever experienced, which made a difficult situation feel a little more manageable. She is truly one of the best vets we’ve ever met and felt so thankful to have our girl under her care. On our final visit, we knew it was likely time to say goodbye as Abby’s condition had continued to worsen. We arrived just before shift change, and Dr. Welch and the night team met us with such compassion and empathy. After the transition, Dr. Chapman and the day team continued that same level of care during one of the hardest days of our lives. They gave us a private, cozy room and never rushed us, despite how busy the ER was. Dr. Chapman was so gentle and empathetic, and sat with us through our grief and allowed us to spend meaningful, peaceful final moments with Abby. We are so incredibly grateful to the entire team for the love, compassion, and exceptional care they showed both Abby and our family. We cannot thank you all enough.

I had an incredible experience and I am so grateful to the VEG team. They cared for my dog and for us in such a genuine, compassionate way. I can’t thank them enough for saving my dog, Tohru. She was hit by a car, and they took great care of her by quickly diagnosing what was wrong and helping her heal. She had to be hospitalized for 24 hours, and they allowed me to stay with her the entire time. They set us up in our own room with a bed and continued monitoring her until they gave us the all clear to go home. I’m so incredibly thankful for them. They are an amazing group of people, and everyone I interacted with was so kind and compassionate.

Great emergency vet, they take you in as promptly as possible. It is a little pricey but it is an emergency vet at the end of the day. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, constantly checking in to see if you’re okay or need anything and they offer refreshments while you wait. Very clean facility as well!

We brought our cat Roxy in not really knowing what was wrong. Emergency vets can be a little overwhelming but this location had some of the nicest staff I've ever met in the vet field. Dr Johnstone and the staff were incredible. They were quick to get vitals on my cat, listen our concerns and previous medical concerns to try and figure out what was wrong. After some test came back it was determine our cat was in a dire urgent situation due to her diabetes. After Dr Johnstone thoroughly went over treatment options we decided euthanasia would be the most humane option. It's never easy to say goodbye to a pet. I had my furball for over 15 years. The staff was so sincere with the process. Making sure we had a private room, had time to say our goodbyes and just over all very professional. I was happy to hear they offer paw and nose prints free of charge and a patch of fur. My Roxy will be cremated and returned back within a week or so. I just want to thank the entire staff again for their professionalism and sincerity in this tough choice. They never once made me feel what I chose was the bad route. They all listened to stories about our cat and all praised how even with her being sick they could she was loved and how she snuggled up to my shoulder while being examined. This was simply the best experience I could have asked for under these circumstances.

When we had to say goodbye to our dog, Latte, this clinic made one of the hardest days of our lives as gentle as it could possibly be. She suffered from end stage lymphoma, and we looked into several veterinary clinics beforehand, and this one stood out for its reasonable pricing. But more than that, from the moment we walked in, the staff guided us straight to a private room with no waiting in a busy lobby, and gave us all the time we needed to grieve and to let Latte go at our own pace. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and we could feel how much they truly cared about us and our dog throughout. We had arranged to take Latte home afterward for a private cremation, and the way they prepared her for us was beyond anything we expected. She was placed in a paper coffin with flowers, and when we asked, they even clipped some of her fur and placed it in a small glass bottle to include with her. It was so thoughtful and so full of heart. Latte deserved the most loving farewell, and that's exactly what she received here. Every staff member was compassionate and kind. We are so grateful we chose this clinic, and we're so glad Latte's last moments were held with such care. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts💖

My boyfriend and I adopted a puppy from a shelter on Monday 3/23. The next day, we noticed her spay incision was opened and appeared infected. We brought her to VEG because it was the closest animal ER that was open. We were asked immediately after entering what the problem was and got into a room right after. We did not have to wait for anyone to come in and Suki was evaluated right then and there. Everyone was so sweet and genuine and we could tell that they were taking us seriously. Suki got an ultrasound to check that her internal stitches were still intact and then we were given a mild sedative (gabapentin), pain medication, and antibiotic for her. We were expecting to pay a minimum of $1000 but the whole visit was a little over $300. We went to an ER for our cat a while ago that also only needed an ultrasound and it costed $1,300 not including the initial visit fee so we were pleasantly surprised by VEG’s pricing to say the least. Dr. Ella Macquisten was so great and understanding and also made sure that we were involved with everything and didn’t make any decisions without asking first. We were in and out within an hour and Suki is doing great. Could not recommend this ER enough.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at VEG in Larkspur. At 3am, after calling multiple emergency vets throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area and being told there were no surgeons available, VEG stepped in and saved my dog’s life. Finn was in an extremely scary situation, and from the second we walked through the doors, the entire team treated him like their own. Dr. Donner and her surgical team were incredible — calm, confident, compassionate, and transparent through every step of an emergency surgery. After surgery, Dr. Walker and her team provided outstanding post-op care and monitoring. They kept me constantly updated, answered every question with patience and empathy, and made one of the most stressful nights of my life feel manageable. You can truly tell that every single person there deeply cares about both the animals and the families attached to them. Thank you, Dr. Donner, Dr. Walker, and the entire VEG staff for everything you did for Finn. We will never forget it.

Exceptional care for my 20 year old very sick cat. They were so attentive and comforting during the whole process of saying goodbye. They have a sensory sensitive room with dim lights and white noise. Shout-out to the team that was there Sunday June 14th late evening. If I could give 10 stars I would. I cannot thank the team at VEG Schaumburg enough for the incredible care they gave my dog Remy. From the moment we arrived everyone was so kind and welcoming. They treated both my dog and I with genuine care. After Remy’s surgery they allowed me to stay overnight with her so I could be by her side. They are open 24 hours, which is very convenient. The room set up for family’s including a sofa bed is very considerate. My Son was able to visit w us as well. I wish I remembered all of the team members names who constantly checked on us and answered all of our questions and made sure Remy was comfortable and safe. Dr. Chernock is genuinely compassionate. He had a lot of patience for me at such a stressful time. Dr. Carney performed surgery, she is a Rock 💫 Star. Dr. Chernock and Dr. Carney complement each other very well. Dr. Carson the anesthesiologist is hands down the best, effortlessly winsome. Shout out to Alexis, Shannon, Christel, and the rest of the amazing staff. I am beyond grateful. They went above and beyond. Thank you.

Everyone was excellent! Dr Juan was very knowledgeable and honest, and he collaborated with me to make sure that I was updated with what was going on and that I got everything done that I wanted to for my pet. The receptionist was super kind and attentive in making sure we were comfortable, checking in with us and bringing us snacks and drinks while we waited. All the nurses that worked with my pet were very empathetic and gentle with her to make sure that she was comfortable and getting the best care possible. I didn't have to wait at all to be brought back to the treatment area - they got started on her right away. My pet is a cat so we waited with her in an enclosed room to the side of the treatment area where she was more comfortable away from the dogs and able to walk about the room freely. We could still see through the blinds though what was going on in the hospital with the other pets that were there being helped and were given the opportunity to come to the treatment area to watch her being cared for.

Thank you so much to this clinic for taking care of my pup after she got into my pill case and ingested my meds that are toxic for dogs. They were sweet, swift, informative and just all around amazing. They were in quick communication with ASPCA poison control. For an emergency vet they are also affordable. They even provided our girl some parting gifts. So glad I chose this facility. They are a well oiled machine and care for the animals and owners. Everyone here deserves a raise for their work. There was everything from distressed heartbroken owners to slight issues that they dealt with each situation kindness, compassion, reassurance and advocacy. Dr. Rogers was a dream. So helpful in explaining the clinical stuff to a layman and reassuring us as pet parents. We were there for a messy situation involving inducing vomiting. Everyone was so kind in making sure she was comfortable. Everyone deserves a raise stat!!!! Shout out to the real heroes the nurses, techs, nurse practitioners who guided the messy process with a large breed. I was stressed so miss their names but they are included in the raise requests.

Yep, emergency care is expensive and time consuming… but if you’re going to spend the money, this is a great place to do it! We were waiting on a bench overnight, which was fine. The center is a giant open room! The operating room has a big window so you can see inside and many of their procedure tables are right in the middle of the room where you can see everything that’s happening to your pet. I loved it! Transparency is important to them! Being with my pet through everything is important to me! We ended up being admitted and they let me stay in the kennel with him and eventually got us into a room with a fold out bed where we could both rest. Being with him helped him relax and rest. The providers are very kind, accommodating, and there are free snacks, coffee and water. It’s a little thing but when you’ve been awake for more than 24 hours, it means a lot! Definitely recommend highly!

I cannot say enough good things about VEG ER and the incredible team who cared for my 7 year old German Shepherd. At 5:30 a.m., I brought him in under the impression he had ingested insecticide. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted and no time was wasted before they started evaluation. They quickly determined that X-rays were needed and, within minutes, identified life-threatening GDV.. his stomach literally flipped 360°. The team recognized the emergency immediately on the X-ray and wasted no time taking action. Thanks to their rapid diagnosis, and sense of urgency, he was in and out of surgery within hours, and their quick intervention undoubtedly saved his life. The facility was exceptionally clean, the equipment was modern and the level of 24/7 care and attention he received was truly unmatched. I am especially grateful to Dr. Lee, who stayed beyond her shift to perform the surgery, along with nurses Anthony and Mitch, who provided outstanding care. The follow-up care was equally impressive. Dr. Casali, Dr. Nair, Hannah, and Brittany were compassionate, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. They treated my dog as if he were their own and gave me peace of mind during probably the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. It’s been just over three weeks since his surgery, and while his shaved legs still make it look like he’s wearing little ankle boots, his incision has healed beautifully. You’d never know he underwent major emergency surgery, and he’s back to being the happy, energetic boy I know and love. I will be forever grateful to this incredible team and highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care.

We brought our beloved cat, Miso, to VEG after she was transferred from another veterinary clinic for severe respiratory distress. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the entire team was ready for her. They immediately began treatment, performed diagnostics, and moved with a level of urgency and coordination that gave us confidence during one of the most terrifying nights of our lives. Sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts, we lost Miso that night due to severe heart failure. While our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful to Dr. Mirna Topic and every staff member who cared for Miso and supported us through an unimaginable situation. One thing that stood out was Dr. Topic’s extraordinary compassion and communication. When we were suddenly faced with life-and-death decisions, we were overwhelmed, scared, and struggling to understand a very complex medical situation. Despite how busy she was, Dr. Topic took the time to patiently explain Miso’s condition, the available treatment options, and the pros and cons of each path forward. She used simple, understandable language and made sure we felt informed rather than pressured. That kindness and patience meant more to us than we can adequately express. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and thoughtful. It never felt like they were simply treating a patient. They were caring for Miso as an individual and supporting us as a family. I also want to highlight something unique about VEG’s design and philosophy of care. The open-floor treatment area allows you to see exactly what is happening with your pet. You can stay nearby, witness the care they are receiving, and be present during some of their most difficult moments. As heartbreaking as our experience was, there was something deeply comforting about knowing that nothing was happening behind closed doors. We could see how Miso was being treated, what procedures were being performed, and how much compassion the team showed her every step of the way. VEG also provides private comfort rooms where families can spend as much time as they need saying goodbye in a calm, peaceful, and private environment. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, that space gave us the opportunity to properly say goodbye to Miso with dignity and love. They also offer professional aftercare services and guidance, helping families navigate the difficult decisions that come after loss. Another thing we greatly appreciated was their transparency. Before treatments were performed, we received clear estimates and explanations of costs associated with different treatment options. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no hidden fees. In fact, our final bill ended up being noticeably lower than the original estimate and much more reasonable than we expected for emergency and critical care. I sincerely hope we never find ourselves in an emergency like this again. But if we do, I would not hesitate for a second to bring my pet here. I know they would receive the highest level of medical care, compassion, honesty, and respect. To Dr. Mirna Topic and the entire team: thank you for everything you did for Miso. Knowing that she spent her final hours surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her brings us immense comfort. You are truly angels.

Amazing Vet and team!! My White English Golden Bella and I were out on Honeymoon Beach and she was struck and bit by a rattlesnake. I was overwhelmed with fear and a total wreck when we arrived. The wonderful team met me at my car, helped every step of the way, put their arms around me to comfort me and were so gentle with Bella and loving. They treated her like one of their own. I’ve never been to a Vet like this in my life and they will always hold a place in my heart. They even set my dog and I up in a private room so I could sleep next to her while she was receiving her anti-venom treatment and fluids. They gave us blankets, bottled water, pillows and coffee in the morning. What a beautiful team and crew… unforgettable. Bella is doing just fine and home with me now to recoup with all her stuffies and a bone. THANK YOU to the entire crew!!!

The most transparent veterinary care experience I have had (in WA, CA, or MI)! The facility has comfortable spaces for pets and people. The team kept me informed and invited me to be as hands-on as I wanted to be (with the exception of in the X-ray and operating rooms, but these had windows so I could see everything I cared to look at). The team was compassionate, competent, and genuinely cared about my dog Fezzik and trying to get the best outcome. Dr. Cat was more than thorough (and had a banger of a playlist for operating) in the effort to get all the answers and find solutions for my pup. Additionally, the estimate that I accepted and paid was slightly higher than the actual costs, and my credit card was refunded the difference the very next day.

We are visiting for the week and our dog woke up very lethargic. We knew she needed to be seen by a vet. We searched for a 24/7 vet and came across VEG ER in Costa Mesa. Dr. Kong and her staff are AMAZING! Our little gal was feeling so much better when we went to pick her up. Their facility is great! It’s clean and welcoming. They walk you through everything that they’re going to do and the process is seamless. All her medical updates were sent to our vet back home and we didn’t need to hesitate to return if our little gal displayed any setbacks. I highly recommend VEG ER. We visit often so we now have them on speed dial, literally. Thank you VEG ER. You are amazing!

We walked in and were assigned a room to get assessed right away. The intake desk and nurses did a check up on our pet bunny who had an upset stomach. The doctor nurses and staff were attentive to Louie, and explained every bit of the process with us. We were there for a few hours, but that's what to expect from any ER. They had water and some snack for us while we waited for his X-rays and diagnostics to come back. We are grateful for the attentiveness of the doctor and her entire staff for our bunny's recover from his belly. I can't thank you enough for his care. If you have a pet .. this is the ER to go to.

I had a great experience here with my cat, Sherman. We were greeted immediately and brought to a room to ensure my Sherman felt comfortable. Juan was seriously the best! So friendly and helpful. You could tell he genuinely cared for Sherman and was looking out for his best interest. Mady F. was also a big help in assisting with Sherman's bloodwork and shots. Dr. White really made sure he was advocating for Sherman and what was actually best for him vs. jumping into the most expensive or extreme treatment method. It was a fairly quick visit for an ER trip less than 2 hours (maybe even closer to 1). The location was clean, all staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of an emergency visit with a pet. - Kristen L.

I am incredibly grateful to the team at Emergency Vet Group for the compassion, professionalism, and urgency they showed when my service dog, Jeremy, was brought to their clinic after a tragic accident. On May 7, 2026, Jeremy was struck by a vehicle. My boyfriend and I rushed him to the clinic, hoping they could save him. As soon as we arrived, approximately seven or eight veterinary staff members immediately rushed to Jeremy's aid. Their quick response and dedication were evident from the moment we walked through the door. Despite their best efforts, Jeremy's injuries were too severe, and he sadly passed away. I know the veterinary team did everything they could to save my baby, and I will always be thankful for the care they provided during his final moments. Jeremy was more than a pet—he was my service animal, my companion, and a huge part of my life. Losing him has been devastating. Throughout the entire experience, the staff treated him with dignity and respect and showed me genuine compassion during one of the hardest days of my life. I cannot thank the doctors, technicians, and staff enough for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. While the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I take comfort in knowing that Jeremy was surrounded by people who cared and who fought to help him. Thank you, Emergency Vet Group, for everything you did for Jeremy and for the compassion you showed me when I needed it most. I will always be grateful. ❤️🐾

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM. I’ve been raving about them every day to people. On Friday 5/15 my cat was showing obvious discomfort with signs of a urinary issue. Our primary wouldn’t be open long enough to do a procedure and recommended we go to Veg in Allen. We live in Wylie, but after speaking to them on the phone (extremely kind and informative) I decided to go to them. I’ve never seen an open concept vet before, it was interesting- I don’t mind either way as long as orange boys healthy. LET ME TELL YOU - they were so sweet, every single nurse and doctor, to my child and myself on top of our cat. We were there during a busy time of day, so waiting was to be expected and they were so accommodating and offered us some snacks to munch on while waiting for availability to do the procedure. I watched parts of the procedure for my cats urinary block, got to ask questions, learn, I actually had a good time. Didn’t expect that! Of course, a 2 day hospitalization would be best for my cats needs but I couldn’t afford it. They went over the feasible options for me and were sure to tell me the benefits of each thing on the list and risks of taking him home but were doing their best to ensure he would be as healthy as possible. They took their time during the procedure, other nurses came up and offered to assist or just watch. You can tell they love to be there. I cannot say enough good words about them. He is doing well 5 days later🧡 thank you!!

First time here and we will 100% be coming back for any future emergencies with our dog (hopefully not too many times lol). Our girl was taken care of from the second we walked in to the minute she left. We were able to be there with her the whole time, and all the staff were such a joy. Grateful it wasn’t life threatening—even then they still treated her with priority and made us feel heard. Thank you to the team! She says thank you as she’s currently on her pain meds lol

I had really bad experiences at emergency vets before where I felt ignored for hours while my pup was in pain, so I was honestly scared to bring my little Bobbie in. But Dr. Julie Jones and her team made my experience completely different. They made sure Bobbie got the help he needed right away, and they took the time to answer all of my questions while I was stressed and worried. Everyone was so patient and kind with him, even when he was moving around a lot, and they never lost their cool. Bobbie is doing so much better now, and I’m incredibly thankful to everyone who helped take care of my baby. ❤️

VEG ER was amazing in helping me when I brought in 5 two day old kittens, one of which needed surgery—an amputation. Dr. Sullivan, Theresa, and Trey were the dream team, expertly navigating this surgery on such a tiny, two day old kitten body. We’re calling him Hercules, and he and his sibling are thriving because of their quick, quality care! Thank you so much 🙏
